Place is sketchy at best. So after waiting over an hour to gather my personal property and waiting for 3rd party appraisal they attempted to trespass me for asking a question. After patiently waiting an hour, I never raised my voice or cursed anyone ect. I was told I needed someone else’s insurances permission to my property. I asked why I needed someone else’s insurances permission to gather my personal property and to inspect again my personal property. I have the title to the vehicle in hand. I said progressive doesn’t own the vehicle I do and mentioned the police at this point. It’s illegal for them to withhold my personal property. I walked outside to parking lot to my rental vehicle and was on the phone with progressive who eventually authorized me to my property after an odessa police officer threaten to arrest me for trespass, so I already had left. Disgraceful way to conduct business or to treat anyone let alone a disabled veteran.
The two office workers are very helpful. They helped me with the IAA app. They gave us Orange uniforms, cause we forgot ours and jumped the car. Very happy. we are very happy that We had them to help us would recommend coming here
This place did everything they could to help, Carey was excellent and Tammy was a great help, if you don't get treated right here it's your own fault, the office staff was great also.
They don’t care about the customer and they make me waiting more than hour just for one car
Each time I spoke with them they said she has a meeting that was a loader driver
