First time here, I have visited the location on Vegas valley many times. This one differs in that instead of going to the window to get the your cash, you are instead handed back your receipt and told to go to an ATM type machine around the corner.
The machine is supposed to scan the barcode on your receipt and then dispense your cash accordingly. However, I had a difficult time with this. I went back to the window for help and the girl working there said it was actually a problem with her computer but she corrected the problem right away and was very polite. Other than that I wasn't very satisfied with the amount of money I was paid for my items but oh well, the employees were all cool and I did good for the environment if nothing else...
The gentleman that I spoke was was very nice and polite and told me where I could take my aluminum cans. They do not accept aluminum at SN Recycling does not take Aluminum cans.
We're your guaranteed to get the lowest price they can get away with giving you. Also look at your receipt, they like to list your recyclables in correctly so as to pay you less. Example is , commonly they pay you for TIN, when you bring STEEL.
Great service fast in and out besides the tractor that was moving back the steel ran over a electric motor and it shot out of the tire and slammed in to my trailer bairly missing me and my employee by inches only recimendation i have is not to be runni g the heavy equipment with customers arround someone is gonna get hurt .....

The Mexicant who took my scrap told me one thing and then did the opposite,standard operating procedure for scrapyards,have a guy who doesn't care to speak much English so they can so they can get a lil more outta you
The service was good but the Price's are really low #2 Copper is 1.60 a pound and 80% yellow brass is
. 60 cent's a pound and aluminum cans are.15 cent's a pound and aluminum painted old sheet is also .15 cent's a pound so I don't know what other places are price wise but other than that it was okay.
Totally unreliable company. Absolutely no customer service skills. This rating system to post makes you put 1 star minimum but it is actually 0. Totally rude, unprofessional staff. She said she didn't care what my name is, just what # I am literally. Waited for over 3 and a half days for them to tow my junk car that I already had an appointment for. Called and texted them 5 times. Long story short, I called another company and they handled it no questions asked and at my door within 45 minutes. Please DO NOT ever do business with this shady company. You'll just be wasting your precious time.
