This shop goes above and beyond. They work on gas, diesel, import, and domestic. Also offer programming which no one else around offers. Big or small jobs check them out before you make a decision. Tired of driving to the dealer in the city this is the way to go. Highly recommend.

I'm really happy with Wade's. I have taken multiple vehicles (gas and diesel) to them with an assortment of issues and they have been phenomenal with everything. Fair prices and great customer service. They can get a little backed up with appointment scheduling but that's a good sign.

Derek Wade and his team are the perfect examples of why I’m proud to live in a small town with trustworthy people I can call friends. Take your car here! They will give it to you straight! I have spent $13k in repairs since Thanksgiving on my 2017 Yukon XL. It has spent weeks at GMC Dealership service departments in Kansas City and St. Louis getting very expensive parts replaced. It also had to go get a brand new shiny transmission. I have driven it a total of about 4 times during the past 2.5 months and each time I would get it back, it would break down with the same symptoms. We also thought it was odd that it was raining/snowing every time and communicated that to the service departments. This week, it happened again after two days and I was finally in Farmington when it occurred. I begrudgingly dropped it off at Wades ready to sell the dang thing and throwing quite a pitty party! Within one hour of him having it in, he was able to identify a corroded/exposed wire that cost less than $100 to fix. He explained that every time it would get wet, it would short out the electronic control module causing the engine to reduce it’s power and throw codes. With a smile and a chuckle, Derek handed us back the keys and we have yet to have a problem this week despite it raining all week long. These guys are the best of the best.

I had a unique computer problem with my vehicle, called around and no other shop could complete this work. Wade's came recommended by a local transmission shop. Not only did he squeeze me in after a holiday weekend, he was knowledgeable and fixed my issue quickly and affordably. I will be returning for any future work I need, couldn't be happier with the service!

They are the only ones that I don’t feel like tried to take advantage of me because I “was a girl”. They’ve never tried to upsale me, always been honest and told us when to not waste any more money on a certain car They’ve always made something right if something did mess up right after they fixed it, their pricing has been fair, etc. And those things are important, especially for a single mom with 3 cars to take care of (mine and the 2 kids). We won’t go anywhere else. Even if we have to wait a while now to get a car in (we are actually happy for their growth). And it’s because of their honesty, morals and ethics. They’ve treated us like family from day one! You can’t get that anywhere else!!!!

My vehicle was towed here and was there for almost a month for only two tires to be changed and the gas tank flushed. When I picked up my car the headline was badly stained on my 3 year old work vehicle And was told due to my headliner already being a little dirty that they weren't responsible for the damage to my vehicle. I was offered any apologies or to at least try to clean it. Very unprofessional and was treated very poorly as a customer. Do not use this place they will not take responsibility for any damages caused to your vehicle. They are not worth the wait I was fooled by other Google reviews. As you can see in the background of the photo this was when the vehicle was still parked in front of there garage the day I picked it up.

These guys are top notch! Absolutely the best customer service and attention to detail I have seen in a long time from a auto repair garage. They went above and beyond to get what we needed for our car and got it done cheaper than anticipated. Highly recommended!

For the second time Wade’s fixed a problem diagnosed by a “big box repair shop” for a fraction of the price that the franchise shop quoted. My son’s Subaru had already received hundreds of dollars of AC repairs and the previous shop wanted hundreds more to finish it. I told him to quit wasting time and money and take it to Wades. They fixed in one day with an 81 cent O ring.

I do most of my own repairs, but when it’s labor intensive or better suited for a well equipped shop - it’s Wades only for me. They’ve been honest with me in all situations, stood behind their work and performed it well enough that a rollback is almost never necessary. I recommend them any opportunity I get to friends and family, and they always perform beyond expectations and more often than not they will try and get you in at or before your scheduled appointment. If you’re looking for an honest, local mechanic who will strive to keep your business with integrity and a high standard of craftsmanship then this is the place to go. Try them out, you’ll see what I mean. A good shop is usually busy, I invite you to check their parking lot and see if it’s ever empty. There’s a good reason for that.

Asked them to inspect my son's car for me before he was to make a trip for the holiday. They got him in on short notice (2-3 days), although they were booked up. Found a couple of things that could have meant trouble for the kid down the road and got him squared away. Thank you so much!

Wade’s Auto Service is the real deal. I thought I had a heater core/ evaporator core leaking problem. Derick pressure checked my system and said it was just excessive condensation. No problem found and NO charge! Looks like I’ve found my go to auto repair shop for the future.

Good, honest service at a fair price. A friend recommended this shop to me. Sometimes there is a wait to get your vehicle in as they are very busy but they have always tried to get me scheduled in at a time that works for me. I trust them not only with regular maintenance but to identify and inform me if they find any other problems.

This place sucks with a Capital S. I took my Truck to this shop twice in a matter of a month and twice they failed to fix the problem I was having. The second time they held it four days. To make things worse I had to wait over a week just to get it in the shop each time. Within days after the second "attempt" to fix the problem, the truck acted up again. They told me that I had to wait another week to get it back in the shop. If you want your repairs done in a timely fashion, do not take it to this shop

My son recommended and persuaded me to give Derek and Zach a try for a car repair I needed. They both were courteous and professional and they took care of my car issue on time and what I feel was a fair price. Since then I have returned to them on several occasions for work on both vehicles. They have always come through. Anything from simple oil changes to a couple of major repairs. I have never felt like I was getting a sales job or pushing me to repair something that wasn't really needing service. Don't always expect to get your vehicle in the same day you call because they are busy. However, they have always taken care of me, always. I can't thank them enough so maybe this post is a start.

Derek went out of his way to help me. He took time out of his day to check out a car for me at a local dealer. His assessment of the car saved me from buying a car with many issues. He refused payment for his services. It was refreshing to have an honest person go out of his way simply because he wanted to be helpful. Would highly recommend using Wade's Auto Service!

My vehicle developed a radiator issue during one of the hottest weeks this year and I was totally blown away with their willingness to take a look and help me out. Very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Clean well run shop and nice staff. Very happy!
