They were very professional and fast. The owner, I had to call at least 4 times trying to get my ducks in a row and not once did he treat
me as if I were a bother. They really made this whole stressful situation much better by how nice they were. The man that responded to an upset momma bear with her son at dark and in rain and cold was nice and NEVER rushed me explaining things to me.
And remember folks when it comes to prices, you get what you pay for! I've read a few reviews and they are not rip off! They have their time, equipment, license, insurance, employees, etc invested. If it was cheap then everyone could be towing vehicles !!!
