I started car parts October 18th , I got fired from “being caught on my phone multiple times”. When I never was on my phone. I called my agency which was LSI staffing to get some type of footage or more information and they said they will have to get back to me. They never did, so I took it upon myself to contact HR. Her reasoning on not getting the footage for me was because it was too long ago, mind you it’s only been a month but regardless of the date as HR it is there job to pull tapes. She later then said she always takes her supervisors word even tho I am telling her out my own mouth I was never on my phone and to put a end to all of this let’s just pull up the footage. She refused and told me it is out of her hands and told me to go through my agency.. it was too many red flags within this one first conversation. l between me and Michelle. So I called my agency, and of course as usual they do not help. They told me it is nothing they can do because technically this is HR job. Dionel is the one who fired me. And dionel had a problem with me when I first walked through that door. And if you worked or plan on working for this company you will see exactly what I am talking about. His attitude is very nasty and unwelcoming as a “supervisor” he made comments everyday I came into work and I always ignored him. He fires people because he knows he can. But this right here is wrongful termination and I will be taking further action as I have time stamps and dates to prove my point. I say all this to say a lot of these companies in Las Vegas aren’t very friendly and very mischievous, instead of doing the right thing as a company they make things harder for employees but preach how we can and have the right to speak up for ourselves and take further action but when it is time they give us the run around.
I'm not a customer, but an employee. We strive to ensure you're fragile products are safely loaded and unloaded on the truck. For me I want you to receive you're package with minimal exterior box damage. I'm just a temp agency employee,but take work pride in what I do. Please continue to choose carparts as you're provider. With this being my last week, moving on to bigger and better things. May this company continue to provide excellent products to its consumer. I don’t usually leave reviews but I don’t understand if there high demands in orders why offer express shipping?? I need the part I paid for it to be over nighted and I called yesterday and until now nothing has been shipped ! If you can’t ship it when you say don’t offer express shipping!
