Best service ever!!!! Today my husbands truck overheated, I know that this was an after hours service call and they didn’t have to help me… but Duane and Brenda ( no matter how tired ) came to my rescue!!! My car got hit while parked and Cumberlands made my experience painless! The body work done on my car looked better than it did when I bought it brand new off the lot. I was impressed with the quick turn around and how easy they were to communicate with! I highly recommend this shop!
I just got my Pruis Prime back today after the week being in the shop and it looks brand new. I got rear ended by an Entergy Truck and the damage looked bad (to me). They were recommended to me by a friend and I am very pleased with the outcome. Dwayne and his team did an amazing job. I was very impressed with how friendly they are and don't mind answering any questions you have. Would definitely use them again....but lets hope I don't need them again.
I brought my car in for minor front end repairs and a possible condenser issue. Jeremy and his team were very helpful and professional. They took the time to throughly explain to me the work I needed done and helped me make repair decisions that were best for my budget. I’d highly recommend their services to anyone!

Helpful and seems knowledgeable. I just got a tow from them (Flowood PD forced my hand) and was quite expensive ($287 CASH ONLY) because they wouldn't tow it to my house. Don't let my words push your opinion one way or another. I don't know enough about them
Very rude and bad workmanship carried my car there and they were supposed to fix the paint and took touch up paint that didn’t match and dabbed it all over my car! They had also were replacing my struts and busted the ball joints when doing so and refused to fix them. Had to have a second claim on my insurance to have them fix the things that they had done! They had my car for a total of 3 months and did a very poor job repairing it!
These folks took great care of me and made a terrible experience more tolerable. Todd talked to the insurance, arranged a rental, and made sure I had everything in order. The crew fixed my car in a timely manner and returned it to mint condition. Two thumbs up and an big A+ for Cumberland Body Shop!
They towed my daughters car after a accident, the guote to repair was way out of line. Charge her a ridiculous amount for storage and when she was able to pay the storage and try to pick up key they lost the key pod and refused to replace it. Very rude and unprofessional business, would not recommend this business to anyone.
Horrible shop. Painted truck wrong color and staff is very rude when they make a mistake. My father is elderly and disabled he was verbally assaulted, flipped off all because they painted his truck white instead of black that he paid for. Refused to correct it. Call the better buisness bureau and ask them before doing any kind of transaction with them.
This is a wonder body shop who repairs your vehicle as fast as possible. They repair your vehicle as close to new as possible. Everybody is very polite and as helpful as they can be. I will never use another body shop. I have used another one in the past but went back to Cumberland. That is where I will stay.
