Staff was extremely helpful. I had to replace a headlight bulb & being older, staff stepped up & came out to put my light bulb in for me. I'm so appreciative.
Everytime I have came into this store, I have been greeted with positive attitudes and awesome service. I never had an issue with this store before, will gladly come back in.
They need more of Ben Franklin's in that store and other stores. He is Top Tear for customer service! He handled all my needs and more. I'll always return as a customer, because of his good deeds.
Called in looking for a specific belt. Was told that had one they thought would work and they had one of those. Got into the store and a younger guy said it would have to be ordered. When I stated that I had called, the guy with the grey in his beard jumped and and said he had told me they did not have one. That is certainly not what I heard on the phone. I think some training may be needed. Won't be back unless no one else has what I am looking for for twenty miles.
Scotte needs a raise alternator blew on me while I was driving. Was able to leg it to the store and he helped me put it on and was very helpful with everything
Every part I ever bought from this store has been defective. The boys here have zero respect for women and I have always used orielys until coming to Farmington. I hope the owner gets his business in order before he gets shut down. The amount of ignorance that goes on in that store is astounding but apparently that’s allowed in a small town!
I wanted to give a shout out to Dakota at the farmington store. I stopped in there on 7/6 to get a head light changed and he went above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you so much Dakota. There needs to be more young men like you out there.
Every time I go in or my wife goes in, we always receive great service. When it comes to windshield wipers they out them on for you. Very grateful for that. You should stop and see these folks.

Me and my father went in the store looking for a part and they did not have it ...but they referred us to the Ste Genevieve location and listen 30 minutes we had the part we were looking for. Excellent service
My check engine light was on and the employee plugged un the code reader.
Had me tighten my gas cap.
Reset the code and i was on my way.

The biggest advantage for me is the fact that they have a good selection of performance parts in stock for my hot rod! Also have "next day delivery" shipping! The website is excellent & service in store is unbeatable! "EASY" describes this establishment perfectly.
I always had a great experience at O'Reillys until I met cashier, Russell. He was rude, dismissive and just in need of training. I've been taking my business elsewhere until I know Russell has either moved on or received customer satisfaction training.
Normally I have great customer service here, but last week was the worst. Russell was extremely rude and acted like we were a bother. I've been a customer here for years but after this experience I think I'm going to AutoZone unless Russell gets some training or doesn't work here anymore. Talk about discrimination to a legally blind person.
After being told by others that the rotors for my Honda Accord could not be turned. My husband went to O'Reilly's in Farmington, MO. The Manager, Ben, took the time to mic & check the rotors. He turned them down and did an exceptional job! He saved us tons of $$. We just went on a 500 mile trip and they did great! Thank you.
They are always more expensive than every other parts store in our area. I'm not sure why we keep calling. Most of the time the workers aren't even knowledgable about the parts they are selling.
Helpful and most of the employees are knowledgeable when it comes to the questions you may need answered about your vehicle(s). They always double check to see if you're getting the best deal, even price matching competitors on their products. I always feel I'm in good hands when I come to O'Reilly Auto Parts and would recommend others go as well. With free check engine light checks as well as other free and cost effective services, this is a good place to visit for all your automotive needs.
Waited for almost 30 minutes for an employee to get done talking to a friend (not customer). He then walked away without even acknowledging that I was there. I was finally helped by someone who came out of the back, not by the 3 employees in the front of the store! It was a 50 minute stop for an oil pan drain plug. That's b.s.. and this wasn't the first horrible experience I've had at this store.
