Thieves, crooks, and vial human beings. Incident date September 30,2024. My father died. October 1st 2024. I called to confirm we could retrieve my fathers truck. Over the phone I was instructed the cost would be $1600.00. We arrived, the at first unkind woman instructed me to fill out paperwork. After realizing I did not have all of the vehicles information, I returned to Patriot Towings one way mirror window. The now inappropriate woman tells me she has this information after she allows me to state that all of my dead fathers identification is in the truck. She knew. At this time I am told $1600 cash only. We were stared down like criminals while retrieving my fathers wallet, phones and firearms from the truck. All while this vial woman is attempting to keep the vehicle. We leave and go to our bank to withdraw $1600 cash. During this drive I engage a different company tow my fathers truck home. Back at Patriot towings security window, I hand the tow troll my money, she counts it and says "its short". I inform her I have hired others to tow the truck home. She then raises her voice at me, says "no other companies are allowed on our lot", and slams the window shut while I'm standing in front of it and takes my money. I had to call the Washington police department to collect my dead father's truck after paying $1600 cash for what they called a "difficult ditch recovery". The ditch was approximately 2.5' deep. Additionally, Patriot Towing employees likely tampered with my fathers side arms in the truck, as someone loaded the wrong ammunition into his magazine being to stupid to notice. Police forced Patriot Towing the bring the 2017 F450 with low mileage to their front lot so the towing company of my choice could bring my fathers truck home. Patriot Towing staff are some of the worst humans I had ever met in my life, unfortunately on the worst day of my life, and these career crooks have no business recovering vehicles from accident scenes so they can cause additional undue harm to grieving families.
Additionally: Patriot Towing was insistent the truck would be totaled and we should let them keep it. My now husband looked at the the truck and the frame and engine were unharmed. The truck was repaired and paid for by insurance.
Update: Patriot Towing has in a cowardly manner, blocked me from further review on social media sites. Should the owners of this pathetic, excuse for a professional business choose to at any point take accountability and apologize for their reprehensible cowardly behavior and actions, I will remove my honest and accurate reviews of my experience with Patriot Towing.
I had been loyal for many years to another company until I called and they told me it would be nearly $350 to tow my car 4 miles. So, I called Patriot and am glad I did, the dispatcher was very nice and helpful. The driver, Nick, was very nice also and they both helped me be at ease during a very stressful situation. Plus, they didn’t price gouge me because I had hit a dear. The driver even followed up letting me know my car was at its destination. Thank you Patriot Towing, I have a new go to now!!
I’ve had Patriot Towing to my house in Union towing cars to Ellisville Missouri, and have had nothing but stellar service and response from this towing agency. It’s worth every penny you spend to have them take care of your automobiles.
Nick is awesome! He picked my vehicle up and took it to the mechanic of my choosing. He also diagnosed the issue so that I have an idea of what to expect from the mechanic. It is bad to need a tow, but Nick eased my concerns. I can't recommend any higher! If I could give more stars I would
Thieves. I rolled my pickup literally less than a half mile from thier yard. Totalled it. They told me if I didn't want to have it hauled out I could sign the title over and it would be $350 which still seems high for a tow right outside their driveway. Someone suggested I sell it to a salvage company for scrap. Maybe get a couple buck and recoup some of the towing cost. Got in touch with one who was going to pick it up next day. When I called Patriot she said it would be $1000 to get it out. Thought it was 350? Oh well that was when you were signing it over and because it was rolled. It was rolled when you were going to get it. Even the guy at the salvage yard thought it was weird and they even do business with them. Basically they wanted my truck for whatever reason probably to harvest parts like the catalytic convertor etc. So since I wasn't giving it to them for $350 which for what they did was still high they decided to charge an amount that made it not worth getting it out. Shady thieves and I've heard other very over inflated accounts of how they do business. Didn't think anything of using them since they were literally right there but NEVER again. Beware! Partiot.....GFY.
Fell off the side of the road this morning and Both Jason and Matthew came through to get me out and to a shop. Both super cool dudes I definitely recommend you checking them out

I work in chesterfield and The Ginger fella I forgot his name helped me out when I got a flat on 109 fastest response I’ve ever seen from a tow company he was very professional and helped me get back to Union pretty much super hero’s out here
This young man came on a Sunday morning didn’t even hesitate. The truck was in the garage. It was very hard area to get to and the young man just walked right around all the junk and said don’t worry about it. I’ve got this covered and got the truck up and running in no time at all I would recommend patriot towing for service and the and the fast service on a Sunday.
Do not use this company if you can avoid it. My 89 year old mother got lost. They picked up her vehicle and would not let us get it until the following Monday. At no time on the phone did they tell me that they only accept cash. They were incredibly rude. Literally some of the rudest people I have ever come into contact with. I was on-foot and had no way to go get cash. They miraculously found a credit card reader and took our credit card. For them to treat an 89 year old woman they way they did was despicable.
Patriot is the best! Not only could they come rescue us the soonest, but they were also less expensive than anyone else. Their driver Nick was quick, knowledgeable, and very professional. 10/10, would absolutely recommend them to everyone!
A very nice young fella, Nick was dispatched to bail me out of a pickle. My antique SUV broke down in rural Franklin county. The truck didn’t need any particular special handling but Nick treated it with care and explained his every motion, he knew it was a special vehicle. The row got to my breakdown location earlier than promised and the hookup went quick. I had the vehicle towed to my home Nick even helped me push the truck into the garage. Up to date equipment a competent professional operator/driver…It was great customer experience.
I broke down along the highway with my boat, trailer wheel bearings blowing out. With the wheel falling off the tow service operator (NICK) was very careful getting the boat and trailer onto his rig, preventing any other damage.
Not a good company. Overcharge. There should be a law on what a tow company can charge. Why are tow companies such thieves? Do not use and if you need a tow pay to have it towed to your house or a shop. Once its on the lot they become crazy thieves. I love they call themselves a patriot. They are not at all.
Great company. The tow truck driver was awesome. His name was Brent Teel, he was very professional really cared about what he was doing. Just overall had a great experience with the company. Would definitely recommend them.
If it was an option, I would give 0 stars to this company. They dont deserve the 1 star!! First of all, they charged us $250 dollars because my daughters vehicle was in an accident, $35 for unloaded/ en route mileage charge, $84 for loaded/ hooked mileage charge, and a $36.90 fuel charge. They also added in $150 impound/ storage daily rate ($75 per day which the vehicle was picked up at 2:54 pm on a Tuesday by patriot towing and picked up by the owner at 12:23 pm on Wednesday not even 1 full day/ 24 hrs later). So the total bill to tow the vehicle 14 miles was $555.90.
We had also asked what we could do to get some legal documents out of the vehicle that we needed and they informed us to do that it would be $250 dollars and we had to sign our title over to them just to get our legal documents.
The vehicle should have never been towed in the first place because it was parked where highway patrol instructed us to park it and it was confirmed with highway patrol that it would be ok to remain there until Tuesday evening when we got off work to pick it up. Highway patrol wasn't even sure why Franklin Co would have it towed to begin with.
The office staff had no consideration of the circumstances and were very unwilling to work with us.

