Great experience with Big Boy’s Towing! I was rushing out of town but had an unexpected vehicle issue requiring a tow from my local mechanic to a Chevy dealership. Big Boy’s was on it super fast - shortly after sending the SOS my vehicle was on their transport and on its way, and I didn’t need to be present for either pick up or drop. Rates are extremely reasonable, too! Very happy with my choice in tow partners and Big Boy’s will have any future towing needs for my family fleet! I wish I’d written down the dispatcher’s name but she was awesome too! Thank you to Big Boy’s, the dispatcher, and Mark (tow driver) - very happy customer here!
I've had to be towed twice & both times, the drivers were courteous & helpful. I would recommend Big Boys Towing to anyone in need of a tow. The price was also decent.
I could not have been happier with the service your driver provided. He was very quick to respond to the breakdown site (it was like 20 or so minutes).. I’ve had my personal vehicle towed before and waited a lot longer…and very pleasant to interact with. He really did an excellent job all the way through…
I scheduled a tow 4 days in advance, but unfortunately no one showed up. I was told to wait an hour and a half, but still no one came. When I called back, they simply said they couldn’t tow my car today. I wasn’t angry, just very disappointed and hopeless with the experience.
So rude, they dont know how to talk with custumer, absolutly zero knowldge with comunication skill, first learn how to talk, a lady on the phone just didnt let me finish my word.

I have used Big Boys whenever I need a tow or quick roadside assistance for years. Their dispatch team is straight to the point, friendly, and quick. The tow trucks rarely take more than a half hour to arrive, even in rush hour. Their guys are always friendly and helpful. Their prices beat the competition in the area. I never fool around calling other places anymore. I go straight to Big Boys. Today in particular my driver went above and beyond. I had my 4 year old with me, and I couldn't sit her seat in the tow truck. So even though my tire AND my spare were flat, he drove my spare up to the gas station and put air in it so we didn't have to wait for an Uber on the side of the road in the heat. These guys are great. If I could give more than five stars I would.
Michael the tow truck driver was great and he gets 5 stars!! We were initially quoted $190 for a tow, but the price was unexpectedly doubled to $390 after a callback, despite the car being easily loaded onto the truck. This price increase, while we were stranded on the highway, felt unfair and dishonest. We are very disappointed. The car was NOT hard to load. This price surge, delivered while I was already stranded and vulnerable on the highway, felt both unfair and exploitative. The assertion that the increased cost was due to the difficulty of loading my vehicle is simply inaccurate. The loading process was straightforward and presented no unusual challenges.
Drivers like to play first responder. Twice in a week, once at Page and Scheutz and once at Clarkson and Clayton, one of their drivers completely blows a red light, with lights on, and almost causes a huge accident. Zero reason for a flatbed to be driving like this. Going to one call and almost causing another while risking innocent lives.
Scott is the nicest tow truck driver I've ever had, he took the time to make sure everything was done right, and stephanie the dispatcher had a great attitude and a sense of humor
I can’t say enough good things about Dan and Louis at Big Boys Towing and Recovery. During one of the worst winter storms of 2025 on I-44, they came to the rescue after a truck-trailer rollover. Their response was fast, their work was efficient, and their professionalism was unmatched. What stood out the most, though, was their genuine kindness and calm approach in such a chaotic situation. Big Boys Towing has completely redefined what a towing company should be. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch service!
This place is shady. They lost my keys both times. They hold personal items for ransom. Like my cell phone in my van and 4years of my 19 year old daughters cheerleading life. All her memories were in a tote that I was taking to her at the time of the accident. Never got it. The woman (Satan) that works the front is the most unfriendly rude gender neutral person I have ever met. One of the guys there tried to threaten me when I was there to get my belongings. He wanted to act tough since I had a broken back and in a brace. My wife went there and was told by an employee to have me come sign a paper and he would give me my cell phone. So with a broken back I showed up to only be told no I couldn't have it......this company had a chance to separate themselves from the competition as the local tow service for the people and community with compassion but they became the leader in unscrupulous actions. They tried charging me two day yard fees when they were closed. I called to get my vehicle and they said they were closed. That's illegal. After months of harping and badgering I finally got 100 dollars back. Go anywhere but here!!!!! Good luck if you don't listen
The office worker Casey was nice and professional. We were able to get our items out the car with no issues. The process was fast and we felt like we'd ran into an old friend after speaking with Casey. If you have your paperwork in good order things should flow smoothly. I'd recommend this place to handle your tow.
Drivers were awesome and super helpful. Very quick response. Had a billing issue that I wasn't happy about, and one of the owners called me directly and sorted the issue out for me. Great customer service all around.
I am rating Big Boy's simply on the politeness, responsiveness, and willingness of the company and especially the person who answered the phone. I called them after waiting on the first company I called for three hours and 45 minutes.
As I was disconnecting the call with Big Boy's, the other company arrived unannounced. They didn't call first like they said when I first called or the second time to see if they would still come.
I called Big Boy's back to let them know and the person thanked me for letting them know and assured me that they are available in the future and would never be as uncommunicative as the other company.
I took a stack of cards with me and I'm genuinely excited to share them with everyone I run into. We had a very unfortunate situation and these guys took care of everything seamlessly. 3 guys with 3 different trucks had to move us. We all had wonderful conversations. They were kind, professional and they went above and beyond to help us out. We are so incredibly grateful and I'll never forget this experience. Thank you!
A couple years ago, we needed tow service in Pacific, Mo and Big Boys came out immediately and helped us. It was such a great experience that they were my first call this time when I needed help. I was a little out of the way for them, in Washington, but they made it work for me. Because of that, I will always recommend Big Boys. Not only is their customer service top notch, but they are very down to earth and personable. Steven was fantastic to meet and chat with. So thankful that I could trust my vehicle in their hands.
Great equipment And the operator knew what he was doing, and very professional. Price was a bit high tho. $950.00 part of which was (125.00 fuel sure charge) for approx 20 miles Don't get me wrong they do a great job but the rates suck!
Service was quick and Chris was very friendly they I'd definitely use there service again.i had gotten my drive tire it stuck in the mud tried to get it out but it was just making things worse when I called the dispatcher she was very friendly and said she would get some out within 30 minutes sure enough Chris called 20mims later said he's 2miles away and he's on his way to me. He showed up and Chris treated me and my car with respect he was very professional had me out of the mud quick.very good over all experience.
Chris was awesome and very professional. My insurance company was able to pay them direct, so there was nothing out of my pocket. Plus they communicated with me multiple times to confirm my location to make sure they got to me as soon as possible. 100% would use them again!
