Quick easy phone call and fast turn around time to get here. Driver here in less than 45 minutes! Car was up and off to the shop within 10. He answered all the questions I had with proffesionalism, extremely easy payment options and i was very pleased! I had a flat tire waited for hours on roadside asst. Through my insurance and 4 hours later stil no help made 1 call to All Wise Transport Towing and the driver assured me he would be there in 15 mins. and in 12 mins later the nicest man appeared and got his stuff out and fixed my flat. No fuss no must then he followed me to the service station to make sure i had no problems getting there on a donut. I will recommend them to all my friends. My rating for this company is a 10. I arranged for a tow with a cost given of $185. When the driver arrived where the vehicle was he called to say there was no key. We explained repeatedly where the key was - it had a magnetic keyring and was attached to the driver's seatbelt. He told me it was not there, and that it would be $50 more for a no key tow. When he arrived with the vehicle, I met him, I showed him the key was indeed where I said it was, and he was still immovable and insisted on charging the additional $50. I suggest you look at Doc's or somewhere more upfront. The Doc's estimate was $115 but they weren't available today. So I agreed to $70 more and actual ended up spending more than twice what Doc's would have been.
Ok...so guys...this company is getting 5 stars all the way.!!...I hit the curb and my tire instantly got flat...I call All Wise and I've been using this service since 2016....they always come through....a man of his word....and that's hard to find these days....once again...on time...very professional also!!.I was towed to the tire shop promptly....no issues....!!! When my nephew got stranded on I-70 at midnight in the city, dispatch was polite and immediately concerned about his safety and getting to him as quickly as possible - they wouldn’t even take payment info until they dropped the car off. It’s rare to find people who seem to enjoy what they do, all while keeping their customer’s safety top priority. Drivers were fast & friendly. Price was fair, average for mileage and area. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I would definitely recommend this tow/roadside service company. I had waited over 45 minutes for State Farm to send someone out to change my flat tire and hadn't heard anything back, so I decided to give All Wise a call since I was in the area. Terrence answered, was polite and came to my rescue within 15 to 20 minutes. He got the job done quickly and followed up with a receipt later that night that I could turn into my insurance company. This is the right person to call to get the job done. My bad son had accident, we were unable to unlock the steering where due to the fact my son had the key and he had already been transported to the hospital. Nevertheless he work his magic and manage to get the car towed. He was very fast and professional. I will be using his services again and also recommending him to others.
Another tow company had failed to show up, so I called All Wise Towing. When Terrence (owner) asked how soon I needed the tow, and I said ASAP, he said 15-20 minutes and was there in about 11 minutes. I needed the van dropped in a house garage and he made that happen! I couldn’t have had a better experience!
I needed my tire changed. I received a very quick arrival time. However, in the midst of him coming my dad was able to change the tire. I called and offered to pay for the service even though I had to cancel. He refused the payment. You don’t find people like this nowadays, usually people are out for the money. I was having the Worst experience with my insurance company after having my car hit in an accident. After multiple transferrs and dropped calls, I finally decided to get my own tow truck. I was lucky to find All-Wise. In the same amount of time that my insurance wasted passing the buck, Terrance finished 2 other customers, got to the tow lot, got my car loaded in Horrible conditions and made it almost 15 miles to my home where he unloaded quickly and accurately exactly where we needed it.
