I hate to be that cliche person to say I would leave zero stars if I could...but I absolutely would!! This shop is absolutely horrible, and I hope I can save some people the time and aggravation we went through. Where do I start..and I hope everyone considering this place takes the time to read my full review:
I brought my car in before Christmas because the driver's window was not going down. My husband and I told Josh (employee at the desk) that we already replaced the motor and the switch. We left it and had it diagnosed and he said it was in fact the motor (on top of other items they were trying to get money for.) I thought it wasn't a big deal, maybe the one we bought was faulty. He said to pick the car up and he will order the parts. I then find out in order to use my warranty I need to wait for an inspection. So, I dropped it off on the 18th of Jan and he told me 24-48 hours. The inspector didn't show up until a week later. After a full week of waiting and me calling because Josh couldn't bother to pick up the phone, he said he needs to order parts..which didn't make sense because he said they were already ordered.
So, I wait and wait some more, and he finally calls to say, "sorry. it isn't the motor" (not a shock because we already replaced that) and he will call back that night. Well, he didn't call until the next day and said it was the switch which he ordered and will arrive by Feb 2nd or 3rd. Im very annoyed at this point. I already told him we replaced both of those and it wasnt working. He then says in order to pick up my car I need to pay for the work..before it was even done!! So now my husband is pissed and on Jan 29th we drove down there. He said the tech incorrectly diagnosed the car which was frustrating because my car was sitting there for the incorrect part to come in!
He said to release the car we need to pay for the full amount and then bring it back for the part to come in. Essentially, he was holding my car hostage, and I did not give him the approval to order the part! We asked to speak with the owner, who as other people left in reviews, "not in". So, I asked to call him and conventionally enough, he was out of the country. We asked for the manager and sure enough, Josh, claimed he was the manager. We finally had all we could we with this shop and said to cancel the order and we are taking the car now.
So, my car was sitting at this shop for two full weeks, and the job was never completed. I hope someone finds this review useful and they think twice. Communication is horrible, I had to call to check on my vehicle, they never bothered to reach out to me, they misdiagnosed it and tried to hold my property until I paid for work that was not complete. Please beware!!
Sidenote, make sure to check yelp reviews as well..there are a lot of other interesting ones there. Im sure "the owner" will try to respond back to this but he was no where in site or available for a call while my car sat in the shop.Feb 03, 2026 -
I'm very satisfied with the service. The gentlemen that work behind the counter are very curtious & make sure that I'm pleased with their work. If something is wrong with my car they make sure to correct the problem & make sure everything is in working order. I would recommend anyone I know to take their car to these guys. They do good work & treat their customers with respect. Good job guys. Keep up the good work.

My family and I were there for a week for Christmas vacation. It was our 10 year anniversary and as well as our daughter’s first Vegas trip she will start to remember, given the context it was a very important trip. Unfortunately, en route to Vegas from Orange County our sensors for our BMW x4 kept coming on and said we had to pull over before any engine damage. We did some quick coolant refill but it was good enough to get to our hotel and found John at Allied Service Center. I genuinely cannot express how grateful my family and I were that he took our car in around closing time to fix our issue! He also followed up to make sure the repairs held up and that we made it back home safely. Seriously, these are the type of businesses that you want around. John kept himself and his workers outside of working hours just to help us! On top of all that he gave us parts warranty and gave us updates and made sure every little aspect was covered and notified to us. I wish we had more authentic businesses such as Allied Service Center, these guys are it.
We had a great time without having to think about the car issue anymore. All thanks to their business and employees. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the business just based on how far and above & beyond they went just to make sure we were good. 100/10 stars! I wish we had the same type of business out here ! Haha

They diagnosed my entire fuel system for only $150 and didnt lie either. Very professional john and Josh too. Other shop mechanic said I need to change my fuel injectors for $2000. But allied diagnosed the issue as a fuel pump not injectors and they were right. I put a new fuel pump and my car was fixed.

