You seem to argue with anyone who doesn’t like your service. Take the criticism and move forward. Now in response to your response to my honest review: We refused the tow because 1) The vehicle was at a tire shop with a flat tire, and it seemed unusual…. - It had more wrong with it than a flat. *The car has foreign parts that the bodyshop didn’t have. I have to take it to a bmw shop out of town if that’s ok with you Eric* 2) You could not give the details of the vehicle that was being moved. (You didn't know the year and model.) -My husband called me and told me to have the car towed back home. Sue me for not being a car gal? As soon and YOU hung up, he had texted me the info. It’s your job to tow, not to pass judgement. 3) You did not own the vehicle All of that would’ve been ironed out had you given me the chance. My husband would’ve been there while you towed it. I was just calling it in because he was busy! Do better. Your company sucks and that’s an honest review you deserve.

Very unprofessional. I called to have my vehicle towed from an auto shop to my house and the guy there told me he’ll pass because it sounded suspicious and hung up. I’m active duty military and wouldn’t dare do anything illegal. It was actually insulting. The shop didn’t have the parts needed for my 2006 bmw so I wanted to bring it back home. I told him he could call the auto shop if he didn’t believe me but that shouldn’t have to happen either. Very insulting and unprofessional company. Give your business to anyone else. One Star immediately took my business.

On our way home from vacation we were in an accident. Eric arrived to the scene quickly and was extremely helpful and polite. He made a stressful situation easier to understand and assisted us getting to Enterprise to rent a car and stayed until we could unload everything to the rental car. He was very responsive when I contacted him and asked for pictures of the vehicle. I 100% recommend Anybody Towing!

Vacation save. Got up to a screw in my tire They came promptly and got us to the tire store so we could get back on the road! Friendly, reasonable and knowledgeable. Thank you!

More than just a tow company, Eric was an advocate and an advisor. Hopefully never need a Towing company again, but if we do we hope we get someone half as kind and proficient as Eric was. His advice for us to get into Big 'Ol tires was the best decision for our family. We'd give him a sixth star if we could.

Shoutout to Eric for being so accommodating when our car broke down in St. Robert! He was able to recommend a hotel, a repair shop, and even drove by to check on us the next day. Highly recommended!

Anybody Towing completely saved me on the roadside in the middle of the Mark Twain Forest! Eric picked me up in an extremely timely manner and stayed with me while searching to find a location to help me get back on the road again. Eric went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and secure in addition to helping me with mechanical resources.

First week of school, I'm attempting parent pick up I loop around and use a grassy area to turn around,but everything was so wet and the grass was high so I just placed myself in a ditch basically. ? Cops were called by a disgruntled parent as I was attempting to call for help, but the officer called anybody towing for me and honestly The grace and kindness the guys from anybody towing and the officers showed me, was unforgettable. I was moments from falling apart and they made jokes and helped remove my car safely. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them for their help and for their demeanor. Anybody towing takes care of anybody and everybody.

Had my car break down on me out of town, needed quick last-minute towing. My car was towed to the mechanic overnight. Super impressed with the quality of service and customer service they provided me. Would 100% recommend!

These guys go above and beyond to help! We broke down (from another state). They did what we needed to get our Truck to a service center. AND get our 5th Wheel trailer to a local RV Park.

Eric just towed my car from the side of hiway 44 in St.Roberts all the way to Kimberling City. I rode with him 130 miles and everything was perfect. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you Eric you were my life saver.

We were in an accident recently where a teenager turned into us and wrecked our vehicle. Eric arrived extremely fast and was more than helpful. He towed our vehicle and stored it away until we were well enough to empty our personal contents from it. Since we were down a vehicle for over a month, we decided to purchase a small old car from him. Eric had a perfect 2001 small SUV that he just had fixed up and gave us an amazing price. He even made sure it was detailed. Anybody Towing is the best around, I would recommend them to everyone! He is a wealth of knowledge and extremely caring and helpful. Thank you so much, Eric!

I would love to give thanks to Eric and his towing company anybody towing, for all his help and advice he gave me. I do not know what I would have done with out his help he is very protective with your things and is a very caring person with out him knowing who you are, I recommend his towing company to everyone because you will not get this very good treatment from just anyone, he cares and I did not know him at all but he gave me the help I need and I’m from out of town and got the help I needed. Eric was super professional and responsive. We had car trouble passing through town on a weekend, and he went out of his way to make sure our car was taken to a shop that would service it appropriately. He also gave us options of where we could stay overnight while we waited. He provided more than just excellent towing service — he provided tremendous hospitality during a stressful time, and we were very grateful. Highest recommendation.

Got into a car accident and had Waynesville PD just go with whoever was next on their list. Heard a few bad things about them but decided that I would be able to form my own opinion after this. Eric was very professional, Friendly and went above to kept in contact with me about my vehicle. Eric did his best to explain and make sure I understood the process and what to expect next, as this was my first accident. I appreciate the information I was given and the advice for going forward. They're good people.

Glad I found Eric...he helped me out of a jam as I was passing through town. He arrived quickly and did a great job with the tow. He also happens to be a very friendly guy and I enjoyed talking with him and swapping stories. I love it when I find service this good in a new town. Thanks, Eric!

