This is the only place I use. If they are closed then my vehicle will just have to sit until he’s opened. Thank you Mr. Korbett for being a honest business owner!
Korbett’s has always been helpful and went the extra mile to help me and others. As a long time customer I have seen a lot of people come through that he’s tried to help. Even the most difficult ones. The lady below Mary Martin is full of it because he tried all kinds of ways to resolve things and she wouldn’t allow it. Then she tried to drive off and hit another customer’s vehicle. My point for this review is to make people understand that the real story is how people are treated and at any given day there’s a parking lot full of customers who swear by the service Korbett provides. Every business has bad days and I have yet to see this business portray that on to their customers. I will continue to frequent his shop and will always kick against someone trying to leave a bad review just to put out a lie. Treat people right and your reputation is safe. Korbett's was there for us in a camping emergency! We had a blow out and they took care of us quickly and efficiently. We were back on the road in 40 min with 4 new tires and a spare. I highly recommend them!

Seems like a good shop, but I don’t appreciate being told that they had a tire size for me to drive 40 minutes on a BAD tire to get there and they don’t have it. Then one of the workers had a lot of mouth which was unprofessional. Owner seems nice but I don’t like wasting my time.
The team here works really hard and well together. I got an alignment, and I forgot to ask for the spec sheet after they were done. Korbett personally texted me after we had talked on the phone and said I could come back in anytime to get it back up on the machine because the file didn't save. They took care of me and gave my car a great alignment.
Was on my 25 mile trip back to Polkville from Home Depot in crossgates when my tire light popped on...just a mile or two down the road.
These folks were actually recommended FIRST by the people we rolled into heading east off I-20 adjoining a Texaco (who clearly were also kind and helpful, but their wheelhouse is rotation and patching it seems, where I had a broken valve stem...).
The gentleman I spoke to pointed me down the hill past the Sonic to Korbett's, and I'm ever so grateful he did.
They had me in and outta there with a new valve stem plus sensor for just over $20 in 20 minutes.
The staff was so friendly, fast and knowledgeable...i plan to drop by again just to make sure my other tires are ready to roll!!!

After an unfortunate experience with purchasing tires through a different source, I was left with tires that the company I purchased from refusing to mount them. Called Korbetts and they said bring them and will mount them for you. They were busy but still got right to work and had me on the road in a very short time and at a very reasonable price. I will not be going anywhere else for my tire needs!
Korbett’s is where I get all my tire and vehicle maintenance done. They are great at what they do and very fast. If you like to trust the people working on your vehicle this is the place to go!
They do great and honest work. Did not over price us on new tires while also replacing our shocks as well. Stand up business and will be using them again in the future while sending all of our friends there as well!

Needed 2 front tires bad as they were 10 years old and dangerous! Came in asked if they had used 16 inch tires for my truck so I could go pick up my motorcycle in Tennessee that I laid down a few days before

The best ever! I was stuck at home with a flat and they sent Mike over here on the hottest day of the year! He was cheerful, knowledgeable and totally helpful. Korbett's didn't try to overcharge and Mike had me back on the road in less than an hour. Korbett's is the Tire and Auto place to go to!
Update: Had some more work done and they did an excellent job pointing out a damaged suspension rod I wasn't aware of (caused by something on the road not them) and got everyone. They were extremely honest and fixed our tone ring which caused an ABS and TCS error. This was a very brittle and poorly designed part by Cadillac that probably got damaged with a wrench very gently and anyone could've done. They owned up to it and fixed the issue complimentary.
I'm very grateful to have found such an honest shop and will be sending all my work and friends to them from here on. Can't recommend enough.
Very friendly people, knowledgeable and good rates. I had what I thought was a bad wheel bearing, not knowing which side and they correctly diagnosed it and replaced the bad one. They were very honest and didn't try to sneak in bad work that didn't need to be done. Will use again.
Huge thank you to Patrick Korbett at Korbett's Tire & Auto. We were stranded on the interstate with two flat tires on our travel trailer. The towing company that helped us brought us to Korbett's Tire & Auto with just the rims since we were not able to be towed. Patrick was able to get us the best tires for the best price. Understanding the urgency of the situation, he had the tires mounted on the rims for us at the last minute of a very busy day & had us out in record time. 5 stars is not enough praise for Korbett's Tire & Auto! We were from out of town with a bad tire. Pulled in on Friday afternoon. They looked busy BUT that did not stop them from helping us and providing excellent customer service with a speedy fix. Had everything we needed and was very fast and friendly and very competitive pricing! Highly recommend!
My sister had a flat own her way from Florida to MS. Korbett’s was able to obtain and put on a matching tire (brand new set just put on so matching was important). They were efficient, quick and professional. She had already been given the run around by another shop. We have had 4 sets of tires from this shop and we will always do business here,
I called one day to see if they had a certain brand tire and was told they could have them the following day which was amazing! I was visiting from Illinois and tried to get new tires before I left but was told it would be two weeks so this in it self was great service. When I arrived my car was immediately put in a stall and my tires were on within 20 minutes. The best service I've received in a long time, and the price was right! Don't waste your time with other tire companies. This one was is the Best in the area!!
Wow. We had a blow out on our trailer going from Texas to Virginia before reaching Clinton. We were desperate to get tires and got a set from a shop in Clinton. They sold us the wrong tires, could go into a whole different rant about that shop. But we called Korbetts as we were driving through town and they had the tires we needed and said they’d wait for us to get there (they were about to close). When we arrived, all four of the employees helped to get the wrong tires off and put on our new tires quickly. We were in and out in 30 minutes (yes, they probably had the “I want to get out of here to go home” mindset, but they seemed happy to help). The owner (I’m assuming) even bought the wrong tires from us to use as a discount towards our new tires. After a rough afternoon, we were happy to find a shop that genuinely wanted to make sure we were going to be safe getting on with our trip.
I've been getting my tires at the same place for years, but that place has sold to 3 different owners and the service and reliability has really dropped.
If you want a local shop you can trust do do the work right at a fair price, Korbett's Tire & Auto is the place. I drove from Madison to use them and will continue to do so.
I had them install a 2.5" leveling kit and OEM 4x4 rear blocks on my F150. They beat everyone in the metro area on price and had me ready to go in no time. I'll be heading back for tires and plan on using them for brakes in the future as well. A++
