He called me in just a few minutes and arrived ahead of schedule. Not only towed my truck, but also pulled my utility trailer to the auto parts store. He made sure we didn't need help with repairs before he left.

When my friend and I found ourselves broke down on the side of the interstate late at night in a huge van, Mr. Burns didn’t hesitate to come and help us! He even towed us the 2.5 hours home the next day! He did a great job and was very professional! Thank you Roy!

They went above and beyond for me. Truck broke down an hour away from the horse show we were going to in Jackson, had to make it there within a few hours to make check in and we'd paid a lot of money to enter. They towed my truck to a shop and my horse trailer all the way to Jackson for less than the cost of a rental truck and they did it fast, this was the fastest I've ever gotten out of a breakdown bind ever. These guys rock, can't recommend them enough.

The Burns father & son duo were incredible the night that our daughter was in a wreck. They were very caring and responsive and allowed us to come to their yard late at night to retrieve all of her belongings so we could travel the 3 hours back home. Not only did they allow us to come at the late hour, they also helped us move all her stuff in the pouring rain. They are such caring and good people, we are blessed that they are the company that was called for her vehicle. Thank you for your sacrifice of time to help us out in our time of need.

Me and my whole family ran out of gas on the side of the interstate at 1 o’clock in the morning coming home from vacation. We called three different tow trucks. All of them said they were unavailable, but he immediately got in his vehicle and said he was on his way. Was to us with gas within 30 minutes. It was a scary experience.. we were in the middle of nowhere and we are so thankful for him!! Thank you 😊 skip the others and just call him first!!

If I could I’d give these guys 10 stars! My sons car broke down on I20 near Meridian. We spend 4 hours trying to flag down help, get assistance through insurance and get help from Highway Patrol, these guys came out 20 minutes after we called, and got us straightened out in no time! Very friendly and very kind. They were my knights in shining armor!

I was in a horrible accident on I-20. Burn’s towing sent out a courteous, professional technician. He was able to get my vehicle out of the median even with both of the back wheel off after being rear-ended. The company towed my car, taped of the window(to protect my belonging, stored my vehicle, and facilitated moving my car to Jackson, MS for insurance purposes. I will never call anyone else. They made an almost fatal wreck as painless and seamless as possible. Thank you!

On Wednesday, June 1, 2022, I was driving eastbound on I-20 from Jackson, MS towards Meridian, expecting to then proceed on to my destination in Atlanta. About halfway or so to Meridian, I had had a flat tire but had been able to mount the donut spare, which I was actually rather proud of myself for having been able to do (without making anything worse, I mean). However, after about 5 minutes, the donut...well... I guess you could say that it sorta exploded (Roy later compassionately explained that next time maybe I shouldn't drive 75 mph on a donut). So I did the only thing I knew to do, which was to call Walmart. They said if I could get the car to their auto services department in Meridian that they would be able to get to it in about two or three hours for about $250 (not counting, of course, whatever the towing fee would wind up being). As I sat there frantically trying to figure out how to somehow blame all this on my ex-wife, I got the bright idea to google something like "local towing services", and there Roy's business popped up. I called him and he said that he would find a suitable tire, get geared up and be right out in about 30 minutes to take care of the problem. Of course, I thought, "Yeah, sure, maybe an hour or so from now if I'm lucky...", but then, hey, there he was about 20 minutes later, driving what seemed to be a portable service station. He got right on it and after about 15 minutes - almost like magic - I was back on the road again, for like $140, which included his kindly saying a little prayer for the pitiful mass that had been a donut spare earlier that day, as well as putting on a like-new regular tire that fit my Hyundai Genesis perfectly, and which I expect to be able to use for another few years. I must say that the tip I persuaded him to accept was probably the most satisfying one I have ever given a service-provider of any kind. I did not use AAA Road Assistance that day, but did much better, employing a gentleman master-technician whose customer service and product were most definitely of triple A, or quadruple A, quality.

While traveling from Meridian to Jackson, I ran over a bungee cord which hooked in my tire causing it to go flat. I pulled over as far as possible and contacted my insurance for roadside assistance. After 3 hours on the side of an extremely busy interstate and being told more than once they were on their way they called to ask if we could schedule it for the next day! I looked up towing services near me and found Roy Burns Towing/Roadside Assistance. I called and explained the situation and he said, "I'm on my way." Twenty minutes later he was there. So incredibly kind and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. We contacted our insurance company and asked that his company be added to the Roadside Assistance program since they had no one in that area to cover Roadside Assistance. I will recommend his business to everyone. You may not need him today, but when you do, look no further than his company. Mr. Burns, thank you so much for your kind heart and professionalism.

The guy was amazing! Came straight out on a Sunday evening in the middle of nowhere and changed my tire. He was very nice and worried about myself and my daughter. Had us fixed in no time!

My experience was 11/10 I was out of town and our tire went flat and when we called and told him our situation he was very helpful, we even called him multiple times because we were scared to be out on the side of the road at 3 in the morning and he answerd every time no complaints and made us feel so safe!!
