This is the best auto parts store in Brandon. The employees are always friendly and are more knowledgeable than their competitors.

Called to price spark plugs and and the manager ( MR. ROBERT) was RUDE as he'll I asked him to please put the items under my business account and he told me no since I didn't say that a head of time those were extra buttons he had to push then hung up the phone ?!?!?! Umm isn't that what you get PAID to do ?!?!?!

This is a great part store always have everything when I go there and if they don't they can get it there in a day or 2 and friendly staff

I had to purchase a new battery recently. Out of the blue my vehicle wouldn't start. I received a jump from a nice individual at the store parking lot where I was. I drove directly to O'Reilly's. The nice gentleman behind the counter helped me immediately find the battery I needed and even installed it for me. Really impressed.

We showed up with a battery on its last leg and didn’t have any tools with us to change the battery. Joshua was so kind and came out to change the battery for us. Shout out to him for being awesome!

I stopped by O’Reillys today for a simple issue and Bo helped me with it and went above and beyond for me. Amazing customer service and so knowledgeable. Gave me tips to avoid any reoccurring issues. I will recommend him 10/10 times to anyone going there. Such an amazing man and employee there. Thank you Bo for all the help you provided today to keep my car running correctly and my family safe on the roads!

I am very please with the guys at the Brandon O'Reilly Auto Parts store. We have moved our commercial business to them since Autozone was stealing from us, literally. They always have what I need in a pinch, and the staff legitimately care about what you’re doing.

This location is usually very well staffed, lots of inventory, and quite helpful. I went in with the need for a new battery for my car. They had a couple options, with varying prices. After I made a purchase, they installed the battery as part of the purchase, in about 10 minutes. Really good service.

These employees are awesome. Every single time I come they are eager to help and super resourceful. Definitely one of the best parts stores I've had since moving from my home town. These employees deserve some recognition.

It could be better if the associate that's atending you don't go to solved other customer's issue without finishing with yours!!!

This auto parts store is right down the road from autozone. I frequent both of them, depending upon which side of the highway I'm on. Both are good auto parts stores. O'Reilly's is always very clean and very well organized. The folks running the store are very helpful. Always a pleasant experience.

I called to see if they had what I needed and if they could put it in my truck. Very nice and professional. They put my battery in with no problem. The other place that I had called hem hawed around and said maybe. I will be going to O'Reilly's from now on.

This store is an excellent store, I want to give a thanks to everybody at this store , I was traveling from Birmingham Alabama to San Antonio Texas, when my CV axle broke on my Toyota Camry, every body went above and beyond to help me get my car up and running, but one person especially went above and beyond and I really want to give a special thanks to him, his name is bo, he seen me out there struggling to change my CV axle myself, so he crawled up under there and helped me with it. And I was able to make it back on the road, this store is awesome, if your ever passing thru and need some car parts or if you live in the area and need some car parts this is your go to place, I am forever greatful to everybody at this store.. thank you!! Check engine code popped "misfire" but engine was fine after thorough diagnostic by local Toyota dealer. I do appreciate the assistance however.

Stopped in to get diagnostics while testing driving a car from a local lot. Thank goodness for this gratis service. Saved us thousands of $$$ by not buying that lemon we test drive. Staff was friendly. Store was clean and organized.

I'm my own opinion and anybody that has any experience what so ever in the parts business all parts houses are pathetic because of the zero knowledge employees they like to hire and fire daily.... makes me sick to my stomach going to get a part nowadays. Just no customer recognition of any kind and if it was up to me they would be shut down along with "most" all other Automotive parts distributors that serve the general public.

Absolutely the best auto parts store in Brandon! An associate was able to diagnose an electrical issue in my vehicle and recommended the right products to fix the issue. The prices for parts are reasonable. The quality of the products are amazing. I highly recommend this store for getting vehicle parts.

HIGHLY recommended for Seniors with limited mobility and disabled. They'll come outside and help you with a smile on their face! HIGHLY recommend!

I went to every parts store in Vicksburg looking for a back windshield wiper. After getting my car serviced in Brandon at the dealership, I went here in search of a wiper since the dealership didn’t have one. They had the wiper in stock and installed it. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes! Plus, the wiper was way cheaper than what the dealer wanted to charge me. Manager was very nice and helpful.

I called and asked for an item and it wasn't in stock. They had it ready for me the next morning. The employee, Don Maddox, was very friendly and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place has good staff. I always get treated well here. Brought my battery in for a charge and they took the time to call me when it was complete and informed me of the batteries condition. I appreciate that extra care. I took the battery to AutoZone first and tried to get it charged for 2 days. Took to O Reilly's, done!

A Godsend Was having a bad day at work and of course my truck won't start. I get it jumped off and head to AutoZone. They tell me they can't test my battery because their tester is locked up, and they don't have access to the key....day/night is getting better. So I drive to O'Reilly's, and it has gotten cold. I speak with Toi who gladly walks outside in a short sleeved shirt in 40 degree weather to test both my alternator and battery. I'm bundled up and she doesn't flinch or utter a complaint. We walk inside to ring up a battery. As another employee, Marcus, walks by he sees me open my wallet and notices my Military ID. He tells Toi to not forget about my military discount. Marcus meets me outside and joyfully installs my battery while cracking jokes and laughing. He has made me forget about my bad day/night, and happy to see employees who not only take pride in their job but some joy too. Thank you O'Reilly's, you have some good people at the Brandon store Tyki J.

i went to O'Reilly s to buy an a/c compressor and the guy that sold it to me forgot to sell me the oil that goes in a new compressor. So i called them to tell them what happened and they got my address and brought the oil to my house for no charge at all. I will only do my business at this store when i need something for my car, and i will tell all my friends and neighbors also. Thanks O'Reilly s for helping a lady in distress. Everyone there is so helpful and knowledgeable. Good people.
