We used Assured Junk Removal today to remove a couch and a love seat. They gave us a window of 4 to 6 PM, were here a little after 4 which I was thankful for. It's hard now days to even get people to show up and we appreciate their consideration to our time. They removed both pieces of furniture in a short amount of time. We wish we would have paid more attention to their names to give them proper credit but we're sure the company knows who they sent. Will definitely use them when the need arises.

Danny and Davin were assigned to pick up some items I’d been meaning to get rid of for quite some time. They showed up the same day and made quick, efficient work of it. On top of that, they were incredibly professional and personable. I’d request them personally if I ever needed to have large items removed from my home again!
I called in the morning and they were able to come by within the next hour. They respected the “no knock” sign on my door and called me to let me know they were outside. As soon as I paid, they got right to work and they were efficient and quick. Glad we found them online to take our bulk item because they did the work at a reasonable price for their labor. I don’t tend to leave a lot of reviews but when I do, I always keep it upfront and 100% truthful. This company came out last week, Wednesday, very professional and friendly and gave me an estimate and they were true to their word by giving me a window of What’s the least I could expect paying and what’s the most. Yesterday they arrived, and the two YOKED Pacific Islander brahdahs, Devin & Danny, were beyond professional. Their work ethic and teamwork with each other is hard to find and very unique. They are very courteous, professional respectful, but most of all reminded me of back home in Hawaii (CHEEEEHUUU). They were fast, efficient and mindful of the things that they were putting in the truck, even though it was probably just going in a dumpster. Above all, they even helped me move the car chassis. I had to move in order for them to get the stuff back into my garage and place it perfectly where I wanted it to which I did not expect it’s hard to find companies with the level of care for the customer and helpfulness and not just worrying about the money. Devin and Danny were truly amazing and very friendly to talk to while they were cleaning out my stuff in the garage. Lastly, the communication from this company and those two boys from start to finish advising me every step of the way that they were on their way and what have you is the most valuable thing someone can expect from a business and again that is communication true of their word. I ended up paying less than what I was quoted as many other companies would somehow keep the highest number as the final number. I recommend this company very highly and know that you’ll be taken care of not only with price, but with job, efficiency and expectations.

Really great experience. I called on Thursday afternoon and was told that the Manager would call me back. My call was received within a few minutes and they made arrangements to pick up the items that night. I was impressed and grateful. This was the first time I used this service, but it will not be the last time. Thank you, Ryan and team for making this so easy!!!!
I will be using Assured junk removal again. This company is great. They made an appointment, reminded me with a text about the appointment. Called to tell me they were on their way. When Israel and Brian arrived; they were courteous kind and in their uniform. They quickly cleaned out my storage unit. I am very happy with this company.
I cannot say enough about the great service I received today from Davin and Danny!!! They were very thorough in what was required to remove a rather large credenza but beyond that they were excellent to work with ( very professional) . My experience with “Assured” has been 5 star from my first phone call to the office to schedule a pickup. HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Assured Junk Removal was awesome! I spoke to Carmen this morning, she set up a sane day appointment. Ryan and Brian were here at 11 am, they cleared out all our moving boxes and broken items (due to the movers ) and by 11:30 AM we have a cleaned out garage! Highly recommend this company.
