This business demonstrates extremely poor communication and questionable professionalism. Completion dates were repeatedly promised and missed, phone calls were placed on excessive hold times, and explanations for delays changed depending on who was asking. Once a third party became involved, the story suddenly improved on paper, at least. The final notice that my vehicle was ready came two minutes before closing, knowing I stayed over an hour away, conveniently eliminating any opportunity to ask questions about the work performed. That level of timing suggests either poor planning or intentional avoidance. If you value transparency, accountability, or basic customer service, this is not the place. Consider this review a courtesy warning. Plus the problem that my vehicle was there for was not even fixed! Just turned the dashboard light off!

This is my go to vehicle repair shop!! All my vehicles has a long time relationship with RIDGELAND SERVICE CENTER!! Excellent work and friendly staff!! NO COMPLAINTS!!

I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. I had 3 vehicles for my work that needed to have the oil changed. We dropped them off at 8:30 in the morning and informed the desk we use Enterprise Fleet for maintenance, they said nothing and checked our vehicles in. Then when I was called to pick them up I let them know I had people on the way to get them and drop off another vehicle for the same service, also Fleet. Was told "okay" and hung up. Vehicles were swapped out, they were informed again that it was Fleet and all was good....until it came time to pick up our last vehicle (around 4:45pm) and the most important vehicle in my fleet. At that time my tech was told they would not give us our vehicle because invoices weren't paid, at that time they were told a 4th time that they were Fleet vehicles and that the billing goes to Enterprise. THEN they tell us they don't do Fleet and they were closing now and would not wait for us to pay the invoices. At this point I am actively paying the invoices and was still told "no, we are closing they weren't paid" FINALLY, I get someone with more than 2 brain cells to wait the 27 seconds I need to pay the invoices and they hand over our vehicle. THEY CHARGED ME $1,000 TO DO 3 OIL CHANGES!! I called Enterprise who stated they are still listed as a shop and still advertise it on their website but they wait until you are there and then tell you they won't give you the vehicle back and that they don't do Fleet. It's false advertising and the amount they charged for simple oil changes is criminal at best. Honestly this place needs to be shut down altogether because they are scamming companies out of tons of money and screwing Enterprise too.

I wish to God I could give this company a rating of a 0. The service has been absolutely horrible and horrendous! I brought my vehicle to this establishment over 3 weeks ago. I let them know what I knew was wrong with it when I dropped it off: back window replacement, not starting properly, motor issue, and ignition ripped out due to it being stolen. I asked that the look at what all was wrong and price it so I would be able to get it all fixed. I knew maybe a week could be enough time. Fast forward to now 3+ weeks later, and no actual diagnostic was done but I still had to pay a diagnostic fee for a vehicle you all had sitting in the lot for all this time. I’ve been calling every other day for this entirety of my vehicle being in there possession and I have either gotten hung up on after 30-45+ min wait times or told that someone would call me back but no one ever did. When I asked for the diagnostic paperwork the woman at the front only reprinted the invoice and typed in the issues that I told them about upon dropping off the vehicle. So basically no actual diagnostic was completed. I honestly hate downing a business and rarely do reviews (especially bad reviews), but what is a service center with such inadequate and piss poor customer service and satisfaction???

This has been the worst customer experience so far I wouldn’t advise anyone to come here. I been in need of a tire for the last couple of days so I came here the lady at the counter told me they had to order the tire and it would be in Thursday 05/22/25 at 12 noon. so I said ok fine when will it come in she said the next day. She asked for my tire size on my vehicle the tire size is 225 55 R17 and when she call it back out to me she said 225 65 R17 and I told her that was incorrect. I said specifically instead of 65 it’s 55 and she said ok I got it processed for order and she said I can pay once the serviced is done and I was fine with that. I asked her do I have to wait when I come in Thursday to get the tire on and she said no we will put it on as soon as you come in. I get there on my lunch break and of course I had to wait. It was another lady with glasses that told me I had to wait for 45mins so I told her what the other lady said about them putting my tire on when I come in and she said that isn’t true they have a line and the wait time is 45mins so I told her I get off at 5pm can I come back because I work right around the corner she said no cause they will be close and trying to get home. So I ask what was the wait time for tomorrow and she said they are open no wait time at the moment but they get book fast just try to get here when we open. So I came exactly 8:30. She told me she put me in and I will have to wait 45mins again. So I was trying to be patient cause I know I needed the service so I said ok. Then I told her can I get a front end alignment and she said yes but it will take an extra hour to get done so I told her that will be fine I still wanted the service. 30 mins later she telling me I have the wrong tire and the tire size that came back is 225 65 R17 and they will have to place another order for the right tire and it will not come back til noon. I explained to her that the lady placed the wrong tire size after I specifically corrected her and told her the correct size is 225 55 R17. And she said oh ok well I’m sorry but you told her the wrong tire size we have to still order right one. And the right tire size is 225 55 R 17. This has really pissed me off because I was looking to get a tire and still didn’t get and I took off work for and still wasted my time.