FIRST UPDATE:
I only made it to Victorville before the repair failed. I had to pay a second shop to fix what Allied did. The manifold was not secured properly according to the Victorville shop. I called Allied to talk to them about it. I’m still waiting for a return call and an offer to refund some of what I paid them. I will be patient and update if I hear from them.
SECOND UPDATE:
I added the photos of what the Victorville shop found. Jon from Allied called me first thing Monday morning and offered to assist me with the warranty and I am still waiting to hear if I get a partial refund. I will keep updating.
FIRST POST:
I am a new RVer and have a new to me Tiffin that sprouted an oil leak and an exhaust leak just as I hit Vegas. Jon and his crew got me fixed up and back on the road in just a few days and were vastly more empathetic than the local commercial Ford dealer who said they could not even look at my rig for a week then they would give me an estimate of how long it would take to repair it. Their genuine suggestion was get a long term rental here in Vegas. Jon at Allied and his crew got me back to Southern California and I am so grateful to them. The repair has held so far and I wish they were closer for all of my RV repairs. Perhaps I will just make a pilgrimage to Vegas every six months to have them take a look at my rig. Thanks guys. I rarely 100% recommend but I do as to them. (One last suggestion, put something down on your floor before the repair. I was scrubbing oil out of my carpets for hours.)Dec 16, 2025 -
Got my vehicle towed here after major problems with my engine and I've been coming back for other services ever since. The staff are friendly, Jon, Josh, and Mike are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The wait time is reasonable, and the prices are typically lower than other shops around. I highly recommend this place for service.

After having tried at least four other auto repair shops in Las Vegas since 2016 (including the AAA SW Las Vegas Auto Repair Center), I've consistently taken my 1997 Toyota Camry to Allied Service Center for sporadic yet necessary repairs for at least the last six years. They are AAA-approved, offer a complimentary shuttle service, and have always underbilled their initial estimates in my case. Their technicians thoroughly and transparently document their findings with pictures (see attached) for the customer's review before approving any work. They also offer discounts for AAA members, on their website, and by mail in their enjoyable monthly newsletter to customers. The staff is trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Give them a shot if you're open to a new shop. It's no surprise they've been in business for 50 years.

Allied has a great service team. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. These guys are top notch from the office personnel to the technicians. Even the owner is there to assist you. This place is highly recommended for all your service needs. 5 stars!

I absolutely loved my experience with Allied Service Center! Josh is the kindest and most helpful person, and every interaction I had with other mechanics and whatnot was amazing. I appreciate that they didn’t take one look at me and decide to treat me any different just because I’m a young woman in a mechanic shop. I will be taking my vehicle back anytime I need work done, and I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone I know who may need work done on their car.

Coming to this garage was the best decision I’ve made about my car. The estimates are fair, I love that they take photos of their work and having a digital. Copy of the work was awesome . The front office staff was amazing and friendly. The work was performed while I waited . I would highly recommend Allied Service Center.

If i could id give them 10 star i would,not only did they replace my fuel pump same day on my motorhome but bet eveyone elses price and at the end of the job the price was exactly what i was quoted no hidden up charge fees ,like everyone likes to do.

Went in and tried to get my car fixed. My car would shake while idle and make a scratchy noise going over bumps. They diagnosed the problem and reassured me that it would fixed if we did X, Y, and Z. I gave the the all clear to do it and it be done within a day. I get my car before the day ends and the guy John tells me that the car is good to go the shaking while idle is fixed and we replaced the part that makes noise. They tell me we test drove it and it's all good. I get my receipt and the miles on my car going into the shop is the exact same coming out of the shop even after they said they test drove it to make sure. My car still shakes and the noise it's louder then before. I tried calling them, but they constantly told that John was the only person that can help you and he's not in. After a week of calling and getting the same answer I gave up.

John & Jesse Helped me Out On Monday when I came In with a Over heating & Radiator trouble. They quickly ran Diagnostic. Found a couple of other minor Issues Fixed those . I gave them my extended warranty info they quickly worked to get me all set. They ordered a Uber 4 ne back to my Hotel and Back the next day. My car was Ready to go The Next Morning. Extremely satisfied Customer service was excellent, Heading back home with Peace of mind. Worth the Price to know things were done properly.

After struggling in April 2024 to get a 2013 Captiva fixed at multiple shops, I finally found Allied Service Center, and they worked wonders! Their team was knowledgeable, thorough, and determined to solve the issue that others couldn't. They kept me informed throughout the process and delivered excellent service. If you need a reliable repair shop that won't give up on tough problems, I highly recommend this shop.

