Bought a 2015 ford explorer 3.5 turbo engine that was supposed to be 122000 miles on it . It was ordered from 160 recycle in Nixa had tags on it so I called them to confirm milage it had 163384 miles on it (wich were $400 to $500 cheaper at that milage) and it was out of a 2013 so some things had to be changed to work . Called r&d to wok something out for the milage and direct fit discrepancy... was pretty much told you got what you got . .... very dishonest if you ask me

Today was my first time there and wow it was a great experience. Kind people, eager to help and great follow up from the owner. I was in, loaded and out in 20 minutes. They answered all my questions . They are highly recommended!
I'd leave a zero star if possible. I live over an hour away and drove to R and D to get an alternator that I was informed ran and was "tested". It worked for 10 minutes and my car died while driving down the road. Upon returning the lady was EXTREMELY rude. Then she questioned if I had the part installed properly. I also am not receiving all my money back because of a 30% restocking fee for a DEFECTIVE part. Absolutely ridiculous. 10/10 do not recommend this business.
Such nice guys. My first time in, didn't even know it was there. They dropped everything and pulled the part I needed right now. Pleasant conversation made the time fly.

I had really struggled to find anyone willing to help me take care of my dads old truck none of the Mountain View places would even return a call. I called and Debbie walked me through all I needed to do and the truck was hauled away in 48 hours. Responsive and friendly.
I woke up to a broken side glass on my truck. Called and priced new. Called R&D. Brought the window for1/5 the price. The yard technician told me how to replace. Ten minutes later I was driving home with new window installed. Thank you
