My son and I were stranded in a parking lot when my van wouldn’t start and Singh from Big Byrd came to tow us back to our home. It was such a smooth experience and my son had a great time even in the midst of what could’ve been a stressful situation. Thank you so much! Singh was kind and professional especially with my son. Highly recommend if you need a tow!
Big bird towing is absolutely amazing. There response time was unbelievable. They were there within 15 minutes. And Mr. Singh was the kindest tow truck driver. I have never met very professional and kind gave me and my son. A ride to safety and got us home within a 1/2 an hour of the incident Hey Singa.
Fast and friendly they done an awesome job and on such a short notice on my end they still jumped right into action and got my car towed home. Very reasonable and reliable would highly recommend.
Jason Byrd the greatest. Fast and courteous service. Had a flat tire on interstate which is a dangerous situation. Jason came within 15 minutes, loaded the car on his roll back and took it to two different tire dealerships. With no luck on finding a tire, Jason unloaded the car and changed the flat himself - all for a very fair and reasonable rate. A real hero in my book and will definitely keep his number on speed dial.
Best towing service I’ve experienced in Jackson yet…and with all the potholes in these past two years, I’ve experienced a lot. So kind and helpful, very quick to arrive and quick to respond. Jason picked my jeep up off of I-55 with ease, and efficiently and carefully brought it to my requested stop in no time. He said he doesn’t normally do after hours, but when he heard my voicemail he felt called to be of service. I’ve never placed my vehicle in better hands in all my 12 years in Jackson.
