This shop was able to quickly replace my car battery on very short notice. The gentleman that helped me was super friendly as well. Would strongly recommend this location based on my brief experience.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with O'Reilly's in Ridgeland, MS. I ordered a fan assembly for my car through Klarna, which was a lifesaver given the financial strain and the critical need for my car's air conditioning in over 100-degree heat. I confirmed the part's arrival and went to pick it up, only to be met with dismissiveness from the on-duty manager.
Despite Klarna being an available payment option, the manager flatly claimed the store "did nothing with Klarna" and refused to help, even though all he needed to do was process the first payment to activate the order, per the Klarna rep. The Klarna rep was left baffled as to why the 'manager' didn't do this. The manager's lack of initiative was inexcusable, especially given how dire my situation was with my car running hot and my ac not working due to the non working cooling fan - in triple digit heat. Even my cell phones were continuing to shut off due to overheating from the extreme temps and this was when my windows were down while i drove.
This incident highlights a troubling culture in Jackson and the surrounding areas, where employees either lack essential knowledge or are unwilling to assist customers in need. O'Reilly's, you need to do better--starting with properly training your staff and ensuring your managers actually manage.
Went to get a loaner tool for a project. The Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The store seemed busy yet i read in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Great jobs yall.
Robert was simply amazing. He was professional, courteous and was knowledgeable of the products sold. He exemplified total customer service before and after the sale.

Called asking about a part that was listed on the website. They didn’t have it in stock, but offered to get one shipped over from another location in the metro area and have it ready first thing the next morning. Service at the counter when I went to pick up my order was friendly and prompt. This place is managed well.
The guy who assisted me was super helpful and made my auto accessories buying painless and simple. He encouraged me to even do the service myself -- which I did.

Called to find out what car batteries were in stock. Sales associate didn't know difference between a regular (aka flooded) battery and an AGM (absorbed glass mat) battery. Tried talking him through it hoping he was just unfamiliar with the terminology but no dice. Ended up going down the road to auto zone. I'm sure they're as good as any other auto zone but it's difficult to get them above three stars when I wasn't able to confirm whether or not a battery type was in stock.
Horrible customer service! They don't want to do anything to help in their , just cashout people. Autozone is just a little further down the street and they are amazing. Autozone goes above and beyond. I don't know why O'Reilly is still even open they are horrible.
O'Reilly Auto Parts has a great and friendly staff. Great customer service. The location is great and parking is excellent. The great thing about O'Reilly is they have enough staff to help you and you don't have to wait about 15 minutes like at AutoZone.
On 3/10/19 a sunday i entered looking for an allen wrenching around 1pm but didn't know the correct size so i brought the part and i soon was approached by a young white worker asking could he help, after finding the part he would not put it back in its place but instead held it and as i continued looking for another wrench of that size in a single took that wrench set and put it UNDER the counter as if i were going to steal/use it or something me being a black guy. I love tools and i told him that and i wanted it bc i did not have that size? I was very very very offended and even though it's in a convenient location for me i am NO longer partronizing it and i found a single wrench down the street at a good price. Thanks for reading.
I purchased a battery. The sales representative instructed me on the best battery for my car. He installed the battery and cleaned my battery posts and cables. He was very professional and helpful.
After employee got smart and walked away from me at Advance Auto, went down to O'Reilly and had EXCELLENT Customer Service. I will be making O'Reilly my store for ALL of my car care needs and the prices are cheaper than Advance Auto 😊👍🏾🤗 Thank you O'Reilly for making me feel like a customer
Went to go return a starter after I was told the one we had was bad. The one we had may have been bad, but the motor on the car was locked up. Took me a week to diagnose and these jackasses are acting like I’m trying to get money back on a used part cause of one grease handprint on the body of the starter. Save some time and avoid these incompetent jack wagons. Go to autozone like I will be from here on out. What a joke
Friendly staff who are always willing to help and go the extra mile to help a customer. I've been here several times and continually see the same level of service from multiple sales associates.
I really don't know anything about automotive parts but the staff at O'Reilly's sure make it seem pretty easy. If they don't have a part in stock that you need they will be more than happy to order it for you.
The customer service at this location is the best of all parts houses in the area. They go out of their way to get the part you need. If they don't have the part in the store, which is rare, they can usually get it for you within a couple of days.
Went to get battery tested. Their machine wouldn't work; so, one employee went inside to get another employee to look at the machine. Well, they both decided they'd stay in the store until they'd checked out every single person that showed up after I did. So, I just waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes sitting there with their broken machine. I tried to use it myself since I had so much time on my hands. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.
