***BEWARE: This company towed our vehicle yesterday, caused significant damage to the underside of our RAV4 and refuses to take responsibility. Instead they claim that I must have been off roading or jumping curbs with it to to cause this damage. Unreal.

Earlier today my for got jammed and it wouldn't close. I called TNT Towing and talked to Jason. Jason was so helpful and walked me through the steps over the phone to get my door to unjam. Despite me being overwhelmed, Jason was patient. I really appreciate the service provide despite not being in person.

Steve was our tow driver last night and he was absolutely amazing. He was courteous and kind and helped us through every step of the way, making sure that that he did everything he could to get my broken car on and off of his trailer safely and without breaking it further. I called this tow company in the middle of the night along with dozens of others. They didn’t take my call at the time, but they were the only company to call me as soon as someone started their shift. My car was unfortunately towed by another company in the middle of the night and I wasn’t able to get my car, but Rod picked me up from my house and took my to the site. When my car wasn’t there he drove me home and reassured me on the process of locating my car. I strongly recommend supporting this company with any and all towing needs due to their above and beyond customer service.
I forgot the driver's name already but my over all experience was OUTSTANDING! He arrived on ten minutes sooner then he had said which was GREAT! he was very professional and had great customer service skills (I'm a server so it's something I notice) and this man drove his truck up my steep curvy drive way with no problem and back down with out having to stop and back up. I've had countless drivers (concrete , dump trucks, tree services ect) use my drive way over the years and only a few drove it a flawlessly as your driver (@tnt management , I would keep him if I were you fr tho... Maybe even a raise , he WAS that good!)
