I didn't know this place existed. I happen to be a Discount Tire looking at tires from my truck and the worker goes to Off Road Warehouse to get mods to his truck. What a great recommendation!
Justin was my point of contact. He did a great job. I came in looking for a Tonneau cover and I also looked at some all terrain tires as well. My main reason for stopping in was to look at the Tonneau covers. I purchased a Real Truck Tonneau cover. It took three weeks for the cover to arrive. Once it arrived, Justin worked with me to bring my truck in to get the cover installed. Job well done. I'm pleased with cover and the install. I would do business with them again. If you're looking for mods to your truck, Bronco, or Jeep, I recommend Off Road Warehouse.
This place is great. Professionals with tons of knowledge. I have been visiting the shop in Las Vegas since they first opened. Yet even today it is my no. 1 stop for my needs. For my Jeep to my Chevy they have it or can get it.

I am late in creating this review, however when they set up my Jeep they were extremely knowledgable and helpful.
They installed a 2" lift, new wheels, shocks. Yesteday I had gone off roading and was thinking there are a few other things I need to reach out to them for. They are the shop I visit if I need help or have questions.
They were very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to help you get exactly what you need,they did an amazing job on my jeep ,would highly recommend for all your 4 wheel drive vehicles
I had a 2.5" RC suspension lift installed and a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Adam was my point of contact who kept me up to date through out the install. The installation was perfect. I am happy with the service and the install; Very porfessional shop. I would recommend going here.
Absolute joke of an experience trying to order from these guys. I ordered some UCAs that said they would ship in 1-3 days. Well, over a week later and I haven’t heard “boo” from anyone so I call to check in. They have no idea why they haven’t shipped but promise to find out. Another week goes by and I don’t hear back from anyone whatsoever so I call again. This time they put me on hold while they try to find out and after about 15 minutes, my call gets unceremoniously disconnected.
After about 3 days of continuous phone calls, disconnected calls, promised emails that never came, they finally refunded my money. I will never order from these guys again.
Just brought my broken jeep here and they went above and beyond to help me. The quality alone of the staff makes me support this business. Thanks for all the help Chad
Installed an Eaton Truetrac and Yukon gears. Yukon gears died after bringing it back 3 times because of the excess noise.
Either Yukon is bad or these guys' install is bad.
Took the vehicle to Dan's Driveline and they used Ford gears and many happy quiet miles since.
We recently had an issue with our Kenda L.R.A.D. Gladiator that was needed for an off-road ride and drive prior to SEMA this year and ORW was the only company that we even considered. With very little time they rose to the challenge and had us back on the road before their already incredibly short timeline. Hats off to Adam and James @ ORW and Garrett @ Currie. Very professional and they are good at what they do. I purchased items from an Internet site and ended up having issues. ORW was able to help me out get my truck moving smoothly down the road. Great place, it's like a candy store for trunk enthusiasts.
I have had my truck in here multiple times. Air bags installed / train horn installed / alignment and lift adjustment / James always gives great service!
Called up to ask some questions regarding a possible lift to our 2018 wrangler unlimited altitude. Chad walked me through various options and based on our feedback we took his recommendation for a lift, shocks and tires. The only thing better then the improved look is the improved drive. ORW did my wheels & tires with suspension & control arm. Lifted the front 2 3/4" and the rear 1 1/2". I dropped it off in the morning & picked it up in the evening. Wonderful job in a day. It was a smooth ride as expected. Even my wife loved it!!! Great job guys!!!
Big shoutout to Adam! I was coming into Vegas from Louisiana and needed a part. Even though I was running late he was able to make it happen for me. Everytime I'm on this end ORW will be my first call everytime! Great customer service!!
Everyone I dealt with was great. They helped with getting my Ford Bronco set up with a great set of wheels and tires with a quick turn around and very pleased with the services they provided. Will definitely go back for more upgrades to the Bronco.
I’ve been in here a few times to get some upgrades installed. Also got a alignment and new tpms installed. ORW has been the most customer service focused shop I’ve been to, and this is my go-to shop now!

We were very impressed with Off Road Warehouse; first - their selection of add-ons were great, second- their staff is awesome - they took the time to make sure we got specifically what our rig needed; no buyer’s remorse!! We got a future quote to have our Ram Promaster RV lifted and add some extra lighting to it- all reasonable in labor and part cost. We can’t wait to get this work done with their crew! We are extremely happy with Off Road Warehouse!
Unconcerned about a customer parking unregistered side by side in one of the handicap parking spots. Could not be bothered.
As to the customer, what a piece of work. Not caring that a handicapped person may need the spot.
O.R.W is one of the best off-road shops I've been to. Carlo did an amazing job from scheduling, to providing honest work to be done on my Tacoma. Happy with the service and grateful for the O.R.W Team!!! Will always be my new go to shop !!!!

Didn’t ever try to tell me something I didn’t need and worked with me the best he could to help me out when I’ve been going through a very hard times. I would definitely and highly recommend this place they are very smart they are very knowledgeable and they will sit there and look for things for you and does it don’t ever make you feel like you’re a bother.
First time lifting/messing with suspension on a truck.
Called in and Chad took time to listen to what I wanted done originally and talk story, go over different options. Went there in person and got the same treatment. I told him what I wanted to do, he broke down the differences of different kits, wheels/tires options and prices for me, and even made calls and did some digging to put together a package within my budget that came with more than what I thought I was gonna be able to do all at once.
During the process he regularly kept me up to date with what was going on so I was always in the loop.
Turnaround for my lift, wheels and tires with everything involved got done quick and gotta say - super stoked on the results. Definitely gonna go back there for any work I need done in the future.
Chad is the man, made the process go so much better and easier to understand to someone new to truck mods. Mahaloz my bradda!!
James and the rest of the team at ORW were awesome. They took their time to explain the repairs and upgrades that my jeep needed. As the repairs were being done they kept me informed. Top notch service! Highly recommended.
Of the half a dozen places I received quotes from, Offroad Warehouse was by far the most responsive, the most professional and easiest to work with. I made them completely reconfigure the estimate several times over and with each change Adam Thomlinson would patiently walk me through the breakdown and answer all the questions I had. When all the other shops were pushing me off and telling me it could take a year to find parts, Adam was on phone talking to vendors and exhausting every possible resource to find a way to get what I was looking for.
The communication during the installation was excellent. When unforeseen issues popped up during the build, he would reach out first to explain what was going on and then get my authorization before making any changes or additions. This was very important to me and something too often overlooked by service centers. When it came time to settle up, I knew exactly what my bill would be because of the great communication. So few shops have that kind of transparency these days, so I was impressed to say the least.
Adam and team made me an Offroad Warehouse customer for life. If you’re thinking about who to trust your truck with, this is definitely the place.
Took my baby (2020 Toyota 4Runner) to get lifted, get bigger tires, added a roof rack with lights and the guys at ORW were awesome! Very helpful and professional. They’re prices are very reasonable and got me in quick.
We decided in the Icon 2.5” lift system with falcon tires and I couldn’t be happier! She looks amazing!
