We had a battery and alternator issue when we were passing through Farmington, MO on our way to Illinois, from Texas. The folks at Interstate Battery were so kind to us, and did everything they could do to help us in a challenging situation, even staying late to get the battery installed. Our battery in the Mercedes SUV is under the front passenger seat, but due to a malfunction with our car, the seat wouldn't move into the proper position to access it. Lenny and the guys trouble-shot this challenge in order to replace it. When they delivered the news that though the battery replacement was successful, the alternator was giving an error code, they had solutions and recommendations for next steps. They called around other shops on our behalf, and even directed us on how to get the replacement part brought in from St. Louis the next day. Their recommendations proved invaluable to get us in the road the next day. Every single team member at Interstate Battery treated us with compassion, even letting me bring my little dog in because the temperature was freezing outside. It meant so much to us in a stressful situation. Thank you to everyone on the Interstate Battery team!

This place is five stars in my opinion. Everybody was nice, Everybody was knowledgeable, They immediately Went to work on changing out my battery with one of their hard-core batteries. Whenever I left this place, I knew I would never have to touch my battery again, At least that’s how there customer service made me feel. The guy even cleaned all of my battery cables and was spraying on stuff I never even heard of, Best job ever seen done.
My samsung galaxy a14 dropped from my pocket and landed face down on a tile floor. When I picked it up, it would no longer unlock. I took it by spectrum and they referred me here. These guys fixed it within thirty minutes. If I have trouble in the future, I'll happily come back here!

These folks are absolute experts for cell phone screen replacements! Very knowledgeable, professional, and fast! I cracked my S24 Ultra's screen, and they completed the repair in roughly an hour. I love that they use OEM Samsung parts, which is hard to come by. This was a full front glass, LCD, and digitizer replacement. I will also mention their prices are more than fair. I wouldn't have been able to do the repair myself for any significant savings. Thanks to Lonnie for saving my phone!

My parents live in Farmington and started having trouble with their car battery, which is 6 years old.. We took it into Interstate All Battery Center Farmington and were treated very professionally. Chris immediately jumped into action, testing the battery and offering the best possible battery for what was needed. He was thorough, honest, and extremely helpful. Customer service here at the Farmington location is above and beyond the expected. I took my boat to have the batteries checked as I was having a trolling motor issue. The batteries are Interstate and even after five years they are still going strong.
Here is the exceptional part of the experience. Gary at the shop was as puzzled with my trolling motor issue as I was. He began trouble shooting the situation and found a wire that was exposed way up in a hidden location after he disassembled the foot control. This was the probable cause of the issue. Gary cut the old clip off, crimped, soldered and taped a new clip to the wire. He then hooked everything back up and the trolling motor issue seems to have been resolved. Interstate is a battery shop, not a Marina and boat repair service center! I had a problem that was hard to diagnose and Gary took the time to help his customer out. We had never met and I do not know him. But what he did on this day was earn my respect and appreciation. Our family will shop at Interstate in Farmington for our battery needs knowing that not only is the product good, the customer service is even better.
Every time I go in here I get great help. Today I went because I had cleaned my phone and could hardly hear after cleaning out speaker.
They took it back and cleaned it and didn’t charge me. It’s part of their diagnosis. Guys are great and fast. Do great phone work and batteries are the best.
Staff was very helpful and polite but prices seemed high to me. My battery new was $169.00 and that was with a 20 dollar account discount. But I do have a warranty on it and they did install it within 8 minutes. They also make keys and do cell phone repair at thus location.
They did a great job replacing my camera screen, much clearer, plus not broken. Even tho it's used the camera screen looks and feels like it's brand new.

I needed a new laptop battery and the local computer repair store was four months backed up and would not even talk to me. Chris at interstate battery was nice enough to pull my computer apart and pull out the old battery. I really appreciate his help and his stellar service. I highly recommend going to interstate batteries for all your battery needs.
They either have or can get you any and I mean kinda battery there is.
And most they can rebuild for way less than a new one. And they will offer you a choice of new or rebuilt with out you asking because they want to help you not rip you off like most places .And they talk to you and are very friendly . Best service. I have had truck and dewalt batteries rebuilt their and they lasted 2x longer than new ones.
I purchase all my vehicle and lawn mower batteries here. Sales rep James checked my old battery & installed the new one himself. Outstanding customer service & I highly recommend. They even fix cell phones!
