So kinda weird, it was like I wasn’t calling a business, idk if she thought it was a collect call or something. But then got offered $150 for my car as well so this place is a pass for me

They were nice and professional. I had a car that had been sitting a while and didn't have a transferred title. They were able to pick it up a couple of days after my initial call. They didn't come the first agreed upon pickup due to weather but they came the following day and was very communicative and flexible in regards to timing. Easy enough process and friendly people. I just tried to call and sale a car, I got an answer and then the woman hung up and told me to text their number with my vin numbers. Then when I try to call back and confirm nobody is answering the phone, that was all very rude I didn’t think they were serious about the hanging up but y’all need to do better

I am so thankful I contacted this company. They were the third place I called while trying to deal three vehicles. The first place I called would schedule and cancel several times before they stopped communicating altogether. The second place I called wasn't friendly. So I contacted this one and immediately got a response. Not only that, but they were amazing in their communication and very helpful answering all of my questions. I know they were busy with other customers, but I contacted them several times with questions and they were always quick to respond. They were also personable and I never had to remind them who I was. They came out in the evening to look at my three vehicles and I was instantly put at ease. I was very nervous because I've never done anything like this before. They made it so easy on me and they were just so easy to talk to. We completed the transaction that night and the next day they came to get two vehicles. It was later in the evening and dark outside. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they hooked up and took away the cars. I wasn't timing them, but later I realized it was barely over 30 minutes. I should note none of these vehicles had been started or moved for several years. We had bad weather the next day, so they asked to take the third car when the weather was better. They came out the following day, in brutally cold temperatures, and removed the third vehicle. I never post reviews, but definitely felt they deserved one. I am very appreciative of the service I received and would HIGHLY recommend them.

Found these amazing people while looking for someone to buy my broken down car. They were so nice to me over the phone and understanding and they made time to come and meet me at the mechanic shop where my car was and tow it to their place. Gave me a nice amount of money. Hands down most pleasant couple I have ever worked with. Do not hesitate to reach out to this guy. I knew my vehicle inside and out, and he knew exactly what needed to be done. I hate the fact of scrapping a beautiful car (but with such high miles) and he was understanding, I sold my car to him today and he’s gonna try to fix it before parting it out and that’s ok with me.
