Never parked once in a posted no parking zone. Was still towed by these over zealous and unlawful employees. Then will not release your car because your parents "own" it and you pay them. With proof of insurance shown. Then it's all about the letter of the law. Illegal car seizures in spaces not blocking any flows of traffic (employee stated that there was picture proof but failed to provide any of my car being parked any further out then the car parked "legally" right next to them.
Illegally tows disabled persons cars while parked next to other vehicles, without posting no parking or tow away zone signs in their lots. At gyms. Where you go to relieve pain conditions, you can instead have your car moved without warning or posting because it's private property
Attendant showed no picture proof of my car being in an area that was obstructing traffic. I was not beyond the curb, or even the red line when parked. They showed the car next to me, not the curb I was parked next to. As there were no no parking signs displayed, but several disabled signs nearby, I assumed it was safe to park. There was nothing stating no parking here or tow away zone. This tow was illegal, and the BBB has been made aware
A man identified as a Mexican male verbally abused and physically assaulted my sister. After we had already paid the required amount to retrieve our vehicle, he attempted to remove us from the property without justification. During the incident, an elderly woman present at the location treated us respectfully and attempted to assist us. However, the man approached aggressively to see what was happening. He proceeded to push us and behave in a threatening manner. Due to his actions, we warned him that we would contact the police. The man then turned his aggression toward the elderly woman, verbally abusing her as well. He made a threatening statement implying that something bad would happen to her. His behavior was hostile, intimidating, and unsafe for everyone present.
THESE PEOPLE ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I BROUGHT ALL THE DOCUMENTS ASKED TO SHOW PROOF OF OWNERSHIP THEY REFUSED IT BC IT WASN'T PRINTED OUT . Please don’t park your car AT THE HARRISON APARTMENT ON TROPICANA AND ANDOVER/ they only tow cars that have VALUE.There is 5 cars on the lot that not running and old no VALUE IF TOWED-people won’t try to redeem them because they have no value or insurance that’s Business But it’s still wrong. This company is engaging in shady and predatory business practices. They unlawfully marked my tire, towed my vehicle without proper cause, and have refused to return it in a timely manner. That is not legitimate business—it is theft under the guise of towing. And I will be using these other reviews as prime examples.
They now have 48 hours to return my vehicle to the same complex it was taken from. Failure to comply will result in formal complaints being filed with the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General’s office, and all relevant consumer protection agencies. I will also pursue legal remedies for unlawful possession and damages.
The public deserves to know how this company operates. If they are willing to do this to me, they will do it to anyone. Dishonest companies like this should be held accountable.
This Towing Sucks, Over Charges and will just tow away cars randomly for no reason. It's just fun for them to tow your car I guess. Plus customer service is horrible. Never use these people.

I never received a tow sticker or anything on my vehicle. I called the police thinking it was stolen. The police informed me there was no reason for the tow in the system. This company is literally stealing vehicles.

MY SON IN LAW CAME TO MY HOME YESTERDAY TO MOVE 2 COUCHES HAD HIS TRUCK PULLED UP IN FRONT OF THE COUCHES TAILGATE DOWN CAME IN TO MY HOME YO USE THE RESTROOM BECAUSE HE HAD JUST DRIVIN HERE FROM BOULDER CITY WAS NOT EVEN HERE 5 MINUTES WENT OUT TO LOAD THE COUCHES IN TO HIS TRUCK AND THIS COMPANY HAD TOWED HIS TRUCK. THEN HE HAD TO PAY AFTER HOURS CHARGES FOR A TOTAL OF $435.00. I JUST CALLED THE TOW YARD TO COMPLAIN AND AFTER TELLING THE THEM THE STORY THEY KEPT SAYING OVER AND OVER NO STREET PARKING BUT FOR GOD SAKE HE WAS MOVING 2 COUCHES FROM THE FRONT OF MY HOME AS I AM DISABLED AND NEED THEM TO BE MOVED FROM MY HOME. They towed someone’s vehicle that I know and he unfortunately hurt himself and is in bad condition cuz he got hopeless and ahad no vehicle to get to work he just got hired at a new job has been homeless w no. Money n everything set him back . Smh make ur money I guess
Apparently they oversee our community echo park on Mojave but there is a vehicle a old primered lifted junker Ford f150 down in the end lot for overflow never had plates (years now) never had registration and is driven daily. Things like this leave me shaking my head. Aren't you supposed to take care of problem vehicles like this that are statistically used in the commission of crimes?

Total crooks who thrive off illegal unauthorized tows. After which.. They give you the run around after avoiding answering any questions to retrieve your property. Don’t be surprised if you show up and they ask for every bit of your personal information (probably to steal your identity) that goes beyond the state requirements. Will lie and say you are causing a scene and can’t retrieve your car when an officer shows up. They won’t even let a power of attorney pick up your vehicle for you. They follow no laws or codes! Again I say; they’re nothing but a crooked business.
Unethical, racists and extremely unprofessional. Towed a truck that was going to be towed somewhere else. Wont listen and interrupts customers when asking questions, belittles you when they don't understand what you are asking. Payment was made and the driver still drove off with the truck. Stated that they were left because we used our freedom of speech right. I didn't know that a driver would be afraid because of some curse words. They prey on hardworking people. They wouldn't provide proper translation for a vital document that states their policies in a city where Hispanics make up 25% of the population. How is it that they tow someone for parking on a fire lane to open a gate but they can parked there for half an hour without any repercussions.
Towed my car off a lot I pay to be in claiming it was "unauthorized" and because I didn't have plates despite the fact there were 10 cars there longer than me also without plates. They target cars they think people won't be able to afford to get back. Absolute crooks, shitty customer service. I will never rent at a property that uses this criminal company again.
Okay, so they towed my car which was my fault, but now I’m calling them asking where the location is and they telling me to literally just “stand on the corner like a hoe” and wait for him to bring my car. I asked if I should be here early if that is okay and he said yeah and then when I get here now I’m literally standing outside alone I’m 20 years old and this guy literally doesn’t care so yeah, if anything happens to me that’s why.
these companies will tow your vehicle if it's profitable, they don't care about old beat up cars, they want yours to make money, there companies give 20% to the city, that' why the city do let them do wat they do.... they don't care if your car has all the paperwork, they are private companies, the city of Las vegas loves them!!!
