Amazing team, called and they answered right away. Told them what was going on and they were happy to help. Was having problems with 24/7 roadside trying to send someone from out of state 3-4 hrs away to come assist with towing my car just a few miles down the road. Ended up calling Hugh’s Towing and they came to the rescue. Micheal was our driver and he was amazing to deal with. Fast, respectful and very professional. If you need a tow give them a call!
Absolutely wonderful to work with! I called to have my parents vehicle towed to be fixed and within 15 mins Michael was here! Michael was kind and got it up on the truck & was ready to go! Best towing company in town!
Always fast and friendly service, (actually my second time this week). This round I broke down 30 miles from home and was picked up faster than friends or family even responded. Michael was very thorough and had us safely loaded and on the road in no time. He was very personable and we shared several stories and laughs on the way. He got me unloaded and I still had time to make it to my Christmas party. Always recommend Hughes to anyone I meet. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thanks a bunch.
The folks at Hughes helped me out with a very stressful situation with an old broken down car and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and compassion. They insisted on giving me a better deal even when I asked to pay them more. I can't recommend enough. 12/10, thanks Hughes Towing.
Michael came to tow my van to the shop and was amazing. He called to let me know how long it'd be before he made it, walked me through what he needed to do, took the time to get my van on the truck safely, talked to my little ones, and was able to help me pay before he left.

Michael did an absolute AMAZING job helping my 16 year old son with his blowout on his truck in below freezing weather. He was so professional and absolutely sweet as can be! Hughes towing assisted me when my daughter had 2 flat tires. From the moment that we set up the tow until car drop off they were timely, professional and courteous even after several calls to change tow drop off and miscommunication. They answered their own phone, no robot or ai and made a very stressful situation, stress free.

Called for a tow for my Ram P/U. The driver, Mike, came mid morning today. Very friendly and personable. He explained the procedure, and loaded my Ram onto the tow truck. Backing up for a moment, when I called into the company for the tow, the dispatcher was very helpful and made the necessary arrangements. If I ever need a tow truck in the future, I will call on Hughes Towing. A job well done!

Hughes Towing, LLC. was so helpful! Our car broke down on the highway while trying to get home and "Big Mad" (our tow truck driver) came super fast (like less than 30 mins)! He was so understanding and helped us during our distress! If we ever need help again, we know who to call!!

Great company and super kind, helpful employees! They helped us TWICE in one week!
First, they towed my husband’s Tesla all the way to the nearest service station in St Louis. They were quick to jump the dead battery and load it up safely and securely for the long drive. They were communicative in letting us know when they had it safely delivered, and their rates were fair.
We are glad, having just moved to town, that we had already used their services so that when my husband had my car slide into a ditch on icy dirt county roads after the big snow storm this past weekend, we knew immediately who to call! They came really quickly after our call which was amazing! It was a little tricky to get our car out with the slick road conditions but they handled it well and got us home safely.
We remember the names Skyler and Benton as being some of the great employees that helped us! Highly recommend. We hope we don’t have yet another need in the future 😅 but we know who to call if we do!

We had a great experience with Hughes Towing 10/19 even though we didn’t end up needing a tow! They responded to the scene of our breakdown due to loss of coolant and with great help from a kind state police officer and some first responder volunteers helped us get the RV into a local business that said we could park there overnight. They stayed with us and helped diagnose the issue with a coolant hose leak and suggested we avoid a tow and provided us with mobile repair recommendations. Can’t say enough about how helpful they were. Much appreciated. We would highly recommend this company.
Sadly we broke down last night in Willow Springs. We had 80 miles to go until home. (Springfield) I called and Garrett answered right away. He was kind and friendly and wanted to help me find the best solution. We stayed at a local hotel and the following day AJ came to pick us up. His truck was exceptionally clean inside and out and you could tell he loved his job and the company he works for. I highly recommend Hughes Towing! Just hope we don’t have to use them again! Lol!
