my first experience with a towing company and it was a great experience (all things considered of having an emergency car tow) the driver was friendly, super quick, and got me out of the cold! will be recommending for anyone in the STL area
Had the pleasure to work with Josh this evening and although this is an unfortunate situation, he made everything very easy. Friendly and respectful from the start, I had experiences in the past with other tow companies and A Always far exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely recommend them moving forward.
Great customer service! We came home early on Thanksgiving because of the snowstorm. We haven’t been out since then and today is Monday and I went to get in the car and it wouldn’t start. Waaaahhhh. Our battery is only a couple years old and is still good, but I guess it just couldn’t handle the cold for days and days. A-Always Towing arrived to our home within an hour of the service call. They gave me a heads up when they were leaving their other job to let me know they were close by. He was able to start the car right away with his portable jump starter, and his Company truck was there too. He gave me a card and I promptly tucked it in the glove compartment so we can use their services and recommend them. Thanks again guys! I was afraid with the weather it was gonna take forever and it didn’t. A+ for A-Always towing!

I work for a local security company and they take care of all of our towing. They are always fast always friendly we wouldn't do business with anyone else.
Side wall of a tire blew out and minivans don't have spares so I needed a tow. Charles arrived right when he told me he would and got my car safely delivered to my tire place. He even offered to wait with me until my ride showed up. Would use again.
They arrived earlier than expected, was quick and efficient, and he answered all of my questions. He took good care of me and went out of his way to assist me with some other concerns.
Completely Disgusting ATTITUDE, I was calling to get a price on a tow & BEFORE I could get anything out he ANSWERED YELLING absolutely Disgusting. I hung up the phone immediately won’t get a DIME of my money . Go home if you don’t want to work!
Charles was so polite and kind and got us home safely. He was very careful with our vehicle and you know while we were waiting. He called ahead of time to let us know that he was on his way and he got there right when he said he would, and we did not have to wait very long at all. And the gentleman who initially answered the phone was also kind and patient and super helpful! I highly recommend these guys.
Josh (Bam Bam) was absolutely fabulous. Vehicle malfunctioned on way to work. Josh was prompt in arriving to assist. Weather conditions were horrible. He kindly helped me into his truck along with my luggage. Took him no time to hook my vehicle up. Afterwards he waited with me until my ride arrived. Will never forget his kindness. And professionalism. Thank you Josh. You are a great employee and wonderful person.
So I would highly recommend this company for any of your towing needs. My daughter had 2 flat tires in the extreme heat. After waiting for another tow company to help her and leaving her stranded for over an hour and not giving her or myself any information. I called A-Always and they were a life saver they literally had a truck at her location within 30 minutes and the driver had actually called her within 10 minutes of me calling the company. The service she received made this father extremely happy. They have a customer for as long as my family lives in the area. I would recommend them to all families for excellent service.
Had a super wonderful experience with A-Always towing when I got a flat tire and there were issues with my car's lug nuts so it had to be taken to a local tire place. They answered the phone very quickly, were enthusiastic, kind, efficient, and informative. The prices here were by far the most affordable compared to the 4 other towing companies I called. A tow truck arrived less than 10 minutes after I called to request one and the driver was incredibly friendly and helpful!! He walked me into the tire shop to talk to the people there to make sure everything was sorted out for me (I know ver little about cars). I would absolutely recommend A-Always towing to anyone who needed a fast and affordable tow with knowledgeable and friendly drivers!! Hopefully I won't need to tow my car again, but if I have to, A-Always will be my first and only call!

They are FAST! Driver was at my house within 15 min. Very nice, professional, and thorough. They took pics of my car at the repair shop to verify it was dropped off safely. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using them again!
I can't remember what his name was but he was great! (He picked up my Jeep today) I was quoted a 1 1/2 hour wait and he was there in about 30 minutes. He was very personable and funny. He helped make a bad situation less stressful for me.
I have called this company twice for a tow. Both times Josh S came out and was great! He is nice and got the job done quickly. Both times Josh was there within 25 minutes.
Called several tow companies and by far this one gave the fastest and friendliest service. Was surprised by the high price but that might be becoming more common. Josh S came with his truck and was very kind and helpful.
Got a flat on 64 hwy early Sunday morning. Called this place and a guy named Josh S. Showed up within like 7 min. Super quick, decent price for how far I went to the shop, and took good care of the car for me. Thanks guys.
My Subaru stopped igniting one fine day. And I didn’t have a jump start. Had to call a road side assistance for that. The one I chose (Express Towing) didn’t even turn up after 5 hours with no communication, it was very frustrating.
Then I was connected with A-Always, it was a good experience. They were there within 40mins of the ETA. I was informed on call for any delays. Finally Mr. Bam Bam came and I was on road in no time. He was helpful and suggested few options for my battery diagnosis and replacement. Good service, I liked it! Thanks!
Joshua also known as Bam Bam took very good care of me and my car. My truck wouldn't start even after I jumped it; which caused me to worry. Bam arrived and handled my situation in a very professional manner and taught me a few new things. I am very appreciative to have met him. He was awesome.

The person that took my original call was very professional and willing to help me out. Unlike a lot of tow truck companies, they sent someone within 10 minutes and the tow truck driver Joshua was extremely professional and courteous.
Driver came out promptly, was courteous and pleasant. Magically my car started when he arrived. The driver realized his work wasn't needed, and graciously offered to follow me to the auto shop, saying there would be no charge for the service. As he was offering no charge, I said great and had him drive behind. DURING the drive, I took a call from his awful manager. The manager tried to get a service charge because "the driver said he dropped the bed", which he absolutely did not, then when I was honest and said the driver followed me to the shop, he decided to charge me the full cost of the tow!
I don't care that I got charged, they spent time and gas on me so a charge makes sense. But having the driver offer it free and the manager charge for it is bad service. There is no chance that I would have had the driver follow me to the shop if I had known I would be charged for it. Wonderful driver, unpleasant and sneaky manager.
Had a great experience - called after I was stood up by another towing company, they showed up about 10 minutes later (luckily located very close by). The driver was friendly and even took a few minutes to see if he could solve my issue before the tow to the mechanic. Would recommend!
They sent Joe to help me. He responded incredibly quickly (within less than 5 minutes of my calling he was there). He was very professional, very competent, and very fast. The whole thing was also surprisingly affordable. I was very impressed.
We got stranded during bad weather after dodging a fallen tree and getting two flat tires on the driver's side. We called A Always Towing less than an hour before they closed and they didn't turn us away. They were to us within 15 minutes and Mike was the most helpful! He was kind, quick, and didn't act bothered to help us even with the rain. Price was good, very professional- one of the best experiences I've ever has with a tow company. We will absolutely use them if we ever need a tow again!
I had a bit of an unusual job, i had two inoperative vehicles that needed picked up then placed in a pretty tight spot very close together. One didnt even roll. Also, i needed it done quickly. I had called several companies, and they all gave me an ETA of several hours (busy time of the day/week). My driver Chris arrived within 30 minutes, and got the job done quickly with no damage to either vehicle. He even stayed a bit past his scheduled time off to complete the job. Was knowledgeable and professional the whole time. Thanks a lot!
