The website says 24 hours that's a lie I called him it's 11:00 he said that he don't have anybody available he can't do it and they need to change their advertisement because it's a lie
Charged $400 for a car that wasn’t even there for half a day. Didn’t have change so he kept it instead of finding another solution. Had to wait 20 mins for him to get there.
I was in wreck car got totaled speedway picked it up the guy was nice met me at his lot so I could get my stuff out he had car for maybe 6 days charged my insurance company over 3 thousand dollars. Not a good way to get repeat business
This man tried to hustle my sixteen year old son who had just totaled his car. We asked for a price breakdown and he refused at time of service. He told me a price to tow the vehicle to my house without knowing where we live. He tried to force me to pay cash and acted like he was doing me a favor by towing the vehicle and kept telling me he should be charging me more. He has many negative reviews for being a liar.
When asked for a receipt to break down cost, we were rudely informed that we were being "done a favor." While running a business, informing customers of charges should not be considered a courtesy, rather it should be routine. Met with hostility when none was given on our part.
Thank You Speedway Towing for rescuing us and thank you Rebekah for referring them. Danny was very helpful and treated us with dignity and excellence. I've had some very bad experiences with tow trucks so it was nice to not have to wait forever and everything went super smooth.
After an accident, the towing company was very communicative and flexible with any services that I required. They were honest and forthcoming with any issues, even potential ones, that I was faced with.
They practically bent over backwards to help me; meeting me outside of business hours to take care of whatever I needed. I wholeheartedly recommend them. They were good people who seemed to actually care.
terrible buisness ethic. 300$ fir a tow are you kidding me. He is also a lier i i was there when that car got towed there was no k9 unit there. They had no reason to tow the car off private property and the guy does have proff of ownership.
