I had a horrible experience at the Sunny Brook location. The service person was Ryan. When I brought my truck to be fixed from an accident he came outside and bearly looked at my vehicle and said we will call u with an estimate. I never got a phone call or a text message. I was not notified on the estimates or when my car was going to be repaired. I had to call every week. When I went to pick up my car it was so many parts on my car that was was put on wrong. I was pointing out the issues and Ryan just stood there with his hands in his pockets. So I looked at him and asked was he going to remember everything? Then he went in side the office to get a maker to mark where the issues where. Now this was over 30 days since they had my car and I had to turn in my rental so I had to get a ride back and forth to the shop. I had to get a ride home. Ryan said that it was going to take a day to fix my car but it took 3 days. When I went to pick my car up again the repairs where a lot better than it was before but I wasn't completely satisfied but I was tired of the unprofessional service. Then a week later the undercarriage motor cover of my car fell off in the middle of the street. I picked it off the street and I realized that the part wasn't put on correctly. I contacted the manager Aston and now I'm waiting for him to call me back to let me know when the new part has came in. That was over a week ago and I just called him to check on the part and I haven't heard back from him...

Poor service. Lorie always promises to call back and follow up. The pary was backorder without any updates and we had to call and find out. Now, we've been paying for a lease car and its been over a month. Now they can't even calibrate it causing even more delays and nobody knows nothing. I will never use them ever again!!!

I stopped by last week to get a quote for a minor paint job. The woman who helped me assured me that I would receive a quote by the end of the day after I filled out a form with my contact and vehicle information. When I hadn’t heard back, I called midweek to follow up. The same representative told me they were busy and quotes were taking longer than usual but promised I’d have it by the end of the week. By Monday, I still hadn’t received anything. When I called again, I was told that my information wasn’t in their system and that they couldn’t locate my paperwork. I was told they’d check with the other staff members to see who had it, but I never heard back. Overall, the lack of communication and follow-up was very disappointing. I expected at least a call or email update, but after multiple follow-ups and no response, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

We had zero problems with the work done, and the body repair itself was great. However, the office staff did not communicate throughout the process and was not helpful at all. I don't know if the assumption is because insurance is covering it, we don't need/want any information or what, but it's very unprofessional. We were assigned to an office employee after being referred to them by our insurance company. I was only able to speak with her once, the day I had my van brought to their shop. She said we would have an estimate in 3 days. Instead, they sent a text authorization for work to proceed. No estimate or any other information, so I called with questions as this wasn't mentioned the only time she actually spoke with me. I was told our assigned employee had just stepped out and was in the garage and left a message. Days later, and another phone call where our person was out of office with no return call, I called back to speak with our assigned employee, who again was out of the office. This time, the employee who answered asked what my question was and said she would try to help me. She explained they send out the work authorization and then an estimate because they can't give an estimate without pulling apart the car, so we signed the authorization. It sounds a little sus, even now, but at this point, it was pretty clear they had no intention of giving us any information. About a week to 10 days later, they sent my husband a text saying the van would be ready 7/11. We would be out of town on that date, so I called again to let them know we wouldn't be able to pick up the van until today, 7/17. The lady that answered this time said that was fine, no worries about it. Then I asked if we could get an estimate for repairs on the dings and chips on the van, and she said, "Sure, 'Assigned Employee' will reach out with that estimate in a day or so." If you guessed she never called, you're right. We didn't hear back from them until 7/11 when they texted and called my husband to let us know the van was ready for pickup. He called them back and told them we were out of town and wouldn't be able to pick it up until 7/17 and that we were told that wouldn't be an issue. Fortunately, that wasn't, but the whole thing has been such an ordeal that I will never return or refer this company for any bodywork. The clerk that finalized our portion of the payment didn't even know how much our deductible was at check out. My husband had to tell her what it was, and she responded with, "Oh, that's not what I have!" 🤦♀️ This is a shame because the work itself was good, and it feels like the office staff is a detriment to the body repair employees. The quality of the body work is the only reason this isn't a 1 star review.

Extremely satisfied with the damage repair on my car. Wonderful customer service as well. Finished ahead of schedule and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Crash Champions worked well with my insurance company. Absolutely no hassle. Highly recommend this business!!

My insurance company recommended Crash Champions (US 51 in Ridgeland location) to have my car repaired after a wreck. I have never needed collision repair services, so I trusted this recommendation made. I could write a novel about my experience, but just know I learned the hard way that this shop is dishonest and is not for their customers. Shame on my insurance for recommending them, but shame on them for taking short cuts and using aftermarket parts. They will tell you they care about your safety and the integrity of their work, but the quality of their work states otherwise. It is discouraging to know they are the direct repair shop for numerous insurance agencies. Please learn from my mistake and do not trust them to repair your vehicle. The integrity of your vehicle will suffer, but more importantly your vehicle will not respond properly should you encounter another wreck.

