Came in thinking I needed to get a fuse for my headlights, turned out it was a bad bulb and I couldn’t tell. I was racking my brain around it for days. Come in and working minutes Scott and Kevin had it figured out for me and had it fixed in no time. Real Life savers. Autozone is the place to go around here forsure.

Car battery on my basically new 2020 Subaru Outback XT went out for no real apparent reason today. These guys had it in stock and installed it perfectly in a quick amount of time. Very nice convenient and timely service. Thanks a lot again guys appreciate it o7

Good place, good people. Not all are mechanics, so don't go into any parts store expecting them to have a thorough understanding of every make, model, and have every answer to every question. I'm partial to this place because of Will. I've known him a long time. He's always done right by me. God bless him.

The AutoZone location on Karsch Boulevard in Farmington is a typical AutoZone, with the exception that their staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever seen working in retail. They listen to your problem, are knowledgeable, and can suggest the most financially feasible options for those that don't have a lot of money to spend but need to keep their car running in good condition. One of the things I like most about the staff at this location is that as a disabled veteran, some things that may seem really simple to most people are often very difficult for me to do. Something as simple as getting down on one knee to replace a missing valve cap is rather painful, and the staff here will volunteer to help without even being asked. To me that goes a long way... One of the little sayings that they teach employees is a funny-looking word, WITTGTJDR, some of the employees even have it on a pin on their shirt that has to be earned by being really good at customer service... It stands for "Whatever It Take To Get The Job Done Right" and the staff at this particular location work by that ethic everyday.

I needed windshield wipers. I know nothing about anything car except how to turn it on and where the gas goes. They hooked me up with a new set at a reasonable price and installed them for me too. Excellent customer service. Very friendly with great advice. Thank you for your help and time.

My husband and i were in the Parking lot at this AutoZone for more than 3 hours working on our vehicle. The employees here, Abby and Dave were sooo awesome. They both went above and beyond trying to help. We've been coming to AutoZone for many years and have never had anybody be so generous! They definitely made a miserable time, a lot less miserable. Hats off to ABBY AND DAVE! THANK YOU!!!

So i went in the morning of 3/21/24. I needed brake pads for my wife's 2015 Jeep Cherokee. As I was waiting I explained my problem and there Wes several employees at the counter. They had just opened. Each one of them gave their advice. I left after getting my part. I got home did what I had to do and brought items I didnt use. While I was doing the return David Meredith helped and I asked for more specific advice. He asked if I could bring the Jeep and he would look and see what he could find out. I did and he crawled under to look at where the problem was. After few minutes he got up and said he figured out what was wrong. He told me what I needed to do and I left. I did what he said and that fixes it. At this point exhausted all that I could but he went above and beyond. I didnt pay attention to his name but I always say David's take care of other Davids. So as usual David went way out of his to help me. Wish note stores did this kind of customer service. Thanks David Meredith for helping me.

VERY helpful when having issues with my car. Helped install a new battery and was able to get home to figure out my alternator issue. Would have gotten an alternator here as well but they did not have one in stock as mine was special. They were all very friendly and helped make a crappy day better

I have never had a better experience with customer service and helpfulness then I did at this AutoZone my alternator burned out and the manager staff and crew went above and beyond to get me a new alternator that was within my price range tools to help me install the alternator and help to figure out how to do it. I truly appreciate everybody in this AutoZone and if you are looking for a place to go to get your car fixed or to do something on your car, I would suggest this AutoZone.

I had wonderful customer service from a gentleman that works at the Farmington location named Jenadia. Not only did he help me find what I was looking for but he took the opportunity to help me with an issue which seemed to be simple to him but not to me. I really appreciate the above and beyond customer service when I know nothing about the mechanics of cars. This was on a Friday morning around 9:30am.

My car needed a jump. State Farm came and recommended you to test my battery. The young lady was most helpful, friendly and a great representative of your store. I wish I had gotten her name. She worked on 11/2/23 at approximately 4:30 pm.

After getting amazing service here for 10 plus years I’m sad to say that I won’t be returning here for parts. 6 phone calls and three visits and we still ended up having to go to another location for the part. Which is a pain when you’re having car issues. The guy at the counter (Brian, I believe) and the girl who refused to give me her name were the absolute rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with….They had us come back to bring a core that ended up not even being required for a part that was under warranty , then they didn’t even have the actual part. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough their customer service was awful - the guy said he didn’t know how to look things up and The girl couldn’t even be bothered to stop eating long enough to assist in anyway other than to be rude. Jeff has always been an amazing manager and a huge reason we went to auto zone and I hope he realizes that folks like these cause a place to lose loyal customers.

Awesome experience. Was having trouble with my wiper blades trying to get them on. Asked a nice gentleman for help while no other customers was there. End up having to get an upgrade with them. He helped me out and didn't judge or rude about it exc

I wasn't able to find what I needed so I went to the front and asked an associate. He directed me to the corner at the back of the store. After a few minutes of searching unsuccessfully I went back to the front and explained I was unable to find the product. This time he went with me, and after about 30 seconds of looking found the only option in the size container I needed. Would have saved time of anyone had greeted me and asked if I needed help when I entered the store, then walked with me to find it, ESPECIALLY since what I needed was on the bottom shelf between 2 motor oil products (not exactly easy to locate).

First of all, the staff and the manager at this location deserve a raise. For all my years at visiting autozone of any auto related place, the quality of service provided by this location was incredible. The workers went out of their way to help me and made sure I was catered according to my budget. Mostly workers try to upswell you but in this situation, the worker and the manager wanted me to get only the things that I needed. The manager approved my 20% discount coupon which was incredible. The manager was super polite and it felt like a good safe environment visiting and shopping there. I am incredibly proud of the leadership qualities this manager is showing at this location and the level of trust he has in his team. Great job and that’s why I’m rewarding this Autozone with a 5 star rating. Must visit if you are in town and want to be helped on time instead of waiting for a worker to half-heartedly help you.

Neat and clean store, fairly well stocked. Staff is friendly, helpful, but a few are just a bit odd. I appreciate humor, but it's in each person's definition, in which sometimes it's not very professional. Guess this is the way of the world these days, with the ever unpredictable younger generation. Just my opinion.

I had 5 keys made here one time. One of the keys did not work. Took it in to have it shaved down some more and they would not fix it due to no receipt. Seriously? Could I have stolen the partially shaved key. Why would I steal that and how??? Very bad business for something so trivial. Geez!

I loved autozone. My cashier, Billy, was super friendly. When we I had a problem with the quality of the merchandise I purchased he was helpful in every way. He was even so kind to come outside, without me asking, and help me put the part onto my car. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area!
