Went and picked up a small U-Haul trailer from them and it went good picking it up, but once I returned it the next day they was busy, that’s ok. I told the gentleman I could take care of it but he insisted because I was “in his way of moving this trailer” so he proceeded to unhook everything and he couldn’t control the trailer because it was on a hill and he scratched my bumper really good to the point where it needs a body shop to repair the scratch. I let the office lady know, they took pictures and took my information from me and I have yet to hear a single from them. I get it mistakes happen, but let’s get it fixed and taken care of instead of dodging your own mistake! This happened on June 26th. Today is July 27th. Small mistake, but let your actions fix this mistake and it would never have been a problem.
On 7/2/2025 we called Walker tire close to closing time and bought two tires from them. One of the tires did not make it 5 miles before the tire completely came apart. At this time if was after hours. We called the after hours line and Dave said that he would refund us the money. My driver had to wait for another company to bring him a tire for a tire repair. When we called about our refund he stated he needed the tire back. Our company is four and a half hours away. When we explained this to Dave he said "he would see what he could do" On 7/8/2025 My office staff called into Walker Tires office and spoke with a lady who was completely rude. My office staff asked for a return call form Dave. On 7/9 We called and Dave answered. Dave said that there is no reason for the tire to have blown. That tire should have gotten us home. WELL IT DID NOT! He refused to refund us any of the money. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Walker rescued me when my car freaked out at the car wash (from a leak in my new windshield (another story)). Anyway, the lady on the phone was super nice (even though I was nearly a basket case). She connected me with the driver who got there pretty quick (considering it was after hours). He was very nice, efficient and even funny which is exactly what I needed.

Worst customer service I have ever encounter. From the initial phone call the lady on the other end was very rude. I would try to avoid this place if possible. Tire prices are on the higher end. I am not sure if they were just having a bad day or what but all they did was yell and be very rude. They really need a customer service class. The rudest people you can encounter. Please try to avoid this place if possible.
These guys are truly amazing. My daughter had flat tire late in the evening. The driver was super helpful. They ordered her two new tires and had them put on first thing the next morning and saved us about $100 for comparable tires from other companies. I highly recommend them.
if i could rate less than one star, i sure as hell would, we had a car break down on the highway, pushed it out of the way and far off the road, and this jack off of a company stole the car off of the highway within 2 hours of it breaking down and we already had a tow on the way, without even being called and now they are holding the car ransom so they can charge us for an impound fee tomorrow, absolute crooks and unbelievable. should not be in business or even allowed to operate.
I was driving from St. Louis to Kansas City and noticed my rear tire was down 13 psi. I reached out to Walker Tire and they were very helpful. They got my truck in quickly, removed the nail and patched the tire, all for a very reasonable price. Great customer service.
Highly recommend their tow service! We had a truck and trailer broke down on the interstate and they were quickly there to pick us up with two trucks to tow our truck and pull the trailer to a local dealership for repair on my truck.
Very friendly and know what they are doing to get you towed to where you need.
We had tire trouble not once but twice on our way home (on brand new tires). We arrived here first thing in the morning on a Saturday. They got us right in and quickly switched out tires. Quick in and out with great service.
I’ve known Dave for years!! They came through for me today!! I hit something in the road and popped a front tire on my work F550. He sent a service tech (roadsides assist) to me and Chase (Chance?) really did a GREAT job for me!! Thank you Dave & crew!!!!
I came in with a wheel and bad tire for one of my trailers. They had what I needed in stock, got it swapped out and out the door in about 25 minutes. Very happy with them. Will be getting more tires for my trailers through them.
Got my truck tires fixed when other “national” chains could not. Quick and less expensive. I could not be happier with their service. It was a great experience. Highly recommend.
Great service, fast and no excuses! Had a blowout on my trailer on I-70, and their tire service guy was there in 30 minutes with 2 brand new tires in the van. Took less than 30 more minutes to swap out the tires to get back on the road. Honest and fair for the convenient service provided, Thank you!
Just bought 4 new tires from them last week. Price was better than everywhere else I called. They don't take appointments. It's first come first serve, but I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They also require you to come back after 100 miles to tighten the lug nuts in order to keep the warranty active. That took less than 5 minutes.
Not a honest shop, was told my tire was not patchable, and since your out of town they take advantage, used tire for $300 had to buy the used tire because from TA, Petro, Speedco bunch of lazy bumps and just a total rip off you would think this mom n pops shops would be more understandable on budget, came home and patch that same tire for $45 , can't trust no one now a days, seems like they rather try to get rich with one service.

My husband came to this shop for a tire repair. They knew he was an out of state driver. They repaired his tire quickly, they were fair, they were honest and showed great integrity. They could have tried to sell him a new tire but they didn't. He will use them anytime he is in their area.
We needed new tires for our 1971 camper. Deb took Great care of us making sure we knew the difference between our new tires and the old one's. The tire installers worked quickly and had us ready to go in under 15 minutes. Walker Tire took care of us as one of their own and it was Very Much Appreciated!
Had a blowout on the freeway a few miles from the shop and hobbled in on the spare after calling to make sure they had the tire size we needed. Thought the price was a little high for buying a tire that we changed ourselves but we were glad for the peace of mind of having a new tire. Traveled less than 50 miles and parked in front of the house. The next night we heard this loud noise and hissing and we went out to find the tire valve stem had completely failed. Called Walker to see if they would do anything about it by way of warranty, replacement, discount, manufacturer warranty, anything at all? Their attitude and words were “sometimes they just fail” and nothing they would do. Went down the street to another tire shop and got a new tire, a lifetime warranty, the labor and all the rest of our tires tread and air checked for less than just paying for the one tire and zero customer service at Walker.
This place is GREAT! Brian was quick and helpful. Our car had a blown tire on the side of the I-70. We were waiting for USAA and trying to get through customer service for almost 2 hours. It was way to dangerous so we just called here. They answered on the second ring and Brian was there in 30 min. We should have just called them first! Thank you! Sincerely "Still on hold"
Owner was patient and courteous in helping me to determine the proper tire after having a blow out on the highway.. A modest fee and he had a driver bring me a replacement over 20 miles. I am thoroughly impressed, thanks for the help!
Had a flat tire after 10 pm and AAA contracted this company for assistance on my behalf. Took them only about 30 minutes to arrive. My spare had rusted and wouldn't come loose, so they towed me to their facility and repaired the flat tire. It was fairly expensive for the repair ($75), but it was late at night, so didn't really have another option. The tow truck driver was friendly and did a good job.