Took a truck in around 11:39/12 on a Wednesday after telling them I needed the truck done by the next day due to going out of town and them confirming multiple times it would be done that next afternoon, I didn’t get the truck back until closing the next day, when I called multiple times to check on it they put me on hold for several minutes then forgot I was on the phone. They proceeded to say they couldn’t get the part and was focused on fixing something that was not concerning nor the problem I brought to them. Would not come back.

If I could leave a negative star I would! Never coming back to this place and I’m telling everyone about my experience. They will add services without telling you about it and it being an extra cost. My vehicle doesn’t drive right after leaving the shop.

Don’t make the mistake I did. Read the negative reviews. They are accurate. I went in for brakes and a week later and 1400 dollars spent I have my car back. There was no communication. I had to chase them down to find out anything. WAY OVERPRICED

Terrible they messed up my RAV4's AC and water leaked into my car. They finally fixed it after I went 4 times. When they finally fixed it they bashed my LED screen backup camera monitor and airbag and they said they'd replace it months ago and now they're blowing me off. It saddens me to write this because it seemed at one point they were making honest mistakes and trying to fix it but they're dishonest incompetents.

I am unsure why there are so many mixed reviews over time expectations. Its a vehicle. It takes 5 engineers to design and build a car. You want to be upset at 1 technician or service advisor who is there trying to fix the problem. This place has the right team and right set of people to fix anything! But it takes time to solve a problem! I had my truck at another location getting worked on and decided it was time to give someone else a chance. The last place had my vehicle for 6 weeks with no positive outcome and 5k of my money. Ridgeland service center figured out what my issues were and fixed it in a fair and timely matter(less than 2 weeks) at thousands less than the other location. Thank you!

Probably the worst place I’ve ever been. Very unprofessional ran company. Went in for alignment and wheel stud. Paid over $300 and took week to get my truck back with more problems than before. They could not tell me what was wrong with my truck or if they could fix it, after I asked 3 different times. My truck not only still has the same problems as before but also screeches really bad while driving and truck is more out of align now than before. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

First, I don’t trust just anyone to work on my vehicles. I had an issue with some vibration in my car. Took it here, at a time they weren’t too busy, they were able to identify pretty quickly what was wrong and gave me options on repairs/pricing. Great staff and technicians ready and willing to help get you back on the road ASAP. Thanks for great service.

If I could give a lower review I would. They have had my car for over a weak and I still cannot get a straight answer from anyone about what's wrong with my car, or how long they are going to have it. I have also not received one single call from them to update me about anything about my car, even though I have called multiple times and ask them to call me back, including the female manager whose name I don't know, was supposed to call me back yesterday afternoon, and never did. Today I spent 40 minutes on hold with them just for her to come on the phone, get a nasty attitude with me, and just took down my name and number to have someone call me back but I am not holding my breath since they haven't called me back any of the other times either.

I was referred to this place that had my vehicle for a week. The day I picked up my vehicle after paying roughly $4800 for parts and labor, I had to bring my vehicle back the very next day pertaining to something that was supposed to be fixed. They kept it for 3 days. Found tissue and a long bolt under the hood that they left there. Taking it back within a month’s time frame again …. Seems that the vehicle has more problems now then it did before they worked on it.

I had water damage to the right side of my dash. The problem had been resolved by a repair shop but I needed a new cabin air filter. These guys jumped on my problem, pulled out the blower and cleaned it, replaced the filter and got me going. The owner tested my sunroof to be sure it was draining properly. All now working fine. Price was so reasonable I gave him $50 tip for such timely service and personal attention. Very pleased - highly recommend.

Gave a price over the phone, then an additional 20% fees that had not been previously mentioned were added when picking up vehicle. Told me they had time to do the service that day, then kept the vehicle overnight (they close at 5:00 sharp) with no phone call. Don't recommend.

