The guy I talked to was very rude over the phone asked him what a ring had pinion set cost he told me 155 for used! You can buy them brand new for 10 more dollars i wouldnt go here these people will take advantage of you and hang up on you no customer should be done that way this place has turned into a joke
Super easy to find what i’m looking for, and what i do find is always in the best condition it could be to fit inside my vehicles. the only place i’ll go when i need parts cheap!

Plenty of inventory. At the counter they can provide general locations (by rows) of desired cars and cross reference compatible parts lists.
Bring your own tools.
No grinders or torches.
Bought a used motor from them that was bad and they would not honor their warranty. They even picked the motor out and pulled it for me due to me luving over an hour away. The motor was in the process of getting ready to install when I noticed it had 3 broken valves, so the motor was never installed in the car or started. They gave me the run around for a month and would not trade me out for another used motor, which would have been acceptable. I did not once ask them for a refund.
Always a great value and they have the largest selection of vehicles in the area. Plus they allow my teen son to come in with me, and he loves that! He loves looking at all the cars
Spent thousands of dollars there, talked with the owner who said anything behind the yellow fences is fair game. Went to buy and engine and around a $1000 of other parts and was told that is off limits. The truck was dismantled and they claimed hadn't been processed
Great place to get parts. Fair prices! When you go in they will provide you with a list of locations for the vehicles you need, so you don't spend all day walking through the place.
First-timer...and next-timer should the need arise! Staff were top-notch. The yard was well-laid-out and easy to navigate. The taillight assembly I was after was way in the back of the yard, but the exercise was beneficial.
Note that at this writing (2025.08.22) there was a 3.5% convenience fee for credit/debit card payments, but saving potentially hundreds over new retail is well worth the extra buck or three. And there was no charge to enter the yard...just present your photo ID and sign the waiver.
Oh, and the taillight works!
Sold my car to them when the transmission went out. When I went to get my stuff and plates from it I didn’t have the needed tool for my rear license plate. They didn’t hesitate to come help me get it off. They picked the car up from the auto shop and the process was smooth and quick.
They won't let me in without having my ID I'm 41 and lived every year of it hard.. Im obviously old enough. They just got to much buisness the 3 times they turned me away they sent 1200$ to picknpull they may try to just give you parts or money they have to much they just send buisness elsewhere
This place doesn't give a rats ass if someone makes a mistake on buying tires, all I wanted to do was EXCHANGE the wrong size the man was beyond rude, go other places

I felt what they charged me was very reasonable. Good place to go when you need parts.
Lowest dollar offered here is what it should say. Called got a quote on selling a car was quoted 550 then I called two days later because I had to get the title notarized. And was offered 450. Don't sell your car to these people. The car has 156k miles on it so yea. Waste of time calling these people.
Has a nice clean yard with many makes and models. They organize their cars by brands so it's easy to know what area to go to. My complaints are that out of the various trucks I went to get parts from I wasn't able to get. Their website is also not up to date on the cars on the lot. I could tell because I went to the row that had the truck I was going after only to find it wasn't there. The staff were friendly to me when I was signing in and buying parts. There isn't an entrance fee so even if you don't find the parts you're looking for you only lose money from driving there. Overall a good U Pull it place.
I loved the place up until I met the workers. For one they have a, "we are hiring" sign, and now I don't wonder at all why they are hiring because of who was working there. I always call up to the place asking if they have my vehicle and how much a part would cost. They would give me a price. Today I went to get a spiral cable or also known as a clock spring from a Maxima. When I got up there, the guy was very rude to me and said that they hadn't zero Maximas even though I was at Buddy's 3 days ago to get steering wheel buttons. One of the guys said that I could return electronics including the buttons that I bought from him within a 30-day return policy. I went to return the buttons and he rudely said that he would not accept my return. And then I went and got the clock spring from the Maxima that he said wasn't in the yard anymore. I brought it up and I tested it out on my car and it works so I went to go buy it. Now over the phone he said that the clock spring cost $30. And when I went to pay he said that because I had the blinker and windshield levers, that it would be $60. Now when I told him that a clock spring and a spiral cable we're the same thing essentially and that I would know because I work at a dealership, he banded me from Buddy's because he said I was having an attitude. I have contacted upper Management to clear my band and to have this employee removed due to his unfairness. But customer service is terrible here.
Their inventory is not always correct and don't expect him to help me pull any parts because they won't otherwise you find what you want pull it off decent prices. I had to find parts for my Mitsubishi took 2 days to get 2 fenders buddy's wouldn't help..not very helpful
I've done business here for years without complaint , these guys know that blue collar folks generally won't go to a doctor or an auto dealer unless it's an emergency and we would rather do it ourselves.
They don't price gouge but more importantly , they don't argue or show disrespect to their customers .
Neat yard , orderly and easy to navigate , a hell of a walk but absolutely worth it .
My old cars and I appreciate having an option.
This has become the equivalent of Disney World for me as a car guy. I’m always working on a project and Buddy’s has become my go-to. The yard is well organized and maintained exceptionally well, vs others that border on dangerous with trip-hazards left by customers. The staff are always courteous and helpful, with Buddy’s providing a great car selection and clean facilities for customers. We visit an average of 1-2 times per month and enjoy searching for the items we need. The photos provided are a handful of my personal cars that have benefited from our trips to Buddy’s.
Buddy’s is the best! They let me pull this old steering wheel wrap for FREE so I could use it to make a template and replace the long gone wrap on my old Jeep. They have the largest selection of vehicles. If it can be found you’re going to find it here.
Needed to replace a small wiring harness in my sons truck 2001 chevy s10 (also needed to locate where the wires came from) buddy's had a large selection of trucks and SUVs that had compatible parts and with the easy to locate list they provide you with I was able to find what I needed.
