We went in with a simple question if they could do a diagnostic on our moped, instead of just saying no, Robert Lee started being overly upset and angry for asking one simple question making us feel awful and never wanting to use autozone again

A great guy saved our vacation. Benjamin Crimer. Got to autozone after getting to our vacation spot. Tried to restart my truck. Dead battery. Got a jump and headed to autozone. Benjamin verified my battery was the issue and help me change it. It had 3 lock downs that I never saw . We got it done in record time. This was after a terrible vacation start. 1. Had to get a new Tire at the Stateline because it was about to blow. Truck was wobbling. Some heros don't wear capes. Thank you for my veteran's discount. Sincerely.

I came in to the hollister location on thursday to get a new battery for my car, i was promptly greeted by Alex who was happy to help me and looked up my vehicle and explained all of my options and their respective warranties and qualities. I ultimately purchased a duralast gold based on his knowledge and recommendation as it had the best value for money. He then asked if I would like it installed while I waited in the store where it was warm. It took about 10 minutes, and I was on my way with peace of mind and a fresh new battery. He certainly went above and beyond to help me, especially with freezing cold and temperature in the teens. Overall, this visit far surpassed my expectations.

Had a battery failure towards the end of business hours. Came in full of questions (not knowing what to do), and Benjamen offered expert help with the questions well beyond what I'd expect. It does look like they are all genuinely willing to help. Excellent service.

My family and I were vacationing at a nearby business. After we checked in for our room, the car wouldn’t start. I got it jumped, and was able to drive to the room, but then the car wouldn’t start again. I figured that the car runs after getting jumped, so the alternator is likely not an issue, so it’s probably a bad battery. I had purchased the battery from Autozone 6 months before this, so I knew the battery was still under warranty. I got another jump, drove to this Autozone where Jackie ran a diagnosis on the battery, and everything was fine (charge was at 92%)! I was even able to start the car without issue. I decided to go inside and buy a few things, and then came back to a car that wouldn’t start, so Jackie ran the test again. This time my charge was at 70%, so the battery was obviously not holding a charge. Instead of having Jackie or Robert change out the battery, I was able to do it myself (they gave me the tools and a cart to use with the replacement battery). I was able to change it out within a few minutes since I had done this 6 months prior. Jackie and Robert were both very helpful in trying to figure out the issue. The car has been starting without issue since i put in the new battery.

Love our local Autozone! They are the best in customer service by far. I was stranded today and just happened to be next to Autozone when it happened. Ben swooped in and saved the day. Got a new battery and everything. Thanks again Ben! You are the best!

We had to change the wiper blades on our CRV. Called ahead, Benjamen answered and verified the right size and availability. When we showed up, he helped us install the wipers and got us back on the road super quick. Super helpful, and very nice.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I do believe that good work should be recognized. I needed a battery awhile back and I'm capable of changing it out myself; what I needed help with was finding the right size. The man that helped me not only found it fast, and answered my few questions so kindly; but before I knew it he was already outside with the tools to change it for me. He cleaned up my connections, installed it, and hauled away the old one; right there in the parking lot. I really appreciated his help, he was my hero for the day!

I needed a tail light. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Helped me get the right bulb for my tail light. The manager even installed it for me. It couldn't have been a better experience for an old lady. I will continue to shop at this store.

I had to replace my alternator on my 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500hd that was under warranty .and had to do this in the parking lot of the store. Trisha was so helpful and I appreciated all of her assistance. She gets 5 star review for being the BEST!!!

Just had a battery replaced, they brought out tools and the battery and did everything for me. I shop here quite often for miscellaneous car/motorcycles parts and always have a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and excited to help out. Thanks again

My car wasn't starting without a jump. We pulled into AutoZone and Ben helped us right away. He checked our battery and it was bad. We bought a new battery and Ben helped us change it right away. Thank you Ben for the great customer service!

Very helpful workers at this location. One of the older gentlemen (didn't catch his name, unfortunately) who works there talked me through getting my bad starter to start one last time so I could get the car back to the house where the tools are. Saved me a big tow bill. Extremely grateful.

Julia was great! She used the computer to help me diagnose the possible problems. Explained the possible solutions, and I moved forward on her suggestions. Cost me $10, and both of my warning lights went off later that day. Thank you Autozone!

Called today about a defective tool box. I was told to come in with my recept and they would help me figure something out. After checking the same toolbox in stock, we notice they had the same defect. Instead of giving the refund on a product that has a visible defect they wanted to alter the product and fix the defect themselves. The staff was friendly and really tried to help but this visit wasn't a good one. I shouldn't have to alter a defect on a product for it to work right. I'd rather just have my money back.

Came to the rescue. Our keyless entry battery went dead. Stopped by AutoZone to get some help. The tech on duty opened the system, removed the old battery and installed a new one. We were in and out in ten minutes and all for the price of the battery. Quality service with customer service in mind. I will seek out AutoZone stores for my future vehicle needs.

I don't understand customer service to stop ringing you up to answer the phone. The first guy put me on hold to answer the phone. He was on the phone for a couple of minutes when I asked the next cashier to finish up my order. Phone rang and he said excuse me, I said no. I will not wait. He looked at me, smiled and picked up the phone anyway. I left the merchandise on the counter and went across the street and picked up all my items. They were courteous and actually wanted my business. Why do they put a paying customer on hold in the middle of a transaction to answer the phone? I will not be back.

There was a miss understanding about my rewards points. AutoZone called me the next day and said they were sorry about the rewards points mix up. Gentleman said not to worry about the points that it would be taken care of. The manager from the store called me the next day and apologized for any inconvenience and said everything was taken care of and offered me a credit toward my next store purchase. I thanked him for such speedy service and for getting my points for the my purchase . I will definitely keep shopping at Autozone. Employees are very helpful in providing service for their customers.

I had a great experience at Auto Zone. My headlight was out and needed a new one. I barely parked and got my hood up, when Ben came out to help me. I had no idea which bulb I needed, Ben took no time finding the one for me. He even offered to put the new bulb in for me. Very attentive, so polite...Thanks Ben!
