I was in and out in less than 2 hours. They are knowledgeable, professional, and I appreciate they are personable. I have not been more impressed with an auto service as I am with Impressive. I highly recommend them.

I asked them to do an alignment. They checked it and told me it was fine. They didn’t charge me for checking it.

I was traveling through town today and my AC went out. The man I spoke to was very kind and got me in right away. He explained everything to me and their prices were much more reasonable than I expected.

@Taylor Mitchell-Hearon, I was waiting in the Impressive Auto waiting room with my two small children (ages 2 and 1 years old) at the time of this call. I was personally appalled how clearly rude @Taylor Mitchell-Hearon was being to Rodney (which was apparent even just from hearing Rodney's end alone). I can honestly say I was impressed by Rodney's demeanor throughout the ordeal (at one point even asking @Taylor Mitchell-Hearon to please quit repeatedly cussing at him, "dropping f bombs"). It makes me sad that people can't understand that businesses need to be paid for their work, instead of waiting however long for a warranty to decide to repay them.....It would be like going to a restaurant and demanding a free meal because you are getting a gift card for Christmas in six months... As someone who worked in customer service for 9 years, I was impressed with Rodney. We will continue to bring our business to Impressive, thank you Rodney and team!

Rodney is the Service Manager and is the most disrespectful person in customer service I have ever interacted with. He doesn't let you finish your sentence when talking, he agrees to things and then takes them back, and he will talk to you like you are dumb, and treat you like some kind of problem. I was recommended Impressive by Pettus, and cannot forward that recommendation. I recommend avoiding this business all together unless they get a new service manager.

Best mechanic in SFC! They're Honest, fair, and helpful. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Well named Impressive! Thank you for the honesty. I got a second opinion on a major engine issue. Instead of trying to sell me on an $8000 new engine, they actually investigated under the hood and explained the problem to me that really isn't a problem. They made recommendations on routine maintenance without being pushy. Thank you again. You certainly won my future business.

Always friendly people and good service. Luckily, I have only had to have oil changes, tire rotations, and minor services like that done. Like everything else, prices continue to go up thanks to Biden/Harrisflation. Are you better off now than you were 3 1/2 years ago?

Called twice asking a simple question on if they would repair or replace a wiper motor both times before I could even finish asking they hung up on me great service.

I am glad that such honest and kind people exist. They didn’t take money from me because they didn’t find any damage, but they checked everything. Bless you guys.

I can’t recommend Impressive Auto Service enough. We were on a trip from Illinois to Texas and had our service engine light come on nearby. They got us in right away and we’re so kind. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue while allowing us (2 adults, 3 kids and a dog) to wait there. It was by far the best service we’ve received. Thank you for making this little bump in the road so much easier!

These guys did an awesome job getting my vehicle back on the road. They were very professional, they explained everything they were doing before they did it. They went above and beyond without unnecessary delay or cost. I'll definitely be returning for all my future automotive repairs.

They have a lot more bays then most shops I’ve seen and have a large staff with certified Jasper techs. Quick quotes and they are close to a church so that makes them extra blessed…right?

If you want honest , reliable and quality work this is the place to be . Darryll and Katie have brought integrity back to local mechanic shops . I've used their service for well over 5 years and will continue to do so .

The guys there a nice. I've got 2 vehicles that they have been working on for the past yr. I'm still having the same problems with them now over and over again. They say they fix it and then a few days up to a month it broke back down again. The last issue I had I took it back for a wheel bearing going out that they just replaced less than a month ago and they tried to tell me it was a bearing in my transmission and it would $5200 to replace the transmission. I took it to another shop the put a wheel bearing in it and it runs just fine now. This place says they puts parts on and tells u need stuff but in reality they r just pulling the wool over your eyes and charging waymore than other places do.

They totally decided to just go ahead and mount and balance a full set of tires that I brought with me, even knowing they were too skinny for my wheels, I didn't know that fact until I went about 50 miles on the tires and one shredded because like they said, it was stretched onto the wheel itself but had no empathy when I mentioned using the wifi so I could get a different, better fitting size set of tires delivered to the shop, but I left with skinny tires on my car and was traveling 60 to 65 mph when the tire shredded, could have easily become a dangerous but also possibly deadly situation and I really don't appreciate that! I wish I could give them half a star really!

Haven’t had to use them for any major repairs, but they have been great for regular maintenance on our vehicles. Great location for us as well!

Impressive Auto is impressive! They always do quality work in a timely manner. Prices quoted are always accurate and fair. There are never any surprises. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

This became my go-to tire shop after having lots of issues with Plaza. I've been happy with them, they will order nearly any tire you want in any size and have it there the next day. Their prices are about the same as the large chains but the customer service is way better. They do a good job balancing and the tires run super-smooth. Overall, a solid independent tire shop with good customer service.

I needed a tire replaced and they had told me that they could not replace it because of a scratch on the inside. They also had said that a tire on my driver side was bad. My dad thoroughly checked my tires and said all of them were fine. He also checked the one they were supposed to have put on and said that it looked like they had taken a grinder or sander to it. I would not recommend going there AT ALL!

They have always been amazing. Got my folks going to them years ago...they have never let me down. Great service, great people...very trustworthy and will go out of their way to meet my needs and get my car picked up if needed or drop me off here or there...amazing!!!!!

We have a fleet of vehicles that we take to impressive and have had the same vehicle over there for the same issue five times now in the last couple of weeks and they tell us it is fixed every time, once the sent the vehicle back with no coolant. Impressive is anything but.

I have been taking my car there for 6 years and have never had a complaint. Darryl and his crew are professionals and do a great job no matter how large or small the problem. I recommend them 100%!!

Just spent $600 at another shop fixing what this shop messed up. Owner showed absolutely no accountability when confronted. Search the yellow pages reviews, they’re horrible. Charged me over $2,000 dollars for repairs that were not done. Do not become a victim of this scam. Total con man.

I had an unexpected problem with my car while trying to drive back to Columbia MO. I managed to drive my car to this shop because a friend recommended them who is a local. They found the problem Wednesday evening (I dropped it off Wednesday around noon) and they had it fixed by Thursday afternoon. They're very fast, honest, and fair priced!
