I called this morning because bulk trash wouldn’t take my bed frame. The guy I spoke to was super friendly and they were able to send someone out same day and remove the frame. The guy on site was also very pleasant to speak with.
I contacted this company to have a 10x10 hot tub removed and was quoted $450–$550 via text, which was within my budget. We scheduled a time, and although the team arrived about 30 minutes late, they did notify me in advance, which I appreciated.
However, upon arrival, they asked if I had received a quote. I read them the message I had received, and was then told the price would actually be $650—significantly higher than the original estimate. Unfortunately, no explanation was given for the price increase. I would have appreciated clearer communication up front, particularly a note that the quote was subject to change based on specific factors. As a single woman, the experience left me feeling uneasy and taken advantage of.
The team did successfully remove the hot tub, but they left behind quite a bit insulation debris, which I spent about an hour cleaning up on my own.
While the job was ultimately completed, the lack of transparency around pricing and cleanup fell short of my expectations.

The guys were nice but they were done way to fast and the cost for the service was to high for what services were performed. I called got junk after and they removed 3x as must trash and did it for less. I hope that you guys take this for what it is an honest review from someone who has done work in the industry for 12 years.
Fast, friendly, and professional. We were moving and death cleaning. Michael was great, I called late at night and he got us in for the next morning. Communication was great: they updated us with a reminder text and an ETA phone call. The crew was amazing: Augustin, Angel, and Daniel arrived on time and cleared all the junk quickly, great team. Up front pricing when they arrive and see how much junk you have. They even took an old mattress!
Allegiance guys showed up less than 4 hours of my call. They were polite, friendly, and courteous. Removed the refrigerator quickly and were on their way! And the cost was considerably less than other estimates I received.

Initially, I set up an appointment online to have some items picked up. I had set the pick up date for the next day, as there were no more time slots for that day. Ethan called me back a short time later and let me know that he was able to pick up within the hour, if it worked for me.
Around 45 minutes later Ethan and Tyler arrived, looked over my items, quoted me a competitive price, and a short time later they were finished and my garage was clear again.