10/10 recommend!! They were super friendly when we called about someone coming to get my suv from my house. Showed up in less than 30 minutes! We heard him backing into the driveway! We didn’t even need to escort them on to base which is another plus!! Driver was SUPER friendly and very informational! Made our stress go away for a bit! Definitely will be using again, if we run into another problem!

I want to send a HUGE shout out to Eric from Anybody Towing. On Easter Sunday night, my son was heading back to college in Springfield MO, when he slid off the road and hit a rock in Rolla due to slick road conditions. Mo HWY patrol arrived and contacted a local towing company I-44 Truck, who pulled him off the rock that he hit, airbags were deployed but they told him the car was ok and he was good to go. They made him follow him back to their building (5 miles opposite direction)to make a payment!!! Since they said he was good to go, he started on his way back to Springfield, about 20 miles later, going up Jerome Hill about MM 171, his car overheated and he pulled off as far as he could. He then called AAA. He requested a tow to Springfield since we were gold members, and they said it would be an hour. An hour later, he calls them back and they have not sent a truck out because they wouldn't tow to Springfield. So rather than offering to take him someone closer by, they just left him hanging. Then after a couple more AAA calls, they said they couldn't help. I got ahold of one helpful person, but at that point, I was beside myself, with him sitting on the side of a highway, cars been dead for over an hour and a half. Desperate to get him to safety, I looked online for local towing near Jerome and found Anybody Towing is 24 hrs out of St. Robert. That's when our luck changed! Eric answered my call and after brief explanation of our situation, he was out the door and on his way to my son while I was still on the phone with him. He contacted MO HWY patrol, so that they could get a car behind him and help keep him safe. He called my son letting him know he was on his way and was there within 25 minutes!!! Hwy patrol arrives shortly before the tow truck which gave him some relief. Not only did Eric get my son to safety quickly, he had contacts for a local lodge for him to stay and a repair shop who could look at his car in the morning. The car, well.... Eric also gave us the initial diagnosis and it doesn't look good. The first tow company should've noticed the same thing and instead told my son he was good to go. I also want to thank Eric for being straight up about the car. Eric showed sincere concern for my son and his safety and I couldn't be more grateful! What a wonderful person. He'll never truly know how much his act of kindness in just being a good person really meant to me and my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYBODY TOWING if you happen to be in an unfortunate situation and need a tow.

Had my wife's car towed to the dealership with Anybody Towing. USAA referred us to them and we had absolutely no problems. They were on time, were courteous, professional and knew their stuff. If you need a tow (and hopefully you won't), definitely call Anybody Towing.

My family has used Anybody Towing several times, and always had great, professional service! I live and work in town 25 miles away and have had customers that need help and recommended Anybody and they have all thanked me for letting them know about Eric. Reasonable, courteous, and Professional...

Lets try this again since my last review was taken down and flagged as a conflict of interest. First off, I don't work for anyone and have not worked for anyone there in the towing business. I also am not getting anything from the company for this review. Ok, now that THAT js out out of the way, I got a call from my disabled mother saying that her car was broken down in the middle of nowhere. With one quick phone call I was able to her rescued and her car picked up. Not only did Eric pick her car and her up, he dropped her by her doctors appointment when delivering her car to the local shop I had arranged to fix her car. Its nice to be able to call from close to 4000 miles away and know your family will be taken care of.

Eric has been the most professional tow truck driver i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He has towed multiple vehicles for me and everytime he has a smile on his face and a professional look and attitude. I have recommended him to multiple people and theylove the service he provides as well. Rates are reasonable, service is excellent, and he genuinely cares about the customers he provides services to. If you need tow truck services i highly recommend you just call Anybody

I highly recommend Anybody Towing for any of your automotive towing/transportation needs.Very courteous and informative. The highest level of professionalism I have ever experienced. It was nearly 100 degrees the first time I needed my car towed.They arrived quickly and greeted me and my son with ice cold bottles of water! The owner/driver had us sit in his truck where it was nice and cool while he loaded my car. I have since been a repeat customer and proudly display his bumper stickers on all my family vehicles.

This company is AMAZING!! They are so generous and so gracious! I am not from around here and when I got my car here finally it continued to break down all over town. I would call Eric and he was there in no time with a smile on his face and great advice on where to go to get my car looked at! I would recommend this company to anyone around town and beyond! GREAT service. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure to take care of my situation. My son was in his way. he's 5. and he was very sensitive to the fact that my son would be in danger. With anybody else in this area, they would have towed me out of a ditch and called it a day. However, he gave me advice on what to do to make sure my vehicle was still driveable. I've never received that kind of advice before with other towers. And I LOVE his marketing. "If you need a tow, just call Anybody". I'm really impressed with their marketing. They even gave me a discount for advertising with a bumper sticker. I'm not a fan of bumper stickers by any means. But their professionalism and attention to DETAIL after the fact, made me want to get the sticker. I HIGHLY recommend them. VERY reasonable and understanding. I won't suggest anybody else.

I recommend Anybody towing, My daughter was driving home from college when she called and said her car was shaking badly. After getting her safely off I-44 I began looking on the internet for a towing service. The ones closest to her had some bad reviews and When I called them I wasn’t comfortable with the way they talked with me. I then called Eric at Anybody towing and he was very polite and professional. He went to my daughter and found she had a bad tire. Her spare of course was flat so he took is to get air and then installed it. The charge was $75 which I thought that was very reasonable and exactly what he told me it would be. Thank you Eric for taking care of my daughter I highly recommend.
