Had exactly what we needed at a price that was INSANELY CHEAP!!! Easy to find the vehicle you are looking to pull a part from, carts to haul tools etc, easy access to the vehicles. The staff was SO nice, especially Dameisha, super helpful at checkout! We will definitely check them first next time we need parts! Highly recommend!

Clean place but overcharging also for parts you can Bay on ebay New and chipper then you pay theire. If you tray to save many on parts you have first luck at different place or online before you come there. But If you have much money it's right place for you go ahead.Have to sign if you come in the yard wasting time on on entrance sometimes tell you on entrance we don't have those cars and you come in and you find three. You have to pay enter fee 2 dollars

Great service friendly staff and mostly fair prices. Some items are highly overpriced like struts.

If I could live here I would. People keep looking at me dirty because I’m walking around whistling and singing, but this place is like heaven for your boy. Can’t lie, 10/10 will pull again. Decent prices, too.

Great location good sale pricing now what to expect cars and trucks that have been pk-n pulled from still sitting far too long after they have been picked dry, isles are extremely cluttered with car and truck debri parts definitely watch one's step.

Staff were so incredibly nice and helpful! Liz went above and beyond to help us when we purchased a part and weren’t able to use it. Trying to fix something on a car in the heat is never ideal but she gave us a smile in the process. Thanks, Liz!!

We spent hour and a half to take off the bumper cover which were supposed to be $52 but in the end they ask $305 for it. Plus 45 minutes drive each way. Do not go there at all, it is cheaper to buy a new parts. Riverside salvage junk yard is a place to go. 111 is good as well, a bit more expensive than riverside, but like 6x times cheaper than Pick-n-Pull.

Horrible place rude workers and not a single bit of help from any of them and watch them they will try to steal your tools

I made an honest mistake on getting the right part for my car and they refuse to give me a full refund only giving me a store credit even though they don't have the right part for an exchange. I don't recommend buying anything from this yard.

Coming from a former customer who has spent over $36,000 at this yard, please take what I say to heart. It was not an easy adjustment to cut this location out! Despite having a select few friendly staff members, this location is now one that I will not return to primarily due to the others. Due to an ongoing battle with management about the surveys that are sent out to Toolkit members, I have added this yard to my "no fly zone." Management would prefer that the surveys be filled out dishonestly (which I was pulled aside like a child to discuss by the manager) than to learn from constructive criticism that was actually about corporate greed and significant price hikes, not about any issues with the yard itself. Apparently having a business relationship with the staff members consists of jeopardizing your own integrity. Since I know several people that still go to this yard, I also find it to be very unprofessional to find out that certain members of the staff would prefer to lie and say that I am no longer allowed here when in fact I am the one that said I would not return. Bottom line here is that these people are NOT your friends and they will show their true colors given enough time to do so. Don't mistake their sometimes friendly demeanor for actual friendship. If you complain on a survey, you will be treated differently than if you lie on them to keep the peace. To me personally, I'd prefer to tell the truth than play their games. If you're a one time visitor, just know that you can get the same parts at Riverside for 1/3 of the price. Its literally across the street! No corporate greed there!

Pretty cool staff! But I gotta say their prices are a little too high for a pick it yourself yard. Could've got the parts id bout there for about the same price new from Amazon. But oh well I had fun!

Complete waste of time. Got the offer, scheduled a time, received a confirmation email. Then, nothing. No show, no communication. Wasted half a day for nothing.

Huge yard with alot of different models of cars. But don’t expect to pay the prices for parts on the website. As those prices are only for parts from cheaper cars. More expensive the car then more expensive the parts will be. They fail to let you know this until after you have taken your part off and carry it all the way to the counter.

Never again. Getting a price for a part that is same price as brand new is insanity. Won't ever bother with this place again. Waste of time. Get a price before going up there and wasting your time when you could order brand new with a click of buttons.

Do yourself a favor and go to other junkyards, way too expensive, prices close to brand new parts. People giving 5 or 4 stars to this place don't even know how to take apart a bicycle.

