St Robert's orielly I will not do business there across from sonic . Would not return a starter that's lifetime warranty for me . Said could not find it in the computer. Yet they remember me buying it there .
I had to change my stubborn headlights I did one side but struggled with the other and a young gentlemen with no hesitation came out and helped me finish the job. I forgot his name but I do know we both agree that chevy headlights sucks. Thank you so much for your help!

My engine light came on yesterday so I swung into O’Reillys to have them read the code. They were able to give me codes, help research, and even helped me swap out the part (ignition coil). All for $40! Thanks Eily!!
I've done business with the O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Waynesville, MO a handful of times over the years. As usual, the sales people were polite, friendly, and helpful. Staff were quick to offer suggestions for auto issues that were presented, and were happy to offer local suggestions for auto services they didn't offer.
Ordering a replacement cabin filter took a day to fullfil, and was reasonably priced. Comfortable recommending the local O'Reily store for those looking to repair or tweak something on their car.
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. After reading the codes on our vehicle the staff were able to recommend a very reputable nearby garage to have our vehicle repaired on short notice. I was glad when I found out that the garage ordered our needed parts from this O'Reilly location after the staff had been so helpful to us.
Literally the best. Period end of story. Had issues on road trip, and these people were more than gracious and helpful. 10/10. There is literally 0 way to improve
They are helpful but also lazy. Simply trying to get paint that I ordered through them and it came late and employee that checked me out insisted he knew how many cans I paid for and tried to short me on my paint when he could have simply looked my order up and got it right from the start. I end up always have to return something to end up getting the right thing most of the time
I went into this place earlier this morning and the staff was rude and none of the employees were wearing a face covering or a mask! The six feet in spacing between customers is not going on at this location. Can someone please notify OReily that we are in the middle of a pandemic or either avoid this location if you can. Please I beg you to stay safe and avoid this filthy location.
I stopped in here tonight because my blinker stopped working. I was clueless when I walked in and the man working (I didn’t catch his name) was super helpful. He fixed my blinker and sent me on my way in no time. I appreciate the amazing customer service. Thank you again for helping me out!!
I was just in picking up some car parts and had the most wonderful guy named Jacob wait on me. He is such a down to earth good person and I gathered this from a SIMPLE conversation. Thank you to the crew today. I had two windshield wipers breakdown during a storm on I-44 and they helped with the right purchase model and install. My sincere thanks for all of the help in the rain no less!
The guy working muct have been new or didnt know much about auto parts or wasnt use to part lookup he gave me the wrong part twice luckily I check while standing at counter. But he was friendly and very sincere about the getting the wrong part so I was okay with it. Depending on the part their pretty affordable.
Onlywent here once for tail light bulbs. Told the counter person the bulb needed and make an model of car he took me straight to the bulbs. Very friendly and efficient.
They are very helpful. Ms. Johnnie, I believe that she is the manager. She will do her best to get you an answer, find a tool or get you that part you're trying to find. She and her staff are very knowledgeable.
Never get the right parts even when I had them what I'm needing... Once or twice is understandable but I have lived here 2 years & it has happened at least 8 times. I now go to Napa. The employees at Napa have the ability to think outside of the box to get you the item you need. At oriellys they only have to be qualified to operate their computer. They look... Nope don't have it. Napa they might not have it but they know what else will work for you just the same.
Dealt with the Assistant Manager- he was hesitant to sell me something I may not need. After further diagnostics he solved the issue and my truck is like new again. Absolutely amazed by the expertise! Also made sure I didn't mess up the install, couldn't have done it without his help.
This is one of the best auto parts stores I've been to. Very knowledgeable staff. They care more about helping you make the right decisions than upselling you for a buck or two. That's a good business practice for long term customer loyalty.
O'Reilly's in St. Robert across from Sonic is the place to go for parts or advise on your vehicle. Andrew is top notch at what he does. We were having issues with a Toyota Camry and what he thought it might be is exactly what was wrong. Today he checked my battery, which I had been having issues with, and found it to be bad. He got me a replacement installed in no time flat. Thank you to all who work at this location.
O'Reilly Auto is a great go-to auto parts store. We use O'Reilly for all of our cars and their maintenance issues. Usually the staff are great about explaining and assisting. I am truly uneducated when it comes to cars but I love to save money on repairs. The best way to save is to do it yourself. That means we go to O'Reilly for almost everything automotive. Being uneducated on cars does not phase the staff as they are willing to explain without judging. Those that are military get to enjoy a military discount on purchases year round. In fact, when we have car issues when travelling we seek out an O'Reilly Auto in the area because we trust their assistance and products.
