I really like going to Odessa's O'Reilly Auto Parts. I know Toby and Mike that work there they are great guys! They will help anyway can to keep their customers happy!

Needed am adaptor for my hitch. The guy took me right to what I needed. Let me take it outside to try it. The one he suggested fit perfect first try.

We were traveling through Odessa and had issues with our brakes. Stopped by the Oreillys store and with their assistance, we were able to get back on the road.?? They definitely add to the community!!

They usually have stocked shelves for your needs. Sometimes, you have to stand there waiting to be helped but the staff are knowledgeable in your automotive needs.

I went to exchange my bulb and get the correct one. I went to put it in and was struggling with it, and the nice man came out and helped install it! I didn't get his name, but Thank you for your help!

I had a truck lose an damn metal chair off there load and flew at my car a chaos day my right fog light broke and my reservoir broken as well. No one’s dead, but an amazing person who works here at O’Reilly name. Chris has saved me from anything else. Getting broke taken it out for me. You’re amazing anybody that needs anything holler for Chris he’s my hero.

I wish I had pics. I was in the process of moving across the country when the brakes on my truck (towing a u-haul) went soft. Sure enough, the brake line had splt. Gavin was an absolute hero and got us the part and replaced it in under an hour. I am still stunned we found a friendly help-your-neighbor-in-need attitude when we needed it. Gavin - you are a rockstar!

I don’t leave reviews often, but the way I was treated tonight was truly remarkable. Gavin and Austin were the most accommodating and kind employees that helped my mom and i despite us showing up at closing time. They went out of their ways to help us with car troubles as we were stranded during our journey to Colorado. They were not only extremely educated in mechanics, but went out of their way to help us feel safe on our journey! So lucky that they happened to be there, two special people at the perfect time. Thank you Austin and Gavin!!

I've been here multiple times. Most of the time these people are very helpful but this time I come in the store and I ask for a simple help figuring out what a minor problem is All the lights and everything else work on my truck I have one 12 volt plug-in that's not working and I asked for help figuring that out. And the lazy guy behind the desk basically set complain and said well we could be pulling fuses all day. Well, no because there's only a couple fuses and they've got to have testers. So I wasn't going to screw around with that I just left. Most of the time the people there are very helpful and very friendly but I think that guy was the laziest person I've ever met in my life. He literally couldn't be bothered to smile or to help. I'm not sure I'll be going back to that particular O'Reilly's again if that's the quality of the people they are hiring.

Always delightful. They're always really helpful and will go above and beyond sometimes. I have always been treated very well there.

I ask for a blower motor for an 05 Astro, The person behind the counter asked, " What's a astro? These kids are absolutely clueless. I won't be back. Needed a simple fuel filter for an old tractor, no help whatsoever.

In our time of need, the folk here really stepped up and out of there way to keep us safe and get us back on the road. Our Back axle fell off right in the parking lot with after no warning, drivers side wheel completely detached. They found us a great mechanic and let us keep our car out front till we were back on the road faster then I thought possible. My Family and I are so grateful for the kindness showed. Thank you Jason, Trinity, and Devon you helped us feel safe and calm in a sticky situation.

The guy Jason seems like the happiest person ever to tell you they don't have something just so he can stick his hands back in pockets and stand there being as least helpful as possible. Then proceeded to worry about someone else's oil change instead of helping us solve our problem and get our parts.

You dont show half star rating. Not knowledgeable people when it comes to selling parts. I have to pay the fee for special order, extra to get it sooner, shouldnt the parts guy be able to tell me if I'm getting the hardware that should come with it? And if not find out, instead I get we dont manufacture the part. Well see when the part gets here. So if the hardware isn't with it, then what, make another special order with more fees and wait time? I dont think so. So I go to another oriellys and guess what, saved $12.00, getting part same day. Parts man showed me that all hardware included. This guy actually helped me, and wanted to. The other store I think I was just a bother to them cause they couldn't answer my question or make the extra effort to try. Sad part I was dealing with the manager. I would rate the oak grove store five star and give the counter man a promotion. There a automotive parts store and took care of my automotive parts needs. That's the way it should be. I could think up a good name for the Odessa store, it sure ain't auto parts. If the way they do business keeps up, the Napa store across the street will be the only parts store in town. BEWARE ODESSA ORIELLYS Sorry but may the truth be known.

our RV developed an exhaust leak somewhere in Wyoming as we were headed back home to Massachusetts. We tried every RV service, muffler shop and anyone that was recommended to us all the way to Odessa. Matt listened to our problem and took the initiative to call JR's Custom Pipe Bending. Thanks to Matt our leak was fixed and we were back on the road in 2 hours. Now THAT'S good customer service!!!

They did their best to try to get a mower gas cap that would fit after my husband lost it. After that they referred me to Lomax Power who was able to get it.

Tarrin is always on top of things here. If you go to this O'Reillys don't waste your time with anyone else. Just ask for Tarrin, he gets the job done right the first time.

charles the asst mgr is amazing. my windshield wipers quit on a rainy day. he went above and beyond. with his help, i was able to safely reach my destination. i would recommend this store. thanks charles!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I BECAME AN AWARDS MEMBER!!!! They help you so much, quick response. Great customer service. They help and go above and beyond!!!! Love it!!!! I am so not mechanically inclined by any means they explains so well to me how to change spark plug myself and I just changed all 6 plugs!!!! 5 plugs by myself they are amazing. I could go on for hours!!!!