I would honestly give 0/5 stars if it was an option. The circumstances that led up to my car being in Patriot Towing’s lot were 100% out of my control, mentioning this to say I was unprepared and confused when coming to get my things from my car. It was originally towed on a day that they’re closed, so I was unable to get my ID and other personal possessions from the car when it was initially towed, which was already inconvenient enough. I don’t understand why a towing business is even towing when they’re closed, but I digress. My real problem was with the customer service when I came in the following open day. As soon as I entered the room, there’s a sign that says “price is subject to change on customer attitude”, and I feel like it’s a monetary threat to get you to comply with the staffs’ horrible attitudes. The lady at the front was practically unwilling to work with me just so I could get my things out of my car. I wasn’t even trying to get my car itself, it’s completely undrivable. Her attitude was horrible and she kept insisting there was nothing anybody could do for me until they: 1. saw my ID (my wallet was in my car they had gated off) & 2. received a payment from my insurance. All to simply get my belongings out of a car I unwillingly had towed to their lot. After getting the police involved to verify my identity and get help (that’s literally what it took for me to have access to the inside of my car), I got the opportunity to talk to the alleged owner! And he was also very rude and didn’t have anything helpful to say. Literally made no helpful contribution to the conversation and watched his front desk employee further disrespect me with slamming of pens and clipboards for me to fill out consent paperwork. All because they essentially had to let me into my car after I got police involved. Everything about this business seems like a money grab. And in the end, I was able to get my ID/belongings and I’m now expecting some sort of petty additional charge because of this whole interaction, which is simply ridiculous.
Had my vehicle overheat so pulled over immediately to turn off the engine. Had to have it towed. Eric was knowledgeable and professional and the ETA was spot on. Highly recommend using this towing company. Eric was also very caution with hooking up my vehicle. He did an excellent job. I hope I’m never in a situation where I need a tow again, but if I am, will call Patriot Towing first.
I wasn't able to be at the pickup location, but Eric kept me informed of his progress. He was also very professional. I was pleased to see how he handled my tractor like it was his own. I won't hesitate to use Patriot Towing again, should the need arise.
My car needed towing and Eric showed up right away and was extremely helpful and professional. He clearly detailed what was going to happen and even called his boss to check on a question I had asked but that he did not know the answer to - I very much appreciated that; rather than being told one thing and then finding out it was something different.
Not that I wish for anyone to need a towing a service, but if/when you do I fully recommend Patriot Towing, top class!
My truck left me stranded an hour from home. Patriot Towing was quick to respond and my driver, Eric, was professional, precise with his work, and friendly on the drive home. The truck was nice and clean, too!

Matt was seriously such a God send for us. We spun off the road and called everyone we possibly could, and since we weren’t in imperative danger, we were on the bottom of the lists. Matt happened to be passing by us and stopped to check on us. (He absolutely didn’t have to, he was being so kind.) He had to deal with an emergency, and came right back and let us in his truck to the nearest hotel instead of our iced out and stuck car. The next day, he called us to check on us and went out of his way to take us back to our car and tow it to the hotel so we could attempt to continue home. He absolutely did not have to do any of that for us, but he did, and with the very best customer service we’ve ever had in a situation like this. We cannot thank him and Patriot enough for helping us in such a scary situation, and we highly highly recommend calling Patriot if you’re in trouble. They will do their best to help you.

My car broke down on highway 47 in an area with bad cell reception. The dispatcher was patient and helpful. Isaac was there in less than 15 minutes and had my car safely to the mechanic. He was very nice and friendly. Thanks Patriot!
Tyler came out and showed absolutely the best professional courtesy in towing our truck. It was the hottest day we've had and he let us hang in the truck while he got everything put together and then was the absolute safest driver on the way back. Thanks for saving us disabled veteran drivers!
A+ is all I can say! Arrived way ahead of time quoted. Reasonable priced. Knowledgeable tow truck driver. Could tow bigger truck when most places can’t. Great job- hopefully we don’t them again, but if we are ever in this area and need a tow… this would be the place!
I called Patriot towing in the middle of the night my car had a flat Mark got to me really fast. He saved the day he was super sweet and helpful not bad on the eyes either lol. I appreciate him getting to me really fast. They got my tire changed quickly. I highly recommend them ask for Mark he is amazing!
