Went here a few times to fix by check engine light and they used low quality parts so the lights was still on after paying thousands of dollars and the other shop fixed my problem by replacing parts from this shop.
This shop also did my breaks and 2 months later I hear the break sounds again so my new shop tells me that my brakes has cheap parts again from this shop. Horrible people and workers.
Ps: I paid thousands of dollars and none of my problem was fixed so I went to a different shop and they fixed it.
My conclusion is that dons Di used low quality parts and that’s why my check engine light was not fix while they also used some bad breaks parts so the didn’t last long.
Ps: they took all my money without offering any refunds.
Ps: they use used parts to fix my breaks so it only lasted 2 months even though I paid for a brand new parts. This mechanic will steal your money. They have been reported and will have their time.
Don and he's Crew of seasoned Professionals did a Great job with my car , I really do appreciate the Attention and Care that they offered from car needs and RV's , from Now on this will be my first and only choice , thank you Don !!
Great tire alignment and rotation service with reasonable pricing. These guys are honest and provide excellent service. I will come back to Las Vegas and will do all my car services with them moving forward!
Although I had been a customer one time several years ago, Paul made me feel like I’d been going there for years. Very welcoming, comfy waiting room and my car’s oil change was done swiftly and at a great price (I used a Groupon). I’ll definitely be taking my car back to “my mechanic shop” For all future needs.
I was traveling through Las Vegas with my motorhome towing my jeep that i've been having problems with (cutting out and missing) and I wanted to get it fixed before I got to my final destination, not knowing where I'd have it fixed at that point. The RV park I stayed at was right next door to Don's D. I. auto and truck service. I call them with hopes that maybe, possibly.I would have a chance to get it fixed while I was there for 3 or four days. Talking to paul the service writer, I told him the urgency that I needed. And he said to bring it by in the morning, and he would try and squeeze me in, he had a full schedule, but he would try. I dropped it off at 10 and at 4:30. It was fixed. And at a price of half of what I was expecting. I would recommend Don's D.I. Auto and truck service over and over again. Thank you Paul and team.

DON"T GO THERE!!! They will try to charge you for unnecessary things. Then they do shotty work. Ex.- I went in for a front end alignment on my RV. Afterwards, drove it from Las Vegas to Flagstaff, Arizona and couldn't keep it on the road due to shaking violently and unable to drive. The two front tires were leaning in so bad that I had to have 2 front tires replaced and another front alignment done. Plus $5,000 worth of work to totally fix the front end, just to be able to drive it home and make it right. The shop I had it done it took pictures and documentation of the damage. When I got home after arguing with Don, he admitted that he screwed up and put in a request for reimbursement with his warranty company. After 2 months I only got reimbursed for the actual alignment but refused to pay me for the new tires or anything else. So I'm encouraging everyone to boycott this place. They will rip you off!!!

Brought my car in for an oil change on a Saturday afternoon. The oil change was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. When I got home, I noticed a decent sized oil leak which wasn't there before. I called and Paul had me in for an appointment the next morning right when they opened. They threw my car on the lift, found the problem, and had me out the door--with no charge--in 20 minutes. The whole team at Don's deserve 5 stars.
I went in for front brake replacement, Paul was very helpful, he did honor the Groupon price, however, he didn't mention that the Groupon brakes would still make noise, unfortunately the brakes sound just as bad as when I brought them in to be repaired. The office & bathroom very clean, waiting room was nice and clean also, tv to watch & water was available. The tech, L. Johnson, let me know about a gash in my tire, I appreciate that.
Was referred to this mechanic by a friend. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did on my Mercedes 2019 E300… I usually bring to Mercedes but decided to bring to Don D&I off the refferal… I was extremely impressed with the Customer service & great communication and pricing was very fair did both brakes and transmission service.
Never again will I go to Don's. They continuously dragged me on stating my car needed more work. Once they finish one task they said another needed to be done. Thousands of dollars for multiple issues only to leave with three more lights on my dash board that I didn't have when I went. I've never felt more duped in my life than dealing with these mechanics. They need to start booking cancellations
Don's auto has always put out respectable work and honesty they have over came many challenges with our old POS 2001 jeep. And unlike a lot of other shops Don's don't give up when things don't go quite right. I would highly recommend these professionals.
Working from out of town, I had some issues crop up with my diesel pick-up truck and some scheduled maintenance. Don's was only diesel place open on Saturday. Had a chat, they could squeeze me in on Tuesday, they had me out on Friday. Honestly, it took a little longer than I wanted but they got it done and found a gremlin issue and had it repaired. Cost seemed reasonable. Would have been 5 stars if I got out when they initially said I would, but the work was solid.
You guys installed an non Toyota part for my car so the check engine light was still on then you told me that I need to pay over 2k$ for fixes for it to be fix but it did not and I went to a different shop and they fixed my check engine light by installing the correct Toyota part. You guys trying to save some money from some fake parts but us costumers gets screwed.
Never going to this shop again since they will buy the cheap parts for you so they can save money and then the problem won’t be fix and now you have to spend more.
The Service here was excellent, Paul was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my A/C system and possible problems. He also worked well with Endurance service contract. Great service .
The service is great, I called asking for a quote and 5 min after I hang up I saw the message with it. Also, I needed my car to be ready by the next day( cause that what other shops told me it was gonna take to repair it) but these guys did it the same day. Im so impressed of how fast and good they work. Now my car is in perfect condition thanks to them, and the prices of the parts and the services are good compared to others. I highly recommend it.( I came in for a watter pump and a Tensioner replacement)
Eric and Paul are great! Always thoroughly explaining needed replacements and as quick as possible. No hassle on tow-ins easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for everything from oil changes to complete diagnostics.
Dons DI auto got my Ram truck fixed quickly and efficiently for a fair price. AC is colder than ever and it’s 115 right now in Vegas. I’m very impressed with the service. Got me in and out no problems.
