I unwittingly got myself stuck in a ditch near Brandon, MS and Matt of Hegwood's Towing was on site within 10min. This was my first time using a tow service but the process was fast, easy and a lot more affordable than expected. 100% recommend and would definitely use this service again.

Hegwood Towing is by far the very BEST towing company. In previous years, I have called multiple companies, and gotten no response or a very delayed response. Hegwood always answers! He is very responsive, helpful, and reasonable. Mr. Hegwood always answers immediately, is willing to come any time day or night, very timely, and incredibly reasonable. Hegwood towing has helped me and my family with towing on multiple occasions and opening my car when I locked my keys in my car. All of their employees are very professional, and willing to help in any way! My family has had to use their services 5, 6, 7 plus times over the years and we wouldn't call anyone else!
Cory came to my house quickly to possibly tow my cat, but he was able to get the battery charged enough to start the car so it wouldn’t have to be towed. Fast and efficient service. I would highly recommend Hegwood’s
I can only say Corey was amazing after Chris advised him that I was in trouble and was on needed of a tow he was on his way… fastest tow I ever had. He viewed the car and property and got me out of that mud hole without any damage. I just really wanna give Corey his kudos for everything he did to get me back on the road. Let me not forget to add the cost was very low for his hard work.

First of all, when I called, they answered the phone, and proceeded to do what they said they would do, timely and at a reasonable price. The Driver, Corey, with Hegwood Towing was fantastic! Professional, courteous, efficient. Will not hesitate to do business with them in the future.
My tower, Josh, was super skilled, first of all. He maneuvered my non-running vehicle out of a tight space onto the tow truck. On the ride to the destination, he was very courteous, professional, and patient! I highly recommended this towing service who employs quality service people like Josh!

I have had to use Haywood’s several times recently and they are always very professional. Josh is the one who has come out to tow each time and he’s always been great, kind, professional, and understanding. Hope we don’t have to tow anything again any time soon, but if we do…we know who to call.
Josh at Hegwood’s Towing was fantastic from start to finish. He worked a wreck in downtown Jackson for us. Within minutes he was able to tell us a very reasonable price and ETA of the vehicle to be dropped off. Give Josh and Hegwood Towing a call if you’re ever in a bind. Can’t recommend high enough.
Awesome experience with Hegwood’s Towing. Josh was friendly, quick to respond, and even offered to stay until my ride arrived so I wouldn’t have to wait in the heat. They answered right away, dispatched immediately, and showed up fast. No delays, no hassle, just great service. If you need a tow, call Hegwood’s. You won’t regret it.
Hegwoods employees were very courteous and careful with removing my motorcycle from my destroyed RV. Let us salvage what we could before they had to drag the RV off the freeway. then let us continue as they worked. Everyone knew what to do to safely remove the motorcycle without further damage.
Josh and his guys are beyond the best wrecker service you can look for. They give you an estimate for the tow before they even come out allowing you to shop around for prices, but I tell you this. When you hear the estimate (as most truckers who have been towed before will know) they are by far the cheapest. They check up on you and keep you informed of the eta. The wrecker driver is extremely knowledgeable and professional. And most of all, they do NOT nickel and dime you for any delays on the hook or mileage. What they quote you on the phone is exactly what you pay. Plus, they print you out a receipt as well as email it to you.
If you have to be towed, unfortunately, these are the guys that will save you without breaking the bank.
Even more so, they will drop your trailer at their yard if the shop doesn’t allow/have trailer parking. They have a small grace window and daily rate afterwards is beyond reasonable. These guys are about providing quality service, not getting rich off of the trucking community.
Chris and his crew are awesome! Quick to respond and very helpful. Josh was the driver that dropped my truck off and he was very nice and polite. He was able to put the truck exactly where it needed to go too which was impressive! I will certainly be recommending them to anyone that needs their services!

Owner is World Class will give you the shirt off his back.I was broke down he towed my tractor to the empire dealership.He also my towed my lowboy with a tractor on it to his drop yard at no additional fee.He gave a family rate in my opinion and I am thankful and may God continue to bless this man and his family and also his business.
