Was referred to this mechanic by a friend. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my Mercedes 2019 E300… I usually bring to Mercedes but decided to bring to Don D&I off the refferal… I was extremely impressed with the Customer service & great communication and pricing was very fair did both brakes and transmission service.
DI Auto has worked on two RVs for me over the last 3 years. The staff is friendly and helpful, they always get me on their schedule as soon as possible and they stand behind their work.
Never again will I go to Don's. They continuously dragged me on stating my car needed more work. Once they finish one task they said another needed to be done. Thousands of dollars for multiple issues only to leave with three more lights on my dash board that I didn't have when I went. I've never felt more duped in my life than dealing with these mechanics. They need to start booking cancellations
Don's auto has always put out respectable work and honesty they have over came many challenges with our old POS 2001 jeep. And unlike a lot of other shops Don's don't give up when things don't go quite right. I would highly recommend these professionals.
Working from out of town, I had some issues crop up with my diesel pick-up truck and some scheduled maintenance. Don's was only diesel place open on Saturday. Had a chat, they could squeeze me in on Tuesday, they had me out on Friday. Honestly, it took a little longer than I wanted but they got it done and found a gremlin issue and had it repaired. Cost seemed reasonable. Would have been 5 stars if I got out when they initially said I would, but the work was solid.
You guys installed an non Toyota part for my car so the check engine light was still on then you told me that I need to pay over 2k$ for fixes for it to be fix but it did not and I went to a different shop and they fixed my check engine light by installing the correct Toyota part. You guys trying to save some money from some fake parts but us costumers gets screwed.
Never going to this shop again since they will buy the cheap parts for you so they can save money and then the problem won’t be fix and now you have to spend more.
The Service here was excellent, Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my A/C system and possible problems. He also worked well with Endurance service contract. Great service .
The service is great, I called asking for a quote and 5 min after I hang up I saw the message with it. Also, I needed my car to be ready by the next day( cause that what other shops told me it was gonna take to repair it) but these guys did it the same day. Im so impressed of how fast and good they work. Now my car is in perfect condition thanks to them, and the prices of the parts and the services are good compared to others. I highly recommend it.( I came in for a watter pump and a Tensioner replacement)
Eric and Paul are great! Always thoroughly explaining needed replacements and as quick as possible. No hassle on tow-ins easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for everything from oil changes to complete diagnostics.

I went to Don’s D.I. Auto asking for an oil change and a bit of information, and I was completely turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. The option to schedule wasn’t even offered. I understand being busy, but the lack of basic customer service was disappointing. If you’re looking for a shop that actually wants your business, I’d recommend going somewhere else.
I religously take my vehiclesto Don's DI. I tried a different garage once and regretted it. The waiting room is clean and quiet. The guys are friendly, courteous and have the best discounts on oil changes in town.
I took my car for an evaluation since I had just purchased it and it was used; they were quick to do the evaluation, but most importantly they were honest, so my experience with them was great, I highly recommend them.
Over the past 5 years i would come here for my oil changes that i purchased off of groupon. Paul has always been a pleasure working with. Any issues Paul is always transparent, honest and always honors the work. Today i purchased a groupon for $35 for a full synthetic oil change. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. at 9:30 i get a call from some new guy Mike saying my total was $65. He then proceeds to try to sell me bs about the extra $30 charges. Short story i leave and go else where because Dons DI auto has never double the cost for my oil change.Long story short i go to another shop and my extra cost was $11. Get Mike out of there!!!
We arrived at noon for an oil change and check of the brakes. This was to take an hour and half. Our car was ready on time. The brakes were still in good condition. I was charged only for the oil service. The staff are efficient and polite and they are honest. I will be returning if I need car work

Nice employees and the service on my truck was reasonably fast. Honest work at a honest price. I took a chance on Dons D.I. auto and truck repair and was very pleased with the out come. Although the Endurance extended warrant plan that I have been paying for for two years didn't cover the repair I had to pay out of pocket but that was no fault of the shops. But they do accept Endurance but like all aftermarket warranties they never cover the issues that most commonly occurs that costs the consumer big bucks. Such as fuel related items which was my issue. Thanks Don!
I looked around for Fluid Servces and decided this was the best place to go. Mike is a good guy. Fair and a straight shooter. I appreciated the service for my Honda Odyssey. I will be back
On my travels from Arizona back to Canada April 2025 I had some brake issues. I called 4 shops but no one was able to help. Called Don's DI AT 10 AM,They said Bring it in and we can DO IT TODAY. After enjoying a long walk my brakes were ALL FIXED. Paul and Jon are THE BEST. If you are traveling through Vegas and don't know Who to call Don't waste your time on the OTHER SHOPS. Honestly I never leave reviews, but these guys are amazing! I needed to have my exhaust manifold replaced. Midas was charging over a $1000 for labor and replacement. $600 was just labor! I spent half of what Midas was charging with these guys! Mike in customer service is angel sent from God. They not only fixed my car, but they didnt charge to tow my car to their shop! I recommend anyone having car issues DONT GO TO MIDAS! Go to Dons D I auto and truck service! They’re amazing!
The team at the shop greeted me as soon as I walked in. The environment was very welcoming and humble, Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to answer some random questions I had after I google my own Analysis lol but i also been trying to find a shop that can help me out with my 04 excursion diesel and not many will touch it for the age and the 6.0 motor she got. But this shop got the job done and very quickly also and kept me up today on everything n what they found and what I needed to get the excursion back on the road and even the prices was very fair/ reasonable also!!!! I won’t be going any place else thank you again I’ll be back soon for some upgrades parts
Had to get a good amount of work done to my vehicle and this shop was the closest, so I gave them a call. Wow I'm glad I found this repair shop. Don's DI gave me a highly competitive quote, better than many other shops, and they got my vehicle repaired quickly, even though they were slammed with cars because they're usually always so busy, and the service manager also applied current deals that they were offering at the time to my repair cost. But even if there were no deals available at the time, they still gave me a very competitive quote for high quality repair work. The technician even let me walk into the repair bay to get a hands on look at the work he was doing and a few other services he recommended, which to me is an indicator of an honest shop. The vehicle drives excellent now; strong acceleration, it stops smoothly and quietly with no grinding, and the tranny's shifting smooth as butter. So if you're need of a repair and you see that Don's DI is close to you, don't hesitate to call them because they're one of the most budget friendly, trustworthy, honest, and high quality repair shops in Vegas !!
I'm new to Nevada, but needed assistance with my Ford Escape. I searched and found Don's D.I. Auto and Truck Service. Immediate appointment during the holiday season, quickly diagnosed the problem and they ordered the part. I was able to take the car home and use it until the part arrived. They quickly scheduled an appointment to install the new part and were done in a couple hours. Now my instrument panel is working and Mike and Paul were excellent! Reasonable price, great customer service and excellent results!
Dons DI auto got my Ram truck fixed quickly and efficiently for a fair price. AC is colder than ever and it’s 115 right now in Vegas. I’m very impressed with the service. Got me in and out no problems.
I dropped off my truck there on April 6th, 2022. Admittedly, when I dropped it off I told them I wasn’t in a hurry as I wanted to be sure that I was able to
Pay the bill. However, this has gotten way out of hand…. Tomorrow makes 16 months and it still isn’t done. I can’t rate the quality of their work as I haven’t seen It. I Can say that I’m tired of the excuses and the calls that are never returned. Honestly, I wish I’d never found them.
Someday, when the work is done I’ll update this review.
