Told me truck would be on the way in 10 minutes and they were 45 minutes out. One and a half hour later, I call can’t speak with who I originally spoke with, they either lied or put another call ahead of me, with ZERO notice. They were just going to let me sit on the side of the interstate in the pouring rain and absolutely no updates. Very poor customer service. Do better!

On Wednesday, July 16th, my brother’s vehicle couldn’t shift gears. We needed a tow and the closest business was the A to Z company in Vicksburg, MS. A worker named, Joe, came to help us. We were ready when he drove up. He greeted us warmly and enquired about what the problem was. He checked out the vehicle. Joe showed care, compassion and professionalism from beginning to the end. Thank you, for your respectfulness, professionalism and pleasant conversation. I hope you will get a raise and be named,”Employee of the Month”. Have a nice day!!

I’ve been waiting to get my suv picked up for over 2.5 hours I explain to the dispatcher that they are working on the road and I have my flashes on the driver when he did finally comes he flew right by me flying and im trying to call the company back to tell him he passed me and they half of time answering the phone very Unprofessional smh

We had a flat at 4am and this guy answered the phone and showed up right when he said he would be there. It was little expensive to change my tire but I was desperate, as the lug nuts were so hard to move with our tool. I thought I had someone that was actually going to fix the tire so this company came and checked on me twice and when the other guy didn’t show up he was our hero! Thank you so much!!!

This company came to my apartment and towed my vehicle from Richland ms all the way to Ellis ave in Jackson ms for an expired tag. In the process they caused over 3,500 dollars worth of damage to our 2004 Chevy Silverado. they wanted us to send our vehicle to there shop to have them fix it but I was not letting them touch it. for all I know they could have cut so many counters or had someone running up and down the road in my vehicle. we are taking legal action and we have filed a police report with Jackson police department. The last 2 pictures is what our vehicle looked like prior to there ignorance. Specifically the 2 guys in 4th pic.

Was told 3 different times driver 30 minutes to a hour out and no one came. First time was 1hr 45m next was 1hr due to the first truck having a problem 3rd truck had a gas card problem. 4th one currently 119 minutes away I don’t suggest these people what so ever!

These people are scammers!! Will rip you off!! They charged me $375 dollars not to even have my car for 45 minutes!! Then said I couldn’t get it until the next day and I refused! When I paid my money and told them they where a rip off, the dude tried to lock me in the gate and told me he wasn’t going to give me my car and tried to block me in with the tow truck!! And this was after I paid my money and received my receipt!! True scammers!!!

Garbage hot trash of a company! My insurance company assigned them and I waited over 2 hours in 30 degree weather. Got “John” on one call who said he would have his head driver called and I never heard anything after that. Calls go straight to voicemail, all of yall need to be retrained on customer service.

I was assigned this company through my insurance company for a car lock out. Mario came quickly and was very professional and courteous during the 3 am service call. Thank you Mario

My vehicle has been there four days and no one is answering any of the phone numbers, including the cell phone number that I was given. It’s like my car has been stolen from me. Was supposed to be delivered Friday, then Saturday, now it’s Sunday and no communication from anyone. I can only imagine what bullshit I’m about to go through.

Every time I use this towing service they except the tow, then I'm told it will be there in 1 hr. Then someone calls me more than an 1hr later to tell me they will be another hr. & then i may get a 3rd call . I dont think they should be excepting the tow job if they cant get here in a reasonable amount of time.

Someone named Billy was very helpful and trying to locate each towing. I got my vehicle illegally towed by an apartment complex, though the towing company was just doing what they told to do and the job, but they were very polite and honest about the situation. It is a shame that we have a apart. complexes that don’t want to follow legal laws and building bad relationships between Tow companies and citizens.

My insurance roadside assistance service set me up with this company for a wench service to pull my vehicle from a small ditch. After speaking to 3 different people from the tow company and being told they had dispatched someone to my location, I waited over an hour and a half to realize that I had been lied to. I do not recommend this company at all... They lie and never show up!!!!!!

Great prices! Custom Service great! Driver was excellent at parking it back at my house. No damage done whatsoever, and they came within the time limit that they gave. I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend A-Z Towing Service to anyone that needs towing services. Ms. Fran was very professional and reassuring that everything would be taken care of. The driver, Mike, was very polite and professional as well. He was very time conscientious on getting my vehicle delivered to the Dodge Dealership in Vicksburg, MS. If I should ever need their service again, I would not hesitate to call A-Z Towing again. Thank you again.

