We went to Paradise after being turned away elsewhere. We had an odd request - a piece of furniture stuck in the back of a “classic” RAV4. Not only was Paradise Auto Body VERY helpful, they were kind, fair priced, and conveniently located. Not only did they help us, they also fixed a broken door AND cleaned up the old car!!

I just got my 2009 hemi orange R/T dodge challenger back after the rear quarter panel got hit. the car came back better than the factory made it! the trunk lid interior and jams were polished like the exterior paint. it's crazy clean looking. you can eat off of it! the car was fully detailed when i got it back! anthony did it right! I send my family members and friends here! jackie was also great with communication on how things were going. thanks guys!!!! This was April of 2024, now it's the same time but 2025, I brought my Cadillac Escalade Platinum in. i got the wheels painted the same color as the car. Insane precision with the tapping. no greasy kid stuff!
This place sells used cars. But do not walk on their lot to look. After 15 minutes of no one out in the lot and looking at the vehicles an employee pulls up and starts yelling at us for looking at the vehicles. We ask if it’s a used car lot and he continues to complain at us. Been buying cars for 35 years wouldn’t spend a dime at this place. Truly disgusting foul mouthed employee wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.
They did really good work on my SUV! They applied discounts and worked with me throughout my claim. Also the front desk goes the extra mile. Thank you for all your hard work.
These guys were amazing. They worked on my 2019 BMW 750. One of my airbags was out and it also needed bodywork done. They were able to get the job done. Super fast and the work came out amazing. Would definitely recommend them to anybody in the area Vegas!
Such a great service! I had an accident and they make sure that all parts will come on time, always notified me on any change. I came again to fix another thing that was related and they talk to the insurance and made the whole stressing event as smooth as possible. Will come again!
Unprofessional, unfriendly. Don't bring your vehicle here. Ask your insurance for more options. They disconnected most of features and my truck and now has so many issues because them. They said they have professional people working for them but is not true. Don't let them touch your vehicle. Zero stars

I chose to have Paradise Auto Body do the repair on my 2019 Ford Ranger which was flawless before the accident and after the repair it’s back to its original glory. I had a slight issue with the finish, but they guarantee their work and were able to fix it and get it right. They treated me very well and made sure I had my car back to the way it originally was before my mishap. It's a family-run business with a personal touch. I recommend them.

This shop is HIGHLY recommended from my personal experiences. I had gotten in an accident and had them do the body work on my vehicle. They did a phenomenal job! My car was fixed correctly, they were very friendly, went out of their way on a few occasions to accurately diagnose the damage and properly repair my car, they washed it, and with all around, over the top customer service, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I am and will be going back in the future for any repairs needed!
Unfortunately I was involved in an auto accident on 6/30/20. Not only was Paradise ready and able to help asap, they got the estimate to the insurance, were very accurate, detailed, and HONEST. car was ready right when they said and they wouldn't let me leave until they disinfected and cleaned it! Professional and recommended if needed again.
Everyone at Paradise Auto Body is amazing! I was referred to them by my insurance company for body work on my 2019 Tahoe. They are so nice and gave me an appointment right away. I love their honesty and professionalism. First, Ana who is a receptionist welcomed so kindly. I didn't feel that I was entering a body shop. Second, Jackie who is represent for my case, she treated me as a family with honesty. I definitely suggest this body shop to everyone.
11/06/19: Called Paradise and spoke with Jessie again about my coins. She's refusing to let me speak with the manager and the name of their Insurance. Jessie continues to cover up that my coins were stolen there. Repeatedly states "we're not responsible for stolen valuable, you signed the paper." if the car wasn't broken into and you all had the key, then someone here stole the coins. So, Jessie you all can steal from customers and use this statement, "we are not responsible for stolen items"?
Next question, why are you taking pictures of the inside console without the person being there to witness it? Her reply, so I can protect myself. I Bridgett am willing to take a lie detective test to prove that my coins were in the car. Jessie replied they will not the test.
I have reported them to the BBB and I filed a police report.
It is not right for them or any company to go through your things looking for valuable to steal!
Well this was the first time in a long time that I had to go to any body shop for anything and let's just say that the crew here did a ABSOLUTE FANTASTIC job on my car. From the great customer service provided from Jackie and Ann was on point, they both was very informative about what was going on and when everything would be done. The guys in the shop did a fabulous job and thanks to Carlos for making everything go smooth and always keeping us informed about any and all changes to the car. I would want to openly apologize to Carlos for getting him with my hilarious voicemail ( my bad bro lol) and that I would say that they are super professional and I would for sure recommend them to anybody that needs any type of body work done on their car. Customer service was excellent and staff was super friendly. Our truck was done fast and they cleaned up our truck and buffed it for us. I would recommend it. If your looking for an honest company that wont rip you off this is the place to go.

I wanted to get my plastic trim and bumpers painted and i decided to go with Paradise auto body. After speaking with the knowledgeable staff I felt comfortable that Anthony knew exactly what I wanted and he made a few suggestions that I went with and I am very happy I took his advice. I noticed that he had some very high-end cars in for repairs and some well known corporate cars and trucks. Anthony was very good to deal with even though I am not a corporate account or a high end vehicle owner I received the same treatment. Definitely recommend this auto body shop. I had my Nissan Pathfinder serviced here & let me just say that the staff is high in their customer service. It's a clean & professional office. The staff is super friendly & very welcoming. Anthony took care of my car service and he is extremely great & satisfied the needs of my car & he did more than expected. My car was given back to me in a fast timely manner. It's a Family business & very well experienced. I recommend this place, if you bring your car you will be happy. Therefore they have earned my trust & a customer.
All they needed to do was an alignment and rotation but they seem to have started the work without finishing. They also claimed I need a whole new rack and pinion for like $1200. A mechanic friend of mine in LA checked it out and said the rack and pinion were fine and most of the bolts needed to do an alignment were still rusted on like they hadn't been touched and one of the nuts was missing. Not sure which mechanic worked on my vehicle but they need to never work on vehicles again because their sloppy work could have caused severe damage to my vehicle or lead to a serious accident. They also had me waiting for about 4 hours when I was told 2 hours max.
Wouldn't take my cars ANYWHERE else. Been coming here over 10 years, ALWAYS exceptional service. Entire staff is professional, front office and the guys you don't see who do the ALL the hard work. Jackie, Jessie, Anthony and Carlos are all great. You can't go wrong with either of them
This is one of the places Progressive sends your vehicle for repair if you have been in accident. Case-in-point, they completed almost 6k in repairs on my car. 1st, they put an aftermarket bumper on my 15mo old vehicle. So of course it did not fit. They contacted ME directly instead of going through Progressive which is not good because I would have to leave my vehicle for a day or so and would consequently need a rental. 2nd, noticed clunking noise coming from area that was repaired and my steering wheel was off kilter. I took it into dealership because I didn't want to deal with anymore issues. Dealership inspected and concluded it was the tie rods and front suspension bolts that were loose, also the alignment (that Paradise supposedly already did) was off. The only reason they earned 3 stars was because they were good dealing w the follow up fixes to their mistakes. However, i was highly irritated that I needed additional visits, time out of my days off, to fix their screw ups.
