If 0 stars was an option, that is what this place of business deserves. Short and sweet, after 5 weeks of waiting I received my motorcycle tank in worse condition then when i brought it in.
I dropped it off on July 15th and was quoted $350, and a 3 week turn round time. Hitting the 3 week mark, I stopped in, was told it was primed and was waiting for the paint booth and it should be done in a week. 2 weeks after that I called, and was told the same thing. It is primed, and is waiting on the booth. I told them we were now out of my timeframe, and I would come pick it up, pay for their work so far and take my business else where. To my surprise, they hadn't even touched it. After 5 entire weeks.
He handed me the tank with a dent, if you can even call that elephant stomp a dent, that was NOT there before. They tried to tell me that was all body filler and they had grinded it down minutes before. They apologized for the wait and thanked my patience. That's the best they could do.
I do not recommend anyone bring anything they care about to this place of establishment. They cannot keep their word, do poor work, and lie about status.

The Dentsmith is the only place that I take my vehicles to be repaired. Whether you were in an accident, hail storm, assaulted by a deer (Me), or doing a vehicle restoration (or in my case a motorcycle), Ken and his team will get you looking better than when you drove it off the lot.
Brought the wife's SUV here for paintless dent repair, and you can not tell there was ever even a ding on it after it was completed. On a black vehicle at that. Immaculate work.

With the many collision centers in pulaski, I figured I'd get a few estimates. 1 collision shop didn't even take pictures and the estimate was higher than what my insurance was going to pay. A 2nd collision place took my passenger rear tire off to check and see if the alignment was off. The same tire that was scraping the body wen I drove. Now the dentsmith automatically seen that the tire was scraping and before even giving me any kind of estimate he took sum pole with a tip and stuck it above the tire and pulled the dent off of the tire and the scraping stopped. That alone won my business. I had sum significant damage to the front end of my navigator now. The front bumper, lights, grill and hood all were damaged. Finally it was time to take it in. Mr Kenneth the shop owner assured me my truck was in great hands and I didn't have a single worry. 3 weeks went by and my truck was ready. When I looked over the fixed damaged spots there were a couple spots that needed sum touching up and buffing. But the main thing was a sensor on my front bumper had fell in and evertime I put my truck in reverse it beeped and had to push the reset, same when I would put it in drive, it would beep and I had to push the reset. When I dropped it back off I figured he'd need it for a couple days but nope. The sensor was replaced and the beeping was gone. I was so and still am so thankful for Mr Kenneth and his staff of professional mechanics. He was so easy to talk to about anything. All this repairing again only took about 4 hours too. Talking about 1 happy camper. That was me and my family. I recommend The Dentsmith to anyone in need of the best quality body work. I told him it's like nothing even happened. It looked like a brand new navigator. Thank you guys so much and I know your business is going to flourish because your customer service along with you guys work speaks for itself. I preciate you guys sincerely and if anyone asks for a recommendation you better believe I'm sending them your way.
The owner was really awesome, amazing customer service. They repaired a few deep scratches and dents that came from a heavy rock on my shadow black mustang. They made it look like the damage never happened. They even repaired a few spots that were there from the factory. I was extremely happy with the work they did. I can't say enough good things about this place. I highly recommend. Thank you guys so much!
This shop does excellent work. They were able to fix the damage I had as well as match and blend the three different colors to make it look like nothing ever happened.
These guys are great! Friendly and welcoming. They did a perfect job matching paint for my Shadow Black Mustang. The owner makes sure the job is done right and for an honest/good price. I plan to stick with these guys for my future autobody needs. They even helped me get a stripped bolt removed on my Honda Rebel same day! Highly recommend.
Deer thought it would be a great idea to smack into the side of my car. Brought it here to be fixed. Fantastic job and the best costumer service I have had in a long time! My car looks great! Got a wonderful surprise when I got in, they cleaned the carpets front and back. Thank you!! When the next deer decides to bounce off my car, I will bring it back here.
If you have an accident/fender bender, this is the place to go. We took our truck there and Kenny took good care of it, looks brand new!! He's a real nice guy!!!

I talked to the owner about getting some minor repairs on my Nissan’s. The boss was fair and treated me and my son like we are family. I have not been to a shop this fair and noteworthy in a long time. Price was extremely fair and I decided to tip on both visits. I will be back when things need to be squared away. Thank you guys for what you do for the people in this community.
They are so easy to talk with and make you feel at ease They also are really good at what they do and I think their work is magical The owner is so humble and doesn’t see how awesome their work is and I guess they expect the best of theirselves and they deliver just that for sure !

Kenny and the Dent Smith Team did a very professional job replacing my damaged door on my chevy crew cab truck. I got it back in just a few days. Kenny had to find a salvage door as mine was crushed in. The door had some rock chips needing smoothed out and the door was painted to match the rear crew cab door.
The repairs to my door were smooth and the paint was flawless. I am a very particular person and I looked hard and couldn’t find any flaws. I was very impressed as to how well the painted door matched my rear door as I figured due to the age of my truck it wouldn’t match well. They did an amazing job matching the paint.
I will be taking my next project to Kenny and the Dent Smith Team and I can say they are highly recommend.

I searched a 100 mile radius of St. Roberts to find a metal repair shop and the DentSmith was the only shop capable of doing metal repairs.
Excellent work well worth the cost for metal work repairs of any caliber. Paint job was a custom mix of raptor liner and paint. Paint work turned out exactly what I wanted.
10/10 I will go back to finish my paint work in the future.