These people are liars and thieves and, if I possibly could, I would give them 0 Stars. Absolutely outrageous. My girlfriend and I were down with a dead battery at Vicksburg National Battlefield when we used Drive to look for roadside assistance. We were put into contact with a person named “Mark” who called to ask for our location in the park because, due to the gates in the park, they’re equipment may not be able to fit through to come assist us. I told him our location (near the Kentucky State Monument) and he let us know that his tow truck would more than likely not fit through to get to our location. At that same time a man in a Red Dodge Pickup came, stopped, and asked if we needed help. While I was speaking with the man in the Red Dodge, Mark hung up on me. The passerby was able to give us a quick jump and then we were on our way. Immediately after getting the jump I called Mark back to let him know we were all good and that we did not need his services. He indicated that he had not left because he was waiting to see if I would call back and he was happy for us. He told us that everything was cancelled on their end and for us to have a good rest of our day. I thought this would end it. Later I saw I was given a $199 Charge from Drive (when you request a service they put a temporary charge to hold it until service is given) and I sent them an email to try to correct this. I sent another one and both to no reply. Eventually when I did get a reply I was told that someone had gone out there and completed the service. This is an absolute bold face lie. I was denied a refund and charged $199 for a car battery jump service that NEVER happened. It was absolutely unbelievable. I even had to ask the Customer Service Representative who were the ones who did this because I had no idea! I never once spoke to anyone besides a “Mark” and never got any service from them, however they most definitely made it a point to charge me. These people are liars and they are thieves. I am absolutely appalled with this. It is not just the $199 lost for a service that was never rendered, it’s the principle of the act with which they did this. I do all I can to never write or leave a bad review because I don’t want to be rude, but this was absolutely horrible. My best advice, walk instead of using these people. At least your own two legs won’t rob you.

Had a wreck this morning. Guy came to pick my car up was polite and easy to talk to. Later in the day called the office to ask about releasing the vehicle to my insurance company and who ever I talked to was rude as hell.

Would give no stars if I could. Gave this company a SECOND chance after the first tow was unsuccessful and even after having my insurance company personally call and confirm ETA and everything else, I still had to cancel and get assigned a different company after waiting 43 mins (per a to z) just to call and have James tell me it would be another 30-40 mins before they arrived! I will never again.

If I could give half a star I would, I star is too much. I called them to pick up my daughter's car in Sam's Wholesale parking lot. During this time I am in another state calling to see where the wrecker is. After a dozen excuses of why they weren't there yet, and they should be there in 45min. Then the driver being across the street and drove right past her. After almost 4 hours and close to 3am, I call another service. They are 15min away, at this point why not. I hang up and the driver from A to Z shows up. Yelling and cussing to someone on the phone. Tells my daughter she should have called another tow service. She asked him if she wanted him to follow her. He declined and said he would probably drive faster than her. she signs a waiver that any damages they are not responsible for, he takes pictures of it on the rack, then leaves. My daughter TRIES to follow him the best she could. He ran 3 red lights and doing top speeds of 89mph!!!! Once they get to the dealership, he takes a pic with his phone of the car again, AND a pic of my daughter holding the money (cash) to pay him. Which she didn't feel comfortable with AT ALL!!!! NO Receipt!!!! I WILL NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN. NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!

I was on my way home from visiting family the other night when my car started missing. I googled a towing company and A to Z towing was the first one to pop up. I called them and the driver was there in less than 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and the driver was very respectful and courteous!!

I left my car on and drained my battery, I Contacted my insurance and set up the tow - then got scared as I read the comments - NOT IN OL MISS The guy was awesome, super nice, very friendly. Great and fast service in the early AM. Great Help!!

Me and my mom car broke down on Hwy 465 on the way home at night. It was storming and everything. We call them to see if they was able to tow us and they was. They was there less than 20 mins. The guy was very helpful and respectful to us. Great people to deal with Thank you guys

Seriously the worst. Do NOT expect anything remotely close to a reasonable time. I'm 10 miles away from the shop and been waiting 1.5 hours, still waiting as I type this, to get a tow to the dealership using my insurance. They have the market cornered for insurance tows and know it. BEWARE Update: After 2 hours I had my insurance cancel. Never use this company, if your insurance says they are the provider immediately decline and request a new one.

My mother was stranded when her truck stopped on her. Her insurance company dispatched a to z to tow her car. Needless to say, they never came. After about an hour, we called them and was told the driver left Jackson 25 minutes ago and should have been there. They then blocked the number. We contacted her insurance company again and was told the company said the driver was on the way. Fast forward 2 hours later… no tow truck. We called the insurance company again and was told the tow company said they already picked up the vehicle. We explained to them we were sitting with the truck and no one had been there. They sent another company and we had a tow truck in a little over 30 minutes. NEVER USE A to Z!!!!!

My insurance company assigned this company to tow my car yesterday and let's just say they never showed up nor called to say they'd be late. I waited over an hour for them and I was already stranded with my 7 year old for 2 hours before that at night. I called the driver's phone and they blocked my number because I actually had another number call them and it rang straight through just fine. I called the office and the man's professionalism was no better than the driver. He didn't offer one solution and only made excuses for the the driver. All I needed was communication but didn't get a text nor a call. I reported them to my insurance company because no one deserves to be stranded at night alone with a child for 3 hours.

I had a great experience with the gentleman who came and picked my cousin and myself up off the side of I-20. Very personable and was just all around great. Said he would be there in an hour, and I’m pretty sure it was only like 30 minutes. I did get the man’s name, but I’d highly recommend them any time
