I can't say enough good things about Mays. We found ourselves stranded on the interstate with 4 children, while traveling from GA to TX. Mays was to the rescue within 30 minutes of our call, and we were back on the road ASAP with their wonderful team working diligently on our van. I appreciated the sense of urgency and care for our family! Highly recommend!!
Disappointed… There is a principal that we abide by and Mays simply does not adhere to it. I had a work truck with 4 of my guys in it that somehow were all safe after an accident that Mays was the wrecker service on. Somehow between the sore and their yard all of our stuff went missing. Now normally I wouldn’t care it can all be replaced but there were several items that were important to my men which make them important to me. Thousands and thousands of dollars in tools, a drone, garage doors openers keys etc all picked through by the vultures at Mays. It can all be replaced the guys can’t and that’s what matters. But the way it was handled was extremely disappointing. It all “blew out on the interstate” except for the dirty clothes and the screws of course those were safe and sound. “Insurance will cover them” they can’t replace pictures but enjoy the drone, they can’t replace father’s tools passed down but enjoy those as well. On the side of the highway you will take what you can get but I wouldn’t go out of my way considering my guys just drove 6 hours to try and get their things. Disappointing is the best word I know.
I highly recommend this place, they figured out the problem with my car quickly and got my car running and back on the road. I’m from Louisiana and was on the way to Georgia to visit my family and my car broke down. The tow truck got me and my two girls. I was so grateful for them to help us out. Thank you again for all your help. Yall are a blessing.
I had an alternator replaced. During the repair the technician removed the tire to access the slternator. After the repair the tire was put back on but the lug nuts were not tightened properly. Later that day the tire came off causing damage to my vehicle. The shop didn't not accept responsibility nor did they offer to fix any damage
This is the only place I go to get a tire repaired! The mechanics are knowledgeable and they get the work done quickly and they do quality work. I recommend this place!!

Rolling off I-20 at exit 109 to stop for gas on my recent trip, I came to a rapid stop at the bottom of the ramp when a front ball joint snapped. May Towing arrived quickly and took my car less than a mile down Hwy 15 to their shop. I left the vehicle with them while continuing my trip in a rented car. Over the next few days the folks at May Tire ordered all the parts and rebuilt the front suspension. I was able to drive back to Dallas, TX a few days later.
They communicated well with me about the work that was needed, didn't charge me for unnecessary parts, and the final bill was pretty close to the original estimate.
The prices on tires are very fair. I just purchased 4 brand new tires. They also did a tune-up and worked on my air conditioning. Prices on those were alil steep and my A/C stopped working the very next day. After spending $250 on that alone, cant afford to fix what the real issue might be.. Oh well. But on a brighter note, the tune up has my car running better than it has since I purchased the car! Very friendly staff. I recommend.
