10 minutes till closing, stopped by to get new brake hardware for my friend's truck. Didn't have it in stock, but was told it could be ordered and would be in at 8:30 the following morning. The gentleman who ordered my part called to let me know my part was ready for pickup. That's great service.
On my way to vicksburg, my car started missing went here and a gentleman put the diagnostic test on the car and .had me the parts and tools to fix it right then the only thing that went wrong this day was it was about 107 degrees outside
Well the service was good other than the guy was a little slow and wasn't sure where to find the part I needed so I wrote it off as he was new. Nice size parking lot. Place is clean and we'll stocked and organized
The clerk that greets you coming in not sure of the gender, was very rude, no tact. However I assume I spoke with the manager at the rear of the building who was very nice and apologized for the behavior of the person/clerk. She may need some customer service training
Jericka was amazing. My dealership messed up on my vehicle and we had a terrible mishap. My truck stopped in the parking lot and couldn't go any further. Well Jericka went over and beyond to help my nephew find the piece he needed to get my truck back on the road. She came out to check to see if it worked or if she needed to get something else to try. Well, she found what we needed and we headed back to our hometown. Thanks Jericka for all your help. The cx service was GREEEAATTT!!!!
I had something almost happen and the o Riley's team member was very concerned about it and made sure everything was ok. Great employee making sure things were safe.
The attendant was amazing! Customer service was prompt and knowledgeable, as well as down to earth and helpful. We had purchased both windshield wipers and a headlight. They helped us install the headlight and realized not only did we request the wrong bulb, but the one that was not working was actually just a loose wire. I will definitely choose this parts store exclusively. Thank you!!
Well the guys down there help problem solve my trucks issue and even helped me install the parts. Very nice guys indeed. The store was very clean and easy location to find. They was lacking on a few products. But so is ever other store. So can't hold that against them. But I was very pleased at the quality of service the guys have.
They were across the street from me when I broke down helping another driver with an issue on his car... Yeah, bad luck... And I was without the tool I needed to fix the problem
I called and they had a loaner tool... And I can't give more praise to someone than being there 8n a time of need... And without any hesitation... Nor sale

I had to order a part for my Jeep and they went ahead and ordered it without making me pay for it up front, which is pretty cool because Auto Zone won't do that. The manager (I'm guessing it was the manager anyway) was polite, but she complained a few times during the transaction about having to assist me because she was busy doing something else and could not find her employees. I can understand because I have worked in customer service and she may have been overwhelmed so I didn't take it personally, but I can see how it could be taken the wrong way and people could be easily offended by that.
Sad the worst service ever!!! I had to make 3 trips up there just to get the wrong part!! Maybe if they pay more attention to what you order instead of guessing it could be a better place!! Won’t happen again

Worst service ever..Had to make 3 trips..live 40 miles away.. because they kept giving me the wrong parts and passing the buck as to who's fault it was. Need a whole new staff..dont even deserve 1 star😣

On Saturday 6/11/2016 we were stranded with a sadly broken 2007 Chevy Cobalt with myself (79), my granddaughter(28) and my great granddaughter (9) when I was told to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts and they could put it on computer and see what was going on. We tried everything trying to get it working (computer read Engine Reduced Power) nothing worked and Mr. Glenn, (don't know last name) was so helpful and tried all he could do. He even gave us a shady spot to work trying to find a solution on their property. He told us to take it
down the street about a block to Firestone and mechanic is always there.
I have never stopped in Vicksburg, Mississippi, always just drove through. But, believe me, O'Reilly Auto Parts will help you anyway they can to get you on the road again. Bubba at Firestone found the problem immediately (but not on board computer diagnostics). He checked the fuses and found NO PCM FUSE. Once he plugged it in, it worked fine.
Thanks to O'Reilly employee (Glenn). He should be greatly appreciated by your company.