The best and only places I will trust when I need service, I went to Car Care Clinic right up the street and was treated with the worst racism since I moved to Ridgeland. I was so ashamed because it was done right in front of guests from out of state. My wait time was supposed to be 20 to 30 minutes they got to it in less than 10. Totally recommend this place! Went back to Ridgeland service center today. Same excellent customer service. Awesome staff that takes care of the customers and get your car back to you in a very timely manner. When the rubber hits the road, this place is top notch to get your car back on the road again. Went back to the best shop in Ridgeland and got the same excellent service. Shocked, I think not! As I stated before, they are hands down the best place for service and customer service! Second to no other! Thanks to Christine, Shelby, JJ, and JaMarcus. The whole staff is very respectful and all smiles that welcome you from the time you enter until the job is done! I even took time to blow the leaves off the steps and sidewalk with my leaf blower. They take pride in their customers, and I totally take pride being their customer. I give back too. I want them to know that I reward them just like they deserve because of their excellent customer service. It's nice to know that they're there in your time of need.

They did an awesome job in identifying the issue on my Audi A6 that the Jackson Audi dealership couldn’t find. My cruise control had stopped working. After waiting for 4 hours at Audi dealership said they would have to contact the manufacturer for help on how to repair. I would have to come back later. I took to the Ridgeland service center and couldn’t believe it was just a vacuum hose that came loose. $99.00 and out the door in an hour. Who knows what the dealership might have charged me

Have been using them for thirty years, mainly because they are honest and knowledgeable. Never try to upsell. Today I had some warning lights show up on the dashboard. They did a thorough check for no charge. Shoutouts to Shelby and Cece for being so pleasant to their customers.

If you don’t take your vehicles here for any and everything, you gotta be crazy! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for any car problem. LOVE is an understatement of how I feel bout them. CECE Needs the biggest promotion ever, she makes the experience feel so natural and freaking amazing!!

I needed regular maintenance done to my vehicle. They were able to get it all done in the same day. I live two hours away. I only take my vehicle to Ridgeland Service Center. Everyone there is so friendly and honest. They had to order new tires and even price checked to see that I was getting the best prices!! I will return in the future for any repairs.

I have been there for last five years for my both vehicles(Honda &Hyundai) when ever I went there for repairs, they did nice and perfect service at all the time.and the lady was there name C C . She is really very concerned about the work. And all of the people also well communicated with the customers. They all did nice services.

6weeks ago I took my truck in it was spitting going down road, charged me 1400 for plugs and coils. One week later had it back in doing same thing. They took it to have the transmission checked out. They try to sell me on a 1500 repair or 7000 transmission. Had transmission checked out somewhere else nothing wrong with it. I have taken it back two more times and still doing same thing still trying to say it’s my trans. They changed my oil without asking of course I got charged for it. 12 month warranty and still nothing. Won’t go back. Don’t know what they are doing. Now I’m going to have to take it somewhere else.

Maybe just having a busy day but I called and asked if it was a good time to come get oil change on lunch hour. Sure, come on. Got there 5 minutes later only to leave almost 3 hours later. Said I also needed 2 filters but didn’t tell me they had to order them from somewhere else and wait on them to get there. Air conditioning was not working properly either. It was very hot in waiting room.

My wife, two children (2 and 1) and myself experienced car trouble when traveling through Mississippi. The folks at Ridgeland Service Center went above and beyond what any other automotive shop has done in my experience. Hearing that my family and I still had several hours on the road they immediately put us at the head of the line, quickly diagnosed our issue (bad wheel hub) and had us fixed and on our way in just a couple of hours. Nothing but good things to say and the staff were very friendly and caring.

My back tire needed fixing and the lady at the front desk told me that it would be 27 dollars. Okay fine. After the service was done (which it took hours to do) she called me back and told me that they found four different nails in my tire so I would be charged per patch. So basically I was going to have to pay almost 100 dollars just to have one tired fixed.I could’ve gotten a new tire if that was the case. She could’ve told me before they worked on it and I could’ve explored other options. I’ve never heard of that in my life. That is highway robbery. After my husband questioned her she called back with a different price. She still charged me per patch though. I do understand that times are hard for businesses but you don’t overcharge people because of it. On top of that I got an oil change and they charged me for the most expensive one. I’ve never paid 90 dollars for an oil change. That was my first and last time going there.

Please do not bring your vehicle here for service. According to just my experience. My car has been with them since Wednesday. I'm only getting a water pump. I was informed Thursday that my car would be ready Friday. Today is Monday. I've constantly been calling them and they have been putting me on hold. Finally got into speak with someone. Now it won't be ready until Tuesday??? Very inconvenient. It honestly seem like they don't care about that part either. Just was told Ithey will call me back.
