I returned a part that i bought from CARPARTS.COM thru EBAY, they sent me a return label, i sent the item and then they said there isnt a tracking # for the item and they refuse to give me the refund ! VERY FRAUDULENT WAY OF DOING BUSINESS, im contacting EBAY today and if i dont get my money back that is only $88.00 dollars, im BIG in social media with millions of followers and im gonna take care of this problems going BIG in the platforms how they scammed poeple. 1 option ONLY , give me my money back ASAP or ill share this and others peoples problems with Car Part !, you are Advice.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I don’t understand if there high demands in orders why offer express shipping?? I need the part I paid for it to be over nighted and I called yesterday and until now nothing has been shipped ! If you can’t ship it when you say don’t offer express shipping!
I ordered 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL tail lights for driver and passenger side. I was shipped two driver side tail lights. No contact number to call to have company to ship out correct tail lamp to enable me to send the incorrect shipment back to them! I should be compensated for their error!