They fixed my car in about a week. It looks good as new. This is my 2nd use of crash champions and would recommend them again to anyone.

Crash champions recently repaired/replaced the rear bumper on my Mercedes Benz. They did excellent work and it looks as good as new. I was skeptical at first about taking my car anywhere other than the Mercedes dealership. I will highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone! Also, loved how I received text updates once a week about repair status and expected pickup date!

In full disclosure, I don't know how their work would have ended up had I actually used them, however, I went there for my exterior door handle that I pulled too hard on, and it came out of the socket. I figured may 100 , MAYBE $200, maximum, on the repair. They took pictures, wrote up the information for the estimate and said they would email it back to me. Meanwhile, I ran down the road to another body shop. (I will write a review on them next.) Within 3 minutes of my being there, they had a tech out there looking at it. Within 30 minutes of my being there, they had me ready to go. Perfectly fixed. $43.00. Yes that is correct - FORTY THREE DOLLARS. After I got back to my office, I had the quote back from Crash Champions. $679.00! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!

The complete repairs took a full month which was longer than first promised. When I was informed that my car was ready to be picked up, I went to get it. However, on inspection I discovered that the power window on the door that was to have been replaced did not work properly. Amy, the person who handled my claim, tried to convince me that everything was fine and the problem must have already existed with the power control on the driver's side. I explained to her that prior to the accident all the window control buttons worked perfectly (the control on each window worked as well as the master control on the driver's side). She argued with me for quite some time that nothing was done on the driver's side of the vehicle. I had to explain to her that the problem was not with the master control on the driver's side but with the window in the door that they replaced. She tried to convince that the work they did was fine and I should take it to a mechanic to get it repaired. I finally told her that I would not take the car in that current condition and I was going to call my insurance company. I went home and called my insurance company and explained the situation them. After hearing from the insurance company Crash Champions decided to move forward to repair the window in question. It took an additional five days before the window was fixed and I was able to get my car. If you leave your car with Crash Champions, or any body or repair shop, be sure to inspect your car carefully and thoroughly before leaving the shop. Remember, do not pay anything until you are satisfied that ALL the work has been done correctly.

I do not recommend your vehicle to be repaired or have any work done to it at Crash Champions on US-51 Ridgeland, MS. I had the worst experience ever at that location and they communicate is very horrible. I was given false hope by message update’s regarding to my vehicle that it would be complete two days prior of the completion date I was given and the day before the completion date. The day prior to my car completion date, I was told that someone scratched the paint on the front bumper of my car. My front bumper had to get repainted and replaced back on which no one informed me about until I came in person to get an update status on my car. That placed a delay on my vehicle being completed and given back to me. On the day it was supposed to be completed, I wasn’t given any update messages and I also called and a lady continuously, not just on the day of my car completion date, but every time I’ve called she will say she will call me back on a update status and never call back. I took matters in my own hand and decided to go up there and a lady spoke with the manager name Carl, which he told her to tell me that my car would not be completed on the completion date, and that I will be able to get my car back the next day, which was a Saturday, but there repair shop is closed on weekends and the technicians are off, so that was a lie. She told me that the manager Carl would contact me himself to get give me a status on my car after detailing it. My experience was very horrible. Also when I received my vehicle, my vehicle AC wasn’t working, my stripes that was placed on my car had tears and bubbles in it, and a few others things I noticed about my car that was not corrected. To place a cherry on top of it all, I had to go pay for my own car detail after I received my car because they did not clean and wash my car before giving it back to me. Crash Championship headquarters might want to look into this location. My insurance company told me that this wasn’t the first issue and complaint they received from that location in the previous weeks and months prior to the repairs to my vehicle. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO NO ONE. I WOULDN’T TAKE A BICYCLE TO GET REPAIRED THERE, SERIOUSLY.

I told them the only thing I wanted fixed was a dent, just to get my car back and they clearly wanted to fix every crack on the car because they drew all over it. Which meant that they clearly wanted to make this a bigger issue than it was and caused a lot of confusion until in the end I wanted my car back. Next time do what you are told and only try to fix what is needed. Very shady and untrustworthy business. They also BROKE my gas top on my car! Do NOT come here!

Went in thinking my car would take a month or so. Got a quote for 18 days but it was finished in 16. Front desk was very easy going and explained the process throughly. I was updated throughout the week via text how many days the repair had left. Deff recommend.

My driver side front was hit by a red-light runner and crumpled two days before Xmas. Between the holidays and supply chain delays my repair took a little longer than usual but the end result was worth it! Service King kept me abreast of the progress in a knowledgeable, friendly and prompt manner. (Thanks Alecia and Amy!) My (and her) insurance covered the costs but they seemed reasonable to me. I would definitely use Service King again!

