Put on my car it was blown. I asked them for refund and labor they said you only get your money back no labor and what was their problem not mine! They should either cover labor or test their parts before selling em to people.

This is one place where you can get parts for 10 year or older vehicle, the business's primary goal is to recycle metal to generate revenue. So depending on the price of metals ( steel, aluminum) the cars are scrapped between 2 to 4 weeks when it arrives on the lot. If the market is slow you may find the vehicle on the lot for 6-8 weeks. The goal is to procure vehicles that are totaled and available for rock bottom price due to age of the vehicle
The probability of finding cars newer than 10 yrs is remote due their market value being considerably higher and does not fit into the business model of this location.
Depending on what you are looking for you may find a bargain on certain parts for some parts post COVID the price exceeds new price on Amazon.
Few years ago their parts price was very competitive or one can say cheap. Post COVID their prices have gone up.
Example - price of a new blower for some Nissan models on Amazon is $30 vs this location which is also $30.This may not be true for high end cars like Merc, BMW, Audi, and Lexus
On the other hand one may find a bargain on a replacement fender, bumper, doors, wheel rims, some hard to get parts. This is very true if you are looking to match your vehicle color or style and it saves a lot of money. The price is fixed and does not depend on the brand or make. The bad there is no way to know the color(not updated online always) or damage until you step into the lot. For the price point the business is offering I think it would be too much to ask for publishing photos of the vehicle.
The business has online inventory checker but is not accurate or not updated frequently. I have been to the lot only to find the vehicle I was interested in has been scrapped.
The location does offer a 90 day warranty that you can buy which helps if you want to swap or replace if it is not working.
As expected you will find part scavengers constantly on the lookout for parts they can salvage and sell it in the open market. So one has to be proactive to hunt.
I'm not a mechanic it just so happens that I own a 14 yr and a 20 yr car and SUV, as it ages some minor issues and minor fender benders occur. I just explore my options at this lot. Lately, as stated above I explore my options on Amazon and Rockauto for pricing before burning my time to head to the lot.
Drove up from Omaha, NE to pick up an engine for a KIA Rio. I called to see if it was in stock and confirmed it was. Called back 3 days later and spoke with someone that took my name and confirmed my engine was indeed in stock and on hold for me pending my arrival. I drove up the next day to Fridley to pick up the engine. When I arrived, I was shocked when I was told the engine was sold and no longer available. Long story short, the engine had been located but cost an additional hr + wait to do so. I wish I would have caught the female manager that jumped to action to assist. She was AWESOME! She discounted the engine for my inconvenience and we were finally on our way back to Omaha. Got the engine dropped in the RIO and it fired right up purring like a kitten! The RIO is back in action! Bottom line, the pricing was worth the drive from Omaha and the manager was amazing. I have book marked this location for future needs that may come up!
Never been to this joint but at least one of their drivers is less than competent. This truck clipped my sideview mirror. The driver proceeded to stop and tell me to keep my “middle” finger to myself. Seriously man?
Great place for your average American, 1st visit was 20yrs ago. Just sold a vehicle for a great price after 13yrs of owning it. An now somebody can let their vehicle last longer with my old one:) it's a win win situation.
