Robinson towing demanded a photo of my title after I sold my car to Peddle. They messaged me at 630pm at night demanding a pic of the title front and back. Sending texts like a bot. "Send title no pick up" pretty shady when Peddle never said anyone would request photos let alone late at night the day before to be able to fact check anything. Titles have too much info to just send via text. Maybe try more words and dont sound like a scam artists maybe call or text during normal business hours so you dont give off scammer vibes.
Very unprofessional! Driver just cut across right in front of my semi truck just to beat me in line at the Blue Beacon truck wash. I sure wouldn't trust anything I owned to these idiots!
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Had a pickup scheduled 5 days in advance. The day of the pickup no one contacted me so I called them. The guy that answered the line told me that I was too far away to pickup and it would be a waste of their time. Yet no one bothered to call me the 5 days that this was scheduled to tell me they would not be coming. I questioned this several times and they would not answer the question as to why no one called me I could make other arrangements. I was just told I would need to reschedule on a day where they had multiple vehicles in my area to pick up. How am I supposed to know when someone in my area is having a car towed. I’ve dealt with several towing companies over the years and never have I dealt with a company or employee as rude and unprofessional as this company. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

John showed up within 30 minutes of me calling him. The whole process from the call, to getting to our destination with my boyfriends huge van, it took maybe 1 hour max. Very fast, friendly, and efficient.
I was selling my car through Peddle. I didn't understand the paperwork, and John walked me through it. He was very flexible about timing, and was also polite.
Extremely RUDE! Not good with talking to people or even doing their job. I called to have my van towed a block away, super easy job. I waited 4 hours as they said they would call us when they were on the way. I called them 4 hours later and they said they canceled it hours ago! Ok, well why weren't we notified? What a joke. Scam of a business that are under paid and over worked and uneducated by how it sounded.
Called this man trying to see if he could pick up a car from north county to the south side. Asked if he could come now. He said he could I told him let me confirm everything and call him back. Called him back he said I was plying and he’s done for the night.
Was very rude. Does not know how to speak or spell proper English. I was told by the company and by him that they would give me a 30 minute notice when they were on their way. The driver calls when he’s six minutes away. Well I was 12 minutes away and he would not wait for me to get there even though there was someone at the house to greet him. My original scheduling was at 11 AM to three I didn’t get his phone call until almost 7. He automatically magically says we have to reschedule I said what’s your first available and he hung up on me. What kind of professional is from is that. I hope and pray that this man learns how to run a company and treat his customers right. Because without us he would not have a business. If this happens to anyone else please file a complaint against them because I did.
Tried to sell my car through Peddle and had a buyer drop out. This guy was assigned as my new buyer but texted me and didn't identify himself. He simply asked if I was still selling my car. I asked him who he was and he just said "a tow truck" Okay? After prompting more than once, he refused to identify himself and threatened to cancel on me. While I was at work, he called me and again refused to identify himself. He told me I needed "common sense". No, you need to identify who you are. You are not the only buyer or only tow truck. Eventually he made an appointment with us to which he failed to show up for. We called at the very end of the pickup window only for him to ignore the calls repeatedly. Called on a different phone, to which he immediately picked up and informed us he wasn't coming. Austin's review was a part of this experience as we were both working on it together. I am leaving a review as well because this owner seems to think there is nothing wrong with what he did. Yes, you can pick and choose your clients, but there is no excuse for your behavior. Either keep your appointment or cancel it. How's that for "common sense"?
Extremely unprofessional. After dealing with scheduling and confirming for multiple hours, driver did not even show up in the scheduled time window. Reached driver after calling from a different number, since they were seemingly ignoring my number. Said that he was not going to fulfill his scheduled pickup.
Would not recommend, if I could leave a 0/5 I would.

You failed both as a boss and an employee when you fail to let a customer know that you aren't actually going to show up, especially after scheduling. Ignoring calls is extremely immature as communication is extremely important, especially for a self-owned business. Telling me that I should try out being my own boss while you know literally nothing about me, my job, or my business is pretty weak in terms of a response.
Again I re-iterate, if I could leave a 0/5 I would, you can see in the owners response that they are extremely immature and unprofessional.
A friend and I went to a conference in St. Louis and got a flat tire from a screw. This company made sure we were well taken care of and able to find a place to get fixed. Most shops were closed since it was past 6:00 pm. However, they made sure we found a reliable auto shop to get the tire patched and assisted us the whole way. So very grateful for their help and towing!
Awesome service! The driver made sure we got to an open shop to fix our tire. Even though it took us a while to find a shop he didn't abandon us, but helped to find a solution.

Waited for over three hours for a towing guy showed up after I was told by my insurance they were on their way three prior. When he did show up he had a car already on his truck. He didnt remember what location he had to drop my car off to. I also googled where the facility was located and where I stuck at. It was only a 8 min commute. They dont open until 6am and I put in my request to get my car towed roughly an hour after they opened. Poor business !
He also took forever to drop off my car. Ruined my whole plan for the day.
Shady business. I had my car towed to an auto body shop and was told that they would leave the receipt for me to obtain reimbursement from my insurance. However they never left a receipt. I talked to the owner on many occasions since and have been told that he's going to send it. Still haven't received a receipt after over a month and then got hung up on by the owner today because he says that he has been too busy to send a receipt and that iam not going to get one since the amount he charged is supposedly different from the receipt. Stay away from this business.
I would recommend him to anyone, he got there super fast was friendly and didn’t mind having to put the car in my back alley. If you need a tow guy call him!!
I would recommend Robinson doing to any of my friends and loved ones he is respectful well groomed neat polite and a professional all the way around I thank him for his services and will recommend to friends and family.... Once again thanks for a great tow tow
I called after calling 4others towing places that said the car was too far. He picked up the car within an hour. Made sure car was not hanging out in the street and was very professional.
