Fell asleep driving and ran off the interstate at 2 am. Called 7 different companies before this one to no avail but Mr. Frankie got up, got dressed, and went OUT OF HIS WAY to help me and get me out the ditch. He was a true blessing, very professional, and a total sweetheart! Shortly after being back on the road he even called a couple times until he made it home to make sure my car was still running fine and I was okay then suggested a nice safe truck stop to pull over and get some rest. I’d give this man 10 STARS IF I COULD!
Mr Frankie went above and beyond towing my 61 impala today and I really appreciated his deep knowledge and experience with his craft. He really knows what he is doing and is excellent at it I was 100% confident in his abilities. If you need a tow this is the man to do it! Reasonably priced and fair, very nice gentleman.
towed my car and got air filled into my donut when we were stranded at 9pm at on the side of the highway after busting my rear tire. Did it only for 80$ for the whole thing too! a literal angel.

I got my truck stuck in the mud in Bienville National Forest. Frankie came out there in the middle of the night and got it out, despite that he had to drive a good distance to get to me. He did a great job and was very friendly. He also had the right equipment for the situation.
As a female traveling solo across the country, there are few things scarier than a blown tire at dusk. Luckily, precision towing was close by. The owner was a gentleman, reassuring, and prompt. He made me feel safe at a scary moment and went above and beyond. THANK YOU!
I called Precision Towing & Unlock and had a great experience. Franky came and got my truck unstuck 30 mins after calling. Franky was very reasonable on price and a gentleman through the whole process. I highly recommend.
My child had a blowout on the interstate. Called and spoke with Frankie. He was there in 20 min. Fixed her flat in 5 min. Then followed her to a gas station to fill the tire with more air. She had another 1.5 hr drive. He called later to make sure she made it there okay. Would highly recommend this company. Exceptional service, but more importantly treats you like family.
