Police on highway patrol name withheld advised me, my truck will not be towed until,my boss brings his own tow truck,these guys without any approval towed the truck to their shop thinking they can overcharge my boss for towing,soon im sueing this company.
The trucker was great, but his dispatcher was terrible. He forgot to put in the call, so I had to wait for almost 2 hours. They didn't even bother bumping me to the top of the callers or giving a discount for their mistake. On top of that they sent the wrong kind of tow truck. Serious improvements are needed on dispatch.
Ran by a bunch of disrespectful people that aren’t on the same page as the dispatcher. Tried to say the state trooper was gonna tow the truck off way more than what he wanted to charge me not even 24 hours after it slid of the road... and I called them at 7:am! And they didn’t get there to tow tell almost 5:pm. Every time I called them the price went up at the end almost 200 dollars more than we originally settled on. Called highway patrol and they said they never even had a trooper on scene they just called and told them about it around noon and that they would call back when time came well they never called in a trooper straight lied to me to get me to fork out the extra 200 because he was “already set up son” and a “trooper” on scene. Worthless company in my opinion. Many more to choice from right around the corner.
