I would have given 5 stars, but the dispatcher who answered my call was terrible. She clearly didn’t know what she was doing, and the process was very frustrating.
On the other hand, Louis, the tow truck driver, was excellent. He took his time with the car, made sure no additional damage was caused, and was very professional. He even mentioned that the dispatcher undercharged us for the type of tow. I told him I wasn’t surprised since she seemed so unprepared.
One major concern I raised was why customers are required to pay upfront based on mileage before the tow is even evaluated. It would make more sense for the driver to assess the situation on arrival and then determine the correct fee.
Learning lesson for Luther Towing: charging solely by mileage before proper evaluation may cause you to lose money and frustrate customers.
Saadiq from Luther Towing towed my car from California to Nevada. He was patient and kind. It was an overall great experience. The customer service was amazing, I definitely recommend their services.
What started out to be a very stressful situation, turned out to be a great experience. The operator's name was Lewis, he pulled up next to my car which was disabled and partially in a traffic lane. He immediately started the process of towing my car. His knowledge of his job was beyond my expectations. As we all know in Vegas, you get a lot of inexperienced people who struggle with that they do. He was professional, experienced and kind. He kept in contact with me the whole time. He called me to tell me his ETA, then when he delivered my car to the repair shop, he sent me a text to tell me my car arrived and sent a picture of the car in front of the shop. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service I received, and would not hesitate to use him again if the need ever arises. Luther Towing is lucky to have such a good person representing their company.

Saadiq was amazing communicated his eta and called when he was enroute this guy is lifesaver, dispatcher didnt really know where i was but she figured it out, great service all around.

Luther Towing Las Vegas was great!! I got referred through Gieco. They were extremely communicative and responsive on my needs. I had a nail on the sidewall of my tire. They mentioned that it would be about an hour. During that hour, the company AND the driver called to let me know the timeframe and what would happen. When they arrived, I was pleased to know there was a female on the team. This made me much more comfortable and the team was great at helping me know the next steps on my tire. Would recommend and would use them again for any services!!!

Justin in Reno was great and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was very busy and had a great attitude and was very apologetic about the delay but can’t blame them for being busy. I was told ETA of 60 minutes. I waited 1 hr and 15 minutes then I called and they told me another hour. What a waste of my time. Can't get that back. Had to cancel. I'm very sure the drivers are great but the customer service and dispatch, not so much.