Check out lady with a tattooed eye, she will list incorrect parts, that will cost more than the actual part that it is in order to charge more. Perfect example, I went in and got a core support. It had the head Lamp still on it. No big deal its a $20 part brand new in the box from anywhere $10. If you order it online and they said it would be $40 for that headlight assembly. And I tried to explain it's not a headlight assembly. It's a headlight bulb that being said I wound up removing the headlight bulb and bending the prongs, so they're not usable before leaving it on the counter for her

This place doesn't hold your hand and "guarantee highest satisfaction". You pay $2 entry fee. And you yourself grab what you need. Pretty straight forward. And they tell you exactly how much a part is when you ask. I see no problem.

I went to the pick n pull in saint louis for the first time in almost a year And let me tell you I was not impressed! For one the staff was rude. The prices have near tripled. I got a motor mount and paid (what I would find out the next day) the same price I could have bought a brand new one at advance auto for. $24.00. Explain how this company can justify charging for their used parts that you have to take off the car yourself what AutoZone or advance auto charge for new parts still in the box

There are some good things about this place but the prices are completely out of control. They charge $90 for a fender and anywhere else charges $25. It don’t matter the condition of the fender, that will be $90 for a 22 year old part you still have to pull yourself in the yard. $37.99 + entry fee + tax for a side mirror and a new one on Amazon is $33 shipped to your door. I think they forgot that they run a junk yard and not an auto part store. I will take my tool bag somewhere else until they fix their prices.

I went in this place one day and was told that apart that I had in my bag wasn't my part even though I had the receipt I'll never go there again no good people twice as high on the price I'll go to 111 parts yard, they take great care with their customers! And their selection is way better!!!! And they're not BBB accredited in St Louis!!! Check it out people I wouldn't go there again ever!!

Prices are insane. You have to go there physically, pull a 50 pound wheel barrow around the yard, pull the parts yourself and then pay literal retail price. You might as well order the part on eBay for the same or less cost and have it hand delivered to your front door and use the money you saved for some pizza delivery. Have a party at home for less than you’d pay for 1 part here. Place is lame.

My son bought his first car on his own from them. They were so kind and caring. Very supportive of him! He was able to put in some elbow grease and have a terrific car

Now don’t get me wrong I think pick n pull is amazing but, I don’t think I’ll be selling another car to them again anytime soon. They have been extremely unprofessional about this, Last Saturday which was 1-13-24 and my car was supposed to be pick up then and with not curtesy call or anything I sat around all day up until I had to go to work with no call, just to call them and be told they have no driver or anything. Then got it rescheduled for Tuesday and thought okay cool no issues then same thing again got another phone call yet again and told sorry we aren’t picking your car up again. So called again went through the same process AGAIN. I had them then set it up as a grab n go got that all set up with no issues now that Thursday is here it’s been nothing but issues we had made my dads number the primary number, I’ve been called several times at school being asked if i was my dad. it is extremely frustrating how very little communication has gone on between people, I’ve never realized how hard it is for people to communicate simple things such as these minor changes. I hope that over time things get better, but until then I’ll be take my time n business else where.

They don't buy your car based on the value of the parts, just the value of the scrap metal. They don't do same-day pickup. Only 1 of the 3 people I spoke to on the phone was actually polite. However, they showed up on time to pick-up and all I had to do once they arrived was sign a paper and give them the title and they gave me the check for the agreed upon price.

I needed a cap to cover my passenger side mirror. One car salvage yard only sold the entire fixture (at a decent price) but I just needed a cap for now. Went to Pick-n-Pull. I'm glad I had a few bucks on me, because it had been years since I have been there and forgot about the $1.00 entry fee. Alex (very nice young lady) pulled a list of about 5 cars for me to check out. I honestly wanted to leave and come back because it was outside. But one of the choices was a blue cap and my car is blue. Despite given directions, a customer on the lot helped me find the blue car and used his screw driver (because I had no tools) to take it off. It matched my car perfectly!! Needless to say, I am one happy camper and $8.00 was a very reasonable price!! Also not sure why people say the employees are rude. I believe that what you put out into the universe you get back, so I went into Pick-n-Pull with a pleasant attitude and that is what I got back.

I pulled and replaced an electronic master window switch for $7 and replaced a missing hubcap for $1, thanks to this place. Window went right up and now I don't have to worry about any rain getting in, and my hubcaps all match again. I'm so grateful! Recently my brother's truck broke down. Thankfully it was just down the street from this location. We were able to get an alternator and the bracket that holds it for under $70 and repair the vehicle on the side of the road.