I was highly disappointed at the improper evaluation of the process for my vehicle completion timeline. My vehicle was there for 2 months and every week something new became an issue. The process was poorly executed despite minor part delays and the job being a replacement of a quarter panel with prior damage that needed to be corrected in which didn’t align with having the vehicle for 2 months! The timing was based on improper processes, staffing and lack of clear communication. Although Tim was knowledgeable and in communication it was not a thoroughly planned process because myself along with insurance adjuster was expecting this to be completed within two - three weeks based off the initial communication. The work was good however waiting on the unknown became stressful and upsetting.

I took time to go get an estimate at the appointed time. I called and was given time that someone would call back with estimate, still no estimate after 2 weeks. Notified USSA insurance company that, they may want to reconsider the preferred shop status. No service for military veteran.

Service king did a wonderful job repairing my 2019 Jeep. From the time I dropped it off until I got it back I was informed of what part of the process they were on with my vehicle and they kept me updated on if it was on schedule for completion. So glad to have my vehicle back and it looks good as new.

They did an outstanding job on my car. Staff is very friendly and kept me informed with everything that was going on with my car. They have done the best work that I've seen in my part of town. Would definitely be using them again if I need to.

I recently had a faulty part replaced on my vehicle. Katrina helped me throughout the process. She has excellent communication and customer service skills. I knew when to bring in my vehicle for inspection, how long it would take for the part to be delivered, and how long the replacement process would take. Everyone I interacted with at Service King was friendly and professional. I will continue to go here if I have issues with my vehicle. Highly recommend the service here!

Progressive insurance said this was their preferred body shop in the area, and there are not enough words to express how extremely unsatisfied I have been throughout this process. 1st off they repaired the car and failed to replace the fan plug in the car which caused it to malfunction so we took it back to them and they took it upon themselves to DRIVE it all the way to the BMW dealership while it was in limp mode. It should have been towed there it should not have been driven nor did I authorize them to drive the car. Then we find out it was something they did not do properly that caused this problem and thankfully BMW Place fixed it immediately. Then we get the car back and find a missing button on the dashboard and its no where to be found and is just now an empty hole where the button should be. And they are denying that being their responsibility. Also the failed to replace the cowl when they removed the hood. ( the piece that goes between windshield and hood to keep water and debris out) and as of yesterday 4-5-21 it has still not been ordered!!!!!! The car was taken into Service King on January 13!!!! It is now April 6 and they have still not taken care of this!!!! They do not return phone calls like they say they will and they do not care about customers satisfaction. They have been a nightmare to deal with and I regret the day I agreed to have them repair my car. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!!! Now I have a big hole that is staring at me every time I get in it and they do not think this is their responsibility!!!! It’s been almost 3 months and still have not gotten anything resolved 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This was the best experience I have ever had dealing with auto repair shops. No hassling, no extra charges or surprises. The customer service I received was above standards. I received updates on the status of my vehicle daily via text. When I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out. They even put air in my tires. They truly went above and beyond. I was only expecting the damage to be repaired. I got more than I expected. I want to thank all the staff at Service King Collision for giving me 100% satisfaction!

There were very professional. Updated me on the progress of the car as well updating me if things have changed. The work they did on my car was to replace the bumper and headlight I experienced in a hit and run. When I got the car back it was though the car was brand new . That’s how how a job they did and I am very grateful.

My experience with Service King was a good experience. The work was done in a timely manner and ahead of the estimated time given. They repaired my car after an accident and it looks great. The paint matches perfectly and they throughly cleaned my vehicle.

My experience with Service King is just not good. First of all it took all of a month to fix my car. When I would call about it my calls was never returned. Literally going into the fourth week I decided to visit the shop just to be turned away without any finishing date. I had to call my insurance company for answers. My Rental was running out so I was becoming stressed. Only after the insurance called they was given a finish date. So, I went to pick up my car and everything looked great as far as the work done but after I got home and was letting the hatch up I realized a part was missing so I immediately called them back. He checked with the shop but no part was found so he had to order it. Well I went to pick it up today and part of the part ordered is missing and is a separate order. So I’m not finished yet. I paid a 500 dollar deductible for a accident I didn’t even cause. So disappointed and is a very unhappy customer.

I just picked up my car and I am VERY pleased. I had extensive hail damage after a trip to Oklahoma. Service King did a great job. The person handling my case was great! I was updated about status via text on a regular basis. Also, a huge plus ... I dropped off my rental car at Enterprise and just walked a few yards to Service King. I will definitely use them again (hope, I don't have to), and will also recommend Service King to others.

I was very unsatisfied with this process. Brian told me it would be ready on Friday. Monday came around and it was still not ready. Finally went to pick up my truck on tuesday at 3pm and still wasn't satisfied. My truck had over spray and they replaced emblems that didn't even need replacing then waited till I got there to inform me.