They have been the best by far when it comes to servicing my Mercedes E350. I always leave there completely satisfied and I have been going to them for a while. Allied is efficient, courteous and knows what they are doing when it comes to vehicles. I have not had any issues over the years. Plus, I have not found any other shop better than them. Brought my 2015 Ram pickup to Allied Service Center for electrical issues. Mark and Jim said we will find the problem and we will fix it. Jesse the technician worked on it tirelessly checking wire after wire until he finally located the problem and successfully fixed it. He really did a great job with a very hard to locate issue. These guys are great, very professional and very customer oriented at a fair price. Really did me right. Would definitely go to them again. Mark was amazing and super kind to me and was very attentive and answered all of my questions with no judgment. This is the first place I’ve been to that didn’t make me feel stupid when it comes to my car and being a woman. I already knew what was going on with my car and I appreciate them being completely honest with me. I’m not trying to rip me off like auto shop typically do. They were able to take care of my car almost immediately, which was really amazing. Although I didn’t get to it, they do offer shuttle service to bring you home and pick you up when your car is ready which is awesome. I appreciate everything that was done for me and my car and I will definitely be returning for other repair services in the future. The positive reviews for this place helped me to feel more comfortable my car here. I am pleased that the diagnostic fee went towards repairs on my car. 100% recommend Allied auto service to anyone who needs to have their car looked at and repaired! I could say they are the best in Las Vegas.

My truck was never returned. These crooks claimed I owe them for a tow bill. Why would my truck need to be towed after a $18,00 engine job . Oil leaks that were pointed out the same day the truck was return . Business lost and ruined. After engine replacement due to terrible install from October 2022-June 2023 I had no truck with no completion then suddenly after 9 months , a tow bill is being demanded .. July 2024 no contact has been made . Legal remedy will be issued. We are patiently waiting for the responsible parties to use ethical discretion. Thanks Jim and Michael

second week of august my truck was towed to allied service center for engine work, was told fuel injector leak was covered under my warranty. After two weeks I was Informed I needed a new engined which also under warranty . engine arrived Thurs sept 2 was told would get truck back the following Friday Sept 9 it turned to Monday , Tuesday I was told my radiator was cracked it would be replaced by them no charge Wed finally got truck sept 14 the same 10min I returned after seeing leak at gas station.some odd reason underneath they power washed with water and told me to drive around let it dry to see if the leak was real? As if I don’t know what a leaking drip looks like. This was done atleast twice if not three times from Wednesday when I got the truck I had to return everyday until Friday sep 16 finally recognized my leak I had been saying since Wednesday radiator hoses Bad, back the same afternoon another radiator hose. The same night the alternator went out. $400 wasted on batteries radiator went out which they said they changed last week shop closed til Monday I got my truck back Wednesday sept 21 . parking brake was not working as it was when it was first towed in as well my hood latch was not properly affixed as it was when tow in truck broke down 10 days later On the highway about 70 miles outside same spot on the highway as when the radiator went out days prior The engine locked up as it was not properly installed after not having my truck the first time 7 weeks now it’s been 8 weeks and the manager is not doing there job making sure repairs are done timely reasonable time or satisfactory to ensure proper function it’s been a total of 4 months I been dealing with them and I don’t have my truck back . From day one I been returning for oil and coolant leak but they can’t find leak. After newer engine failed instead contacting the warranty company getting the process started weeks were wasted saying they are looking for the leak ?Cost my business and livelihood manager neglected job misleading when calling for updates weeks wasted no urgency to complete satisfactory with Ethics and dignity . Truck has spent a whole season at their shop with no real timeframe of completion the worst consumer experience I ever have had in my existence. BBB has similar complaint which describe a similar nightmare at this shop .

Thank you Allied Service Center!!! No one plans to have car issues, and mine was rather unique. Difficulties moving the gear shift out of neutral - not a normal problem, as someone had shoved a piece of plastic on top of the gear mechanism - anyway - it broke off. My car has only been in the shop once before - so it must have happened about 5 years ago at a Nissan Dealership in Santa Clarita, CA. My SUV was fixed and ready to go the next afternoon - even after having to bring in a specialized part from California! I'm new to Las Vegas - and this was a pleasant experience from my first phone call to Ryan, and with my last moment driving it off in one day. Five Star Company ALL THE WAY! Dr. Dawn Steele

Story in photos but the synopsis is, took it in for a radiator, got talked into doing the head gaskets, they couldn’t rematch one the gaskets, said it would be $9,000 to put it back together and do an engine rebuild. Complained directly to the owner, he found a 60,000 mile engine in New York, put it in our truck. We paid $5,400 for said engine. Picked up truck and 1 1/2 miles from the shop, it exploded. While dealing with Allied’s insurance company, they had the truck they blew up impounded, and cost us another $700 dollars. Not a stand up company. I have videos and pictures of all I have described. I wish I could put the video up of the fire and engine explosion. Beyond reckless endangerment.
